Ken Mercer Show / Mercer Moments in American History LLC
Ken Mercer is referred to by some as the "Minister of Education!" He will report on both incredible, current events and historic "Moments in American History" that for some reason are...
DELETED and/or ERASED from our nation's textbooks and schools.
Is that academic bias meant to dilute the honest, documented faith and values of many of our Founders - including the impact and influence of new American Christians of the "Great Awakening?"
Mercer will bring those "Missing Moments" back! He tackles the "truths" and "facts" behind these historic and current events that will unite Americans, not divide us.
Ken will also share many of the incredible Bible Verses and Worship Songs that continue to define our history Faith and Values!
Remember two lessons from Ken Mercer:
A. There is only one United States of America. If we are gone, there is no other America to go to!
B. The "Secret" of America is this:
"In a place called the United States of America... in GOD We STILL Trust!"

Fear Not Friday: Five Promises of God (Isaiah 41:10)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Fear loves to show up when the house is quiet and your mind won’t stop talking. We sit with one of the clearest promises in Scripture, Isaiah 41:10, and let it speak directly to the places where we feel weak, tired, and overwhelmed. If you’ve ever stared at the ceiling at 3 a.m. replaying worst case scenarios, this conversation is for you.
We walk line by line through the five promises God gives to anxious hearts: I am with you, I am your God, I will strengthen you, I will help you, and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
We keep it practical and grounded, connecting each promise to everyday fears about work, bills, marriage, and our kids. The goal is not to pretend fear doesn’t exist, but to replace fear with trust in God and take a real step toward peace.
You’ll also hear a simple spiritual practice we love for Fridays: write down your fears, name them honestly, and hand them to God in prayer after you’ve done all you can do. We end with a short prayer you can borrow as your own.
If this encouraged you, follow the podcast for more Christian encouragement, share it with a friend who needs steady hope, and leave a review so more people can find it. What fear are you choosing to place in God’s hands today?
• The heart of Fear Not Friday and why we repeat “fear not”
• Isaiah 41:10 as a clear answer to fear
• Five promises from God: with you, your God, strengthen you, help you, uphold you
• A Friday practice of listing fears and giving them to God
• What to do when anxiety hits at 3 a.m.
• Doing what we can do, then letting God do what only God can do
• Closing prayer and a final Amen

Welcome To Fear Not Friday
SPEAKER_00Well, welcome to Fear Not Friday, where every Friday we try to encourage each other when God says, Do not be afraid, do not be ashamed, do not be dismayed, do not be discouraged, do not be terrified, fear not. Today is one of the most famous verses for fear not.
Isaiah 41:10 Read Aloud
SPEAKER_00It's from the prophet Isaiah, Isaiah chapter 41, verse 10. There's a short version and a long version. The short version says, So do not fear, for I am with you. But listen to the whole verse. Do not fear, for first, I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for second, I am your God. Third, I will strengthen you. Fourth, help you, and fifth, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. I'm gonna go through all five pieces, but don't worry, I'm not gonna make you sleepy or a little misty-eyed. You're gonna enjoy this. Because God's trying to tell us this Friday, every day, get rid of the fear and replace it with trust in
List Your Fears And Release Them
SPEAKER_00God. In fact, I would recommend every Friday you just go and list your fears. What are your fears? Maybe it's a fear for your job, or maybe it's a fear for your marriage, or a fear for your children on the school bus or lunchtime or coming home on the playground or the school itself. Maybe it's a fear about certain bills. Write those fears down, think about them, and give them to God. Give them to God. Take your fears and put your faith into actions, do all you can do, and then stop, give it to God and let God do what only God can do. Sometimes you think like, Lord, I am so tired, I'm so weak, I'm exhausted. Or Lord, I have so many problems, so many burdens, so many fears. Again, God is saying, take those fears and change it into a trust in God.
Five Promises God Speaks Over Fear
SPEAKER_00Again, there are five pieces of this. And the first piece is God saying, Fear not, I am with you. And when God says that, it isn't like you might tell someone, have a nice day, or I'm praying for you. No, God is saying, I am here with you. And if you're like me, maybe it's just me. You ever wake up at three o'clock in the morning and your your mind is just wired up. Because whatever's bothering you, well, that's the perfect time to give it to God, to take your fear and to put your trust into God. Then, second, God says, Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. And maybe that's the problem. Maybe we haven't thought about who or what is our God or gods. You only have one God, and it's Him. And you have to realize that you take your problems, you take your fears, and you turn them into a trust in God. And then third, he says, I will strengthen you. Well, strengthen you. Imagine the strength of God. How powerful that is when God says, I will strengthen you, and then he says, the fourth part of this verse, I will help you. What better promise than a help from God? Like I said before, do all you can do, and then let God do what only God can do. And then the fifth item, the final item, God says, and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Think of that image. God's righteous right hand. That's pretty powerful. That's all justice, that's all mercy, that's all God's love, God's power.
Prayer And Final Amen
SPEAKER_00Again, Isaiah 41, 10. And if that is your prayer today, where God says, Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed. I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. If that is your prayer today, then I will be praying with you. And I'll end that prayer with four great words. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. Amen.
