Speaker 1:

Hello, beautiful humans. We have no one to introduce today, it's just us, for the first time in like fucking forever. Yeah, hi, I'm Jules, hi, I'm Talene.

Speaker 2:

Tell us a little bit about you, Jules. I'm sure everyone knows everything about me. Now, to be honest, most things anyways.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely Same same.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, how exciting. Why are we here? What are we doing?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, how exciting. Why are we here? What are we doing? We are here to do a potty recap for 2024 and our vision going into 2025. So we just want to share some of our journey, what we've done, what we've accomplished. I've got goosebumps, of course. I do what we've accomplished and what we've yeah, we've done. I just wanted to share a little statistic before we start, because it's a kudos to us for keeping going through our podcast journey and all of the ebbs and flows that we've been through, that 50% of podcasts that start never make it past 10 episodes and, um, past the one year mark in podcasting. So we have made it to way beyond that and we are about to reach our first year in podcasting. So congratulations to us that's wild, isn't it?

Speaker 2:

and it is a lot of work. Like I think that might be wise. People don't realize what actually goes on behind the scenes. Um, you know, and it's, you've got to be consistent and you've got to have systems in place and, yeah, you've got to dedicate time to it, like, if you really want it that bad, you know, it's you've got to, you've got to keep going.

Speaker 2:

And I highly recommend that everyone has like someone that they do it with, like a bestie or something like that, because then you know, then you can split things and you can bounce ideas off, you can split sharing content and things like that. So that makes it a little bit easier, I think, is having both of us being able to, you know, contribute.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think we wouldn't have been able to be so consistent with, like, mom life and business and you know, just life in general, like everything gets thrown at you when you're kind of chasing your dreams. So, yeah, I'm grateful to do this journey with you. My beautiful honey and you are just like the Google Doc queen and I am so far from that, like we just our zone of geniuses just kind of complement each other. So it's been beautiful.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely, I think I've gotten a little bit better. You've gotten way better at. When you I first said the google doc thing, you were like what is this? I don't even know how to do this. And now she's making her own google docs, which is so cool, and I feel like my content creation has also like taken off a little bit as well. Absolutely, so, yeah, it's cool that we're learning from each other's zone of geniuses also which I love, and letting go of control.

Speaker 2:

My control with the content at first was not not a vibe it's not ocd, I do as well but I'm also like you know, I can still appreciate other things, but, yeah, she has let go of control, um, which is good, yay, uh. So yeah, we've made a little bit of a sort of idea of what we are going to chat about today, um, just to keep us on track, because in the past we have recorded episodes and gone rogue and then we didn't end up releasing it. Um, it's not like it'll be scripted, but, yeah, we've just written down some of our stats and stuff in order to recap, um. So, yeah, I think we'll touch on how we started the year, with our own episodes and our initial vision of how 2024 was going to be.

Speaker 1:

So our vision coming into 2024 and starting the podcast was generally like to just have our little riffs on life and for people to like tune into our best friend conversations, and that's really how it started. And then we were like, oh, like, we want to do some collaborations and we'll do like one a month or whatever. And then that led into posting something on Instagram um, just a call out for the podcast. And then next minute, like we were having to like put all these systems in place because we got so many people coming on saying they wanted to collaborate. And it was just wild because I remember posting it and messaging Jules and being like I don't know if this is cringe, but like I'll delete later if no one responds. And the next minute we were like having to do jot forms and all that sort of stuff, which was so cool.

Speaker 1:

So I guess that's like the like, the structure is like the masculine energy of it and I guess the coming on and recording is like the playful feminine energy when you really think about it. So, yeah, which has led us into, yeah, just having to create like guest contracts and like booking systems and like spreadsheets and just to stay organized, like I don't think people do realize how much love and time goes in behind the scenes, like we're probably spending upwards of I don't know three, four, five hours a week, I would say, sometimes Just creating content, listening to apps, editing apps like it's crazy, and then obviously checking in with CoLabs, like you know, a few days before them coming on like there's just so much that goes into the back end of podcasting. So it's really made us appreciate other podcasters, that is for sure.

