In today’s episode of the AIOps Corner podcast, Joe Winchester, IBM Z Senior Technical Staff Member and Master Inventor, interviews Fabien Gautreault, Product Strategy & Modern UX at Rocket Software. They discuss the latest product enhancements for OMEGAMON, the Grafana UX, and OMEGAMON AI Insights before they dive into what AI will look like in the future. A key take away for Fabien was that “agentic AI should not come with more complexity and should not put the burden on customers to orchestrate”.
