Lui & Des welcome back One Book, One New Orleans Director Megan Holt.  Dr. Holt discusses with the Fresh Inkers the two panels she moderated at the Louisiana Book Festival that featured acclaimed writer Maurice Carlos Ruffin and his new book The American Daughters and the posthumously published novel The Fetishist written by the late Katherine Min.

Also Dr. Holt give our duo an insider's tidbits on the oncoming Writers & Music Festival that will be taking place in New Orleans starting November 20th at the Andre Callioux Center.  Plus more information on the latest Fresh Ink Theater episode that will be dropping this Thursday
