She’s Iconic

S2: Episode 2: The Women Behind Hidden Figures

Inka and Emily

Welcome back, Icons! And happy Black History Month!

This week, we're diving into the stories of Dorothy Vaughn, Katherine G. Johnson, and Mary W. Jackson, as seen in Hidden Figures! The book by Margot Lee Shetterly and the 2016 major motion picture. These three inspirational and driven women were vital mathematicians, engineers, and literal human computers who contributed heavily to both aeronautics and the success of the U.S. Space Race.

We hope you love it as much as we loved sharing it!
