Peter McNally is a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advises private, nonprofit, and public sector leaders on how to solve behavior change, people strategy, transformation, and social impact challenges.
Prior to BCG, Peter was the founding Managing Director of the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he worked with partners like UNICEF and the Gates Foundation to understand and develop interventions for large-scale behavioral challenges like gender-based violence, sanitation adoption, and corruption.
Peter holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, a Master’s in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed part of a PhD in psychology at Yale (pre-dissertation). He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, son, and beagle.