Speaker 2:

Hmm, yeah, and I remember, and we had a look to see when we did that potty call out and it was April the 15th, which just seems like yesterday, but also seems like so long ago. Like it's just insane, isn't it? And I, yeah, I think we've really like grown as we've learned and learned as we've grown, because we had so many in-depth conversations about things Like, if we noticed there was something that needed to be changed, or we were like, oh, this isn't working or how can we make this easier on ourselves. We just brainstormed and were able to come up with certain things like as well, for example, the editing and stuff like that, just being able to. You know, okay, let's swap it weekly, so one person edits and one person will do the canvas able to. You know, okay, let's swap it weekly, so one person edits and one person will do the canvas, the carousels and um. So that's worked really well as well.

Speaker 2:

As, like the admin things. I'm more admin as a teacher, so, um, for a while there we were doing a lot of the admin on me and then dayling was doing a lot of our reels, um, so, yeah, we just have embraced it and embraced the challenges and just sort of hit the ground running with how are we going to navigate this challenge, to make things easier for us so we're not, you know, having to spend so much longer. So our little systems, I think, have been beautiful as they've been birthed, if you will.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely. And then we're like, how did we do it beforehand? It's crazy, you've, you gotta have the automation. I feel like the job forms and stuff and having those links in the, the bio and stuff like that, because sometimes we'll wake up and we're like, oh my god, we've had a couple of like er eois and like overnight, like which is people scrolling, obviously, and stuff. So that has been really cool as well absolutely.

Speaker 2:

I love organization, it just makes me so happy.

Speaker 2:

I'm more of a chaotic mess, yeah let's talk a little bit into our main interactions from strangers. Like I never thought when we started the podcast that that was going to happen. I, you know, had this, I guess, misconception in my mind that you know the main people that would be supporting would be the people that we know and love dearly you know our friends, our family members, things like that but our main interactions generally come from strangers that we've actually never met in real life, which is crazy and I remember us talking about this before and the fact that we'd listened to that on a podcast as well which is crazy, um, to think about. Yeah, but still, like we are so grateful of all the love, regardless of where it's coming from. Like our hearts are so full every time we see a message or a like or a follow.

Speaker 1:

Like we are literally celebrating in our dms being like another follower, you know, and um, yeah, so just know that we love every single one of you absolutely, um, and isn't it beautiful as well, on the back end of that, with the collabs like we never really realized the relationships that we would form with the collabs that come on, because we've never met a lot of these as well, or we've interacted just briefly with them before. They've been on the podcast. Um, and yeah, like people will like messages, their dating updates and like all that stuff, and it's just so beautiful to watch and see their growth as well from seeing their personal stuff that they have on their instagram, knowing what they were navigating at the time coming onto the podcast. So that's beautiful, it's so nice, love it.

Speaker 2:

And when we added the somatic check-ins as well, that was one of my other favorite things that we added was just realizing that. You know, we were coming in ourselves initially when we started doing the collabs as well, coming in with nerves and fear and you know what if the thoughts don't come, what if things don't flow, what if technology happens? Because essentially, we don't really know the people that are coming on the podcast, the women, aside from reading their EOIs and talking to them in DMs. So I think when we added that level of somatic check-in, where we were just able to tune into our bodies and bring ourselves into the present moment, I think that changed the dynamic of everything before we started.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely. I can't remember how that came about, was that from the back end of the course? I remember her coming on and being like let's do a somatic check-in before we drop in. And we dropped into our bodies and I feel like your brain just goes clearer, like honestly, um, and you're coming. Generally, a lot of us are moms or business owners, so we're coming from our busy lives into this space. So, yeah, like just dropping everything that had happened, you know that morning and then really just dropping into our bodies. It's just been so beautiful and everyone comes out of it like so zen, like we're just it's so beautiful yeah, I don't remember how it came about.

Speaker 2:

To be honest, I have no idea. I don't remember. It's been a while we've been doing it now, but yeah, it must have been something we were just like. Ah, I think we need this.

Speaker 1:

And yeah, yeah, and we flowed with it.

Speaker 2:

And the feedback has been good around it, though Absolutely Like. I feel like the guests have loved it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah. There's been people that come on that have been on other podcasts and they're like, oh, we've never done that on the podcast before.

Speaker 2:

I'm like, yes, queens, we do things different over here so and you can notice, like you can feel even our energy, like we'll come in.

Speaker 1:

And, as you said, single moms were like, ah, you know, and you know, all flustered from the morning in the weekend, but as soon as we come out of that it's kind of like we've dropped into the space, yeah, absolutely Absolutely, and one of our intentions from the start of the podcast was to grow organically, because I know that so many people do marketing and stuff and it's so easy you can compare yourself to all these big brands that have all these followers and stuff like that. But one thing I'm really grateful for is that we have grown organically and the people that we have attracted into the podcast and stuff like that are just so in alignment with our values, like it blows our mind every time we do a collab or someone messages us or whatever, and we're just like in perfect divine timing, like in alignment always and, as we said before, it's generally something that we are and, as we said before, it's generally something that we are closely navigating or have just navigated or, without knowing it, are about to navigate.

