Women in the Workplace with Aaliyah (featuring Fana Nelson and Minnie Scott

With my very first podcast, the topic is women in the workplace.I brought on two guests who have had experience in the workplace as teachers, Fana Nelson and Minnie Scott. We discussed how women work hard to break the barriers of discrimination and lack of representation, as black women.We also discussed our personal experiences and how our experiences can help younger teachers or any women fighting to prove their abilities and skills in the workplace. I hope thatthis podcast reaches the right audience and speaks to the right person. My targeted audience would be Females between the ages of 18 - 45, mostly residing in the NYC area.

The genre of my podcast will be advice/interview. The format will be 6-10 minutes. I hope that this podcastwill give women the motivation and confidence that they can do it no matter what obstacles come their way
