Foreign what's going on? And welcome back to the Dodge the Norm Podcast. Yes, this is the third title of the podcast since I started it back around 2019. First as a self awareness podcast, then the Aaron Dodge show and now we are here as the Dodge the Norm podcast. And what better place to be bringing you this podcast than in my car? Because we all know that some of the best ideas that we have are in our car. And I thought to myself as I was sending a friend of mine a 5 1/2 minute voice note a couple of days ago, we all love to yap in the car, whether that be catching up with family or friends. And we have great ideas in the car. I'm not saying that the rest of this podcast show is going to be coming to you live, exclusively from my car, but I am in a season right now of deploying as much content as humanly possible. I have been dealing with a little bit of some low points in my life and I am finally navigating my happiness. I am finally navigating what I really want in my business and in my life out here, living in Los Angeles, California. And the quickest and best way that you can get feedback, you can understand what you enjoy doing on a day to day basis, the best way that you can get that is by shipping and posting and sending out as much content as you physically can. And I want to break down what to me content really is, because everybody thinks that content is TikToks and everyone thinks that content is IG reels. And content can be anything from a 100 word newsletter. It can be a five minute audio podcast in your car when you're driving in traffic in la. Content can be a painting. Content can be a piece of music for my musicians out there. But right now, instead of making this podcast the prettiest, most beautiful thing I can, which I have visions for, the best way that I can get my voice into your ears is to record this podcast while I'm sitting in traffic out here in la. So I challenge you specifically in April. April is a great month for growth. April is a great month for prosperity. There's a lot things going on in April. If you're living in a place where spring has come, the flowers are coming out. We all know in the south that the pollen is destroying you guys right now. But there is a lot of growth that will be happening in this month. From the plants that you see with your eyes, to your business, to your relationships with your closest friends. Maybe it's warm enough for you to hit more outside runs. The time has changed. The sun is going down later. So when you're done with your work and you're done putting the kids to bed, you have time for you. And specifically with the sun going down later, you have time for more sunlight. And we all know that more sunlight and more time outside is going to breed you more prosperity. So I challenge you this month to get outside, go for a walk. I challenge you this month to post on your social media if that's something that you're doing. I challenge you to do some things that scare you and do some things that are going to make you a better person. Whether that be, like I said, shipping a newsletter for the first time or following up with a client that you haven't talked to in a while. Those are all business examples. However, friendships, catching up with a college friend that you haven't talked to in a while. Calling a family member you haven't talked to in a while. We get one life. And I am definitely going to spend a lot of my life following up and checking in on the people that I love and the people that mean the most to me. And I challenge you to do that yourself. Have a fantastic week, crush your April, and most of all, dodge the norm.
