So here we go. Many of the most impressive, successful and creative people. I know entered a new chapter of business and personal growth. After they finally discovered the life-changing power of being part of a mastermind community. There is something irreplaceable about regularly meeting with a diverse group of professionals. Who share similar challenges and ambitions together, we can inspire challenge and support each other in ways that no other online course. Building your business and making dope art in the recording industry. Usually your business is thriving, but you often find yourself struggling to break through the next ceiling in your career. You've been nominated one or are trying to win awards in the recording industry. And in short, you probably already have a six figure home studio, but on. Who this is not for, if you're just starting out and I've only worked with a handful of clients, this isn't the right group for you. Yet. We'll be covering more nuanced and advanced concepts than what I cover in podcast land. So in the meantime, keep listening, reading, and regularly scheduling time to work on yourself instead of just for yourself. Our mastermind meetings, we'll all have a preplanned agenda that looks a little, something like this. We'll do a five minute intro. We're all set the tone and probably tell some dad jokes to kick us off. After that I'll do a guided business meditation and I'll help us center and focus ourselves with breath work. This isn't a spiritual thing or a hippy dippy thing. This is a business thing. Following that we will each get two minutes to do a little exercise. I call happy, crappy hacky. We'll each share a positive experience, which is a happy, a challenge, which is a crappy and a practical tip or hack. That is recently improved your business. That's hacky, as I'm sure you guessed. After that we'll do a hot seat. We'll spend five minutes and do an in-depth focus on one of our members business challenges. Or opportunities and we'll give them feedback and we'll brainstorm. After that we'll have an MVP award. We'll celebrate one member who has demonstrated exceptional growth since our last meeting. After that we'll do a podcast. Talk, and I will present a new business skill or strategy to the group. After that we'll do takeaways, we'll summarize key insights and set actionable goals for our next meeting. That's what each of our mastermind meetings is going to look like. But let's talk about this podcast. Talk. So each session will conclude with this podcast. S talk, these talks will often include extensive use of slides, visual aids. And of course, dad jokes think of this as a fancy version of the podcast. One that I can't easily do without being there in person with you. Some of the business topics we'll explore, include developing a world-class pitch for your dream client or collaborator emerging business models that leverage AI. Introduction to automation and systems. Crafting the perfect mission statement. Identifying and targeting your ideal customer. Minimum viable, paid marketing ideas. Mastering the art of sales calls. And advanced business meditation techniques, including lucid dreaming strategies. That one will be fun. So, what are the program highlights? First of all, it's a curated membership. Each group will be carefully crafted to contain a perfect balance of personalities, skills, experience, and business models, making the whole of the group greater than the sum of its members. Another program highlight is mission clarity. We have a unique opportunity to create an exceptional impact on the world through literally the closest thing we have on earth to real magic. That's music. It's essential that we craft one sentence mission statements about the why behind what we do. that can guide us through an ever changing business landscape. And lastly, shared goals. Will foster measurable growth for everyone involved, both professionally and personally. We'll work together to set and achieve our individual goals. We'll celebrate our wins together and support each other. When the going gets tough. Now here's the program details. Our schedule is 90 minute meetings, every two weeks ongoing for the foreseeable future. We'll have in-person Hangouts at my farm in Granville, Ohio once per quarter. Those are going to be a lot of fun. All meetings we recorded for those unable to attend live, and the cost is$250 per month. Or$1,250 every six months, which will get you one month free.