Speaker 2:

So it's just like the universe, it's just all. So like the synchronicities are unreal, like it's just I was going to say synchronistic, but that's not a word but yeah, the synchronicities are real and I, yeah, yeah, I love the organic growth and it's so funny when we get the dms and you know we get oh, do you want us to?

Speaker 2:

you know, boost your, boost this and boost that, oh my god yeah, like we're actually just happy with the community that we have, that we're building through one follower at a time. You know we're not trying to buy followers, we're not trying to have them, you know, pulled from wherever. Like we want our, our interactions in our community to be that just heart-led and soulful and there for the right reasons. So we are so excited about every single one of you that follow us yes, exactly.

Speaker 1:

Oh my god, what a journey, though honestly.

Speaker 2:

I know but now it's kind of like, with all these systems in place, it's literally just like you know, like it just goes, like things just flow beautifully and, um, I think one of our big changes was when we changed from Podbean to Buzzsprout in June. So, um, that was like I quite love Buzzsprout. I know we were saying this morning that one of the things that we don't really like is that you can't see the amount of views. You can only see the downloads of the podcast. Yeah, um, but yeah, so all the stats we're going to drop today are going to be well, most of the stats, I should say, are going to be from June, so reflective of the last five months of EWP, because once you leave a platform, uh, you lose access to that data the structure, the ego.

Speaker 1:

no, I'm kidding we probably screenshot it.

Speaker 2:

I feel like we would have screenshot it at some stage, but that's so fine.

Speaker 1:

So we have had 2,474 total downloads since moving from Buzzsprout five months ago.

Speaker 1:

Again, this is not listeners, so I don't know if you guys know, but just a fun fact for podcasting is the way that you're ranked in the podcasting world is based off your downloads and not your listens. But a lot of people actually do not download the episodes, so they only stream it, they only listen to it, but do not download it. So for us to be ranked higher in the podcast world, we would love if you guys follow us and download our episodes, because that would just help us reach so many more people. And again, if you're not in the podcasting world, you wouldn't even. That's just like goes over your head really. And now I've actually started intentionally downloading episodes when I listen to someone else's podcast because I'm like that is my thank you podcast, because I'm like that is my thank you um. But yeah, and we cannot um see the listeners now that we are on buzzsprout compared to podbean, I think it was opposite on podbean, actually, we didn't see the downloads, we only seen the listens.

Speaker 1:

I'm pretty sure, from memory I can't remember exactly, but yeah, um, but yeah, and definitely reviewing our podcast and stuff definitely helps as well, and we've got fan mail attached now, which was pretty freaking cool.

Speaker 2:

So leave us some fan mail, leave us a love. We see all your reviews and we generally will share them because they do mean so much to us, honestly, like we're in the back end, just like look at these reviews review so, yeah, please keep sending all your messages and all your love. I can't believe that our most downloaded episode is introduction to empowering women project, with 197 downloads, which is just crazy to think how far we've come since then yeah, and that's only again, again since five months ago.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And same in the membrane? Yeah, true.

Speaker 1:

Yes and same in the membrane guys. And also we have published 45 episodes, when this is released, including the ones that are about to release. And how many? So we've done 25 beautiful collaborations with beautiful, stunning women, and we have done 21 with just Jules and I, so 46 in total. So proud of us, honestly.

Speaker 2:

Just crazy. Yeah, that 46 includes the one from last year. We were like the math ain't math in this morning. But then we realized, oh, that it's 46 because of the one from 2023. 46 total.

Speaker 1:

So this would be actually no, math is not mathing in our world today, but 47, including this one go us wait.

Speaker 2:

We cannot do math today, so no, math is not mathing. Yeah, I think mars retrograde has started, and I think there's a few other planets in retrograde as well.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, yeah, crazy I've been freaking crying all weekend, so whatever's happening out there, I don't know yeah, beautiful releases, yeah, it's a time to release and yeah, just keep healing and trekking on your journey, gals, that's. You know it's hard work, but the end result, I tell you you, you get, you know, more fulfilled in alignment with yourself, the deeper you go, absolutely. So keep going. A little message in there.

