Teis Jorgensen is an applied behavioral scientist and design strategist with over ten years’ consulting experience spanning nonprofit, government, and private industry. He's worked at ideas42, a behavioral design consultancy, the Lab at OPM, a human-centered design agency embedded in the federal government and frog, the global design and innovation consultancy. It was at frog that Teis met Matt, and became his successor -- leading the global behavioral science practice as the Associate Director of Design Research and Behavioral Science. Teis has a passion for teaching, and has led courses in behavioral science, qualitative research and human-centered design, to over 600 professionals. Last year, Teis made a transatlantic move from DC to Copenhagen, where he advises clients in both the private and public sector. He’s passionate about qualitative field research, leveraging behavioral insights to shape organizational strategy, and helping teams implement data-driven, human-centered approaches to innovation. He has an MS in Integrated Design and Managmement from MIT, and BA in economics from Harvard University.
