Meet Javanni! Javanni graduated from The University of the West Indies, Mona with a B.S. in Economics and Management Studies in 2016. Now, Javanni works as a Senior Consultant at EY Parthenon, which is EY's Global Strategy Consulting arm. Javanni is the conference lead for Out for Undergrad Business, the world's largest conference for LGBTQ2+ college students interested in business and finance. Javanni is based in Brooklyn, NY.