Speaker 2:

Of course, as per usual of Instagram insights, because with the professional Instagram, it tells you in the background, and we've actually had 17,075 views and 86.8% of those are women, which is exactly like, on par with our mark. You know, that's exactly what our target audience is, which we love.

Speaker 1:

And I remember when we first started planning the podcast, we were even doing age demographics. So we did our avatar, so the people that we would be talking to in our podcast episodes and stuff like that, and the demographic with the age is exactly what we wanted as well.

Speaker 2:

So crazy, our first ever collab was mindset and movement with Jess from fuel fitness. So, jess, if you're listening, thank you for popping our collab cherry in March this year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I think we put, I think we popped hers as well, so yay yeah, crazy how far we've come since then.

Speaker 2:

and like now it just seems like a routine, like it just seems like we're doing the potty today and it's just beautiful.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Reflecting on, like my second episode that we did and I was like I'm never fucking podcasting again. I was so in my head and now I can just get on and riff about anything and it's just like it's so crazy how much you grow.

Speaker 2:

Yeah and yeah. The fear just fades away. So if you're thinking about doing a podcast or starting one, definitely do it, do your research first, but definitely, you know, just overcome that fear because it's worth it. All of the moments, the realization, the love, the women you get to connect with. It is just unreal.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and be bold about it too, like I feel like sometimes at some points I'm like oh my god, I feel like I'm annoying, like all I post about is a podcast, but if you're not posting, no one's gonna know that you have a podcast.

Speaker 2:

so be annoying, be cringe, exactly be unapologetically, you absolutely drop some quick stats here about our country. So we are in 28 countries and territories and then 129 cities, which is just insane.

Speaker 1:

So proud and our top country and 75% of our listeners, of course, comes from the land down under Australia. And the top city most listened to, with 37% of our listeners is Amel and 13% with Brisbane, which we were spinning out when we were reading this this morning. We're like what the fuck? Who do we even know in those towns?

Speaker 2:

but anyway, yeah, hello Brizzy listeners, let's talk about our collabs. How have we felt about them? How you know what have we?

Speaker 1:

learned I? I've learned that most people have fear and nerves and just because they show up in the online space like confident and all the rest of it, because that's their zone of genius or what they've got comfortable with over the years, doesn't mean the like coming on a podcast. They don't have fear and stuff. Most people that come on do have like some sort of anxiety or nerves or whatever, and it just makes you feel more human as well. But the space that we've been able to hold for women um, and the feedback that we've got from them, like being able to like say that they felt safe, to like open up and share like a lot of people that have come on have never shared publicly about their story in the depth that they have on our podcast. So the fact that we were able to have that space for them and for them to share, I'm just so proud of them all. Honestly. Like we've had some wild stories.

Speaker 2:

Like even we've had to do some somatic check-ins after and be like, oh yeah and for me, I just am in more awe of women than I have ever been. Like it just gives me such an appreciation for women and how intelligent they are, like women are just next level, and how they just have all of these beautiful things that they're doing, plus navigating life, plus healing, plus chasing their dreams, like if they are not multitaskers, I do not know what is like. It is just the zone of genius and the knowledge and the wisdom and the things that I've learned and the things that I've resonated with. It's just I'm blown away every single day, every collab, every woman that we cross paths with in our dms. It it's just we're so, so grateful, so grateful and so in awe of every single one of you. So yeah, also to all of our listeners as well. Like we just appreciate you so much, honestly.

Speaker 1:

One word that just kept coming through my head then was resilient. Like how resilient women are, how many things that we all do navigate as moms and as just people, and growing up like our childhood stuff and all the rest of it, but how everybody that has come on has been like fuck, that that's not going to be my story. And at some point in their life they've been like, okay, I've got to level up or else I'm going to be the alternative of you know, the opposite end of the spectrum. So it's so beautiful.

Speaker 2:

I love it, I love that we have created this space like fell into having the collabs, you know, and it's just all meant to be like perfect divine timing, perfect synchronicity.

