Alberto De Icaza is a mixing and mastering engineer based in Austin, Texas. He started his production career at the Machine Shop under legendary producer Machine and then opened his own studio in 2016.
Alberto’s discography includes Robert Glasper, Clutch, Megan Thee Stallion, Crobot, Ne-Yo, DJ Chose, Billy Ray Cyrus, Phil Anselmo, High on Fire, Crobot, Miss May I, King Crimson, Yoke Lore, and has mastered soundtracks for movies such as Ruby Gilman, Teenage Kraken, My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talen, Chaos Walking, and About My Father.
Alberto also mastered the soundtracks for 2021 Emmy Nominated “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” ("Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics - 2021”) and two time 2024 Recording Academy (Grammys) nominated “Robert Glasper, SIR and Alex Isley’s - Back to Love”