Speaker 1:

All meant to be like we're just, we're so lucky, we, we pinch, we have pinch ourselves moments, probably daily yeah, it's even funny when I go on to Spotify sometimes and I see our little, our little heads on there and I'm just like that's my podcast, like that's our podcast, like we're on Spotify it's beautiful.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that's so surreal and we're gonna keep going with that. We're going to talk about our vision for 2025 and it's going to look like more of us some solos as well, and fortnightly collabs. So we've decided that we want to bring more of our chats, our learnings, our growth, our trials, tribulations, our life's ebbs and flows. You know, we want to just share more with you guys, so we hope you love that as much as we do.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and any feedback is always welcome as well. But, yeah, also, I'm wanting to share our zones of genius, because we both have qualifications coming out our bottoms and so much knowledge and wisdom that we just when you're we love Collabs, but when you're in Collabs you're obviously holding the space for other people and they're sharing their stuff and I feel like, yeah, like in the last six months, we kind of haven't been able to really shine in our own podcast, in a sense like does if that makes sense. So, yeah, I think I think that's a great move during every second week.

Speaker 1:

Yeah and we just want to create that balance. Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

That balance yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely yeah, because we've recorded a few, as we said earlier, like behind-the-scenes sort of things, but it's been like, if we've had a which we haven't had many which I'm so proud of, the women who have shown up for themselves, but the few we've had to reschedule or cancel.

Speaker 2:

No issues there, but, um, yeah, we've like top on and do our own, but then we've gone rogue and by the time we edited, it's like that's not happening anymore. So, um, I think, yeah, just being able to give life updates on what we're navigating and that, you know, we do go through shit as well and we do fall back into old ways or habits and things like that. So, just being like we just want to show up and be authentic and real and vulnerable, and you know so that other women can relate and our co-loves do that as well. But, as Dailene said, we just we want to hold the space for them. So it's more about them and their zone of genius and yeah and such than it is about us in that moment. So, yeah, a balance, that 2025 is gonna bring balance and we're over the moon absolutely that move and we are.

Speaker 1:

If you are wanting to come on to the podcast next year for collaborations, we are already booked out for the third week of april already. Like, and yeah, so wild honestly. If you are wanting to jump on the podcast, go to the link in our bio or send us a dm um and we'll probably just refer you back to the link in our bio. Anyway, uh, and yeah, you do. All you do is go into link and then um the expression of interest form to be a podcast guest for next year. We will review that and send you an email, um, and yeah, even if you book it, you know well, down the track after you have like a, we've had people that um release books and they specifically chose a date after that or before that.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, intentional yeah, and this is for you. If you're listening, if you're feeling called to share your zone of genius, your healing journey, how you chase your dreams, how you put the beer in the bin, then apply for 2025. Now I think we're gonna pop another podcast call out um, so tag your besties. That's how it's spread so far and wide. Last time, I think, just women tagging each other and being like I think you should go on, I think you should do this.

Speaker 1:

So, yeah, take your besties and apply if you think that they've got some knowledge to share or even tag some podcasts that you would love us to collaborate with, like that are on the same level, um, and also we're going to be tagging people and calling you guys out that said, oh, I, I want to come on the podcast. So I've mentally noted who you are and I'm going to be tagging you, so we're going to be calling it forward.

Speaker 2:

We're going to continue with our Monday morning recordings at 9.30 because that works well for both of us, just having a slotted in exact time, and lots of incredible women have made that work for them.

Speaker 1:

so we hope that you can find the time and space and energy to do it at 9 30 on a Monday with us as well, and off the back end of that we will also still be releasing episodes every Monday moving forward into 2025 and hopefully a lot more reels and um video content, because that did take up lots of time, so still trying to figure out how to navigate that when we have three or more people on the podcast um with good quality as well, whereas instagram just doesn't send it out. But I'm fucking. I am so fucking excited when we come back fresh to do our new intros and outros.

Speaker 2:

This is the most F bombs she's ever dropped, guys.

Speaker 1:

Really? Oh my God, I haven't even noticed.

Speaker 2:

I must be excited Like 10 in 10 minutes.

Speaker 1:

Sorry, not sorry.

Speaker 2:

Hope your kids aren't in the car. Our first recording of 2025 is going to launch, with the recording date being january 20th, and then our first guest of 2025 will pop in on january 27th.

Speaker 1:

Yes, queens. Oh my god. What a year, honeys, what a year so exciting.

Speaker 2:

We thought that a beautiful way to end this episode would be to share a few fan messages and love that we've received, just to celebrate everyone that has taken the time to send us a message and just to show you that we actually do keep them like. We screenshot them and share them and, yeah, we love them.

Speaker 1:

So please do more of that, because we love reading them some of my little favorites I'll read out uh, you were born for this love. Having you in my ears. That's amazing. You definitely inspire me to push forward with my wellness business. Keep up the great work. You really pulled my heartstrings with your post. I feel like I have always followed your journey and absolutely adored your strength at every pass. Stay golden, you are beautiful.

Speaker 2:

You guys are amazing. I'm such an energetic person. My environment is so important. Absolutely, 100% agree. The more we bring our dreams alive, the more they become part of our reality. I'm such a vision board person.

Speaker 1:

Love this, guys being on this podcast and then listening to the release episode. It makes me nothing but utterly grateful for being on the show with Jules and Day. They're such genuine people who safely hold space for each other and their guests so that everyone can really share the best and vulnerable oh my god, the best and the most vulnerable experience on the podcast. The conversations are always so nourishing and empowering, Truly grateful. Oh my God. Look right here. You knew she was going to cry.

Speaker 2:

Thank you, beautiful queens. It was an absolute pleasure and honour to share my story with your listeners. I'm all about empowering others to find the courage within to do what they never thought possible. What a delight to be your guest. Thank you.

Speaker 1:

Forgot to tell you the newest podcast was so brave and empowering, so proud of you for being so open about all of that. I'm sure it felt good.

Speaker 2:

You guys all of this. Thank you so much for having me. It was an honour to share the most vulnerable parts of my story with you, but I felt so safe and could 100% be myself the whole way through. This is such a vibe, and so are the both of you. Oh, you guys, it was such a beautiful conversation. Thank you for creating such a safe space for so many women to share exactly who they are and where they have come from.

Speaker 1:

Wow, this is incredible. I had no idea you went through that. You are such a permission slip for other women to completely upgrade their life. Thanks Empowering Women Project for having me on your podcast. It was beautiful, vulnerable conversation with amazing women, so many more um.

Speaker 2:

This is one of my faves, you really pull my heartstrings with your posts.

Speaker 2:

I feel like I have always followed your journey and absolutely adored your strength at every path. Stay golden. You are beautiful, always have been heart of gold and I'm so glad you finally see you were see your worth. You are so loved and your podcast is going to help so many girls around the country find their strength too. You have been through a lot. I applaud your strength to come forward. In regards to db, tell you, the newest podcast was so brave and empowering, so proud of you for being so open about all that. I'm sure it felt good I'll share one more.

Speaker 1:

Actually, keep sharing this, because you're helping inspire people like me who really need to hear this kind of stuff. I've been a heavy drinker for a long time and I've realized I need to stop, so please keep sharing this type of positivity.

Speaker 2:

I've got goosebumps so many just casually crying listening to your podcast. It's so beautiful so beautiful, oh my god thank you so much for taking the time just to share your words, and we know like how valuable and precious time is, but it honestly, it really truly does mean the world to us.

Speaker 1:

It really does, like, honestly, and it keeps us going, especially on those weeks that, like you know, we're navigating big things in our own life and we're like how the fuck are we going to keep going? And we receive a dm I swear to god it's always perfect divine timing and we're like, okay, we remember our why, like, we remember why we started and yeah, and to actually know that some of our podcasts have made such a ripple effect of people like going, going no alcohol era, or probably seeking out therapy and you know things like that making changes to their everyday habits and stuff is so truly amazing, because we know when you change things in your own life, it changes things in your kid's life and those around you too. So, yeah, and that's what the intention was from the start.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and then also connecting in with our co-labs if you've resonated with something going and giving them a follow, and just yeah, you know, joining some of these incredible courses or networks. It's just amazing the women that we have on, and if you are here, then we know that you're all about empowering women. So, yeah, just keep spreading that love out there, because you all matter and you're all so very, very loved actually it makes me reflect on when we first started the podcast on.

Speaker 1:

Our vision board said collaboration over competition and that's the environment we always wanted to create was we don't need to compete with each other, we just need to collaborate and love on each other and empower each other to get through what we go through and to get to the next level. So, yeah, all of our love. So beautiful.

Speaker 2:

So, yeah, all of our love, so beautiful, our energy has just gone from like so excited to just like so peaceful and fulfilled. I think, like I think we just felt the energy totally shift and change and it's just, yeah, an honor. So thank you, thank you, thank you again for an incredible 2024. We are so honored.

Speaker 1:

And with that the end of 2024.

Speaker 2:

We will see you in 2025, queens, don't forget to like, tag, share, follow and yeah, keep chasing those dreams, keep healing All of our love. We hope you feel inspired to take back your power.
