Talk No Dey Cook Rice Podcast
When we were younger, we all said we would be pilots, astronauts, and "big people" when we grow up. Here we are, "in the future," and we can clearly see how it is almost impossible to achieve those big dreams.
What happened? Did we just sit aloof, expecting life to turn out great?
This is a leadership podcast where we document honest, in-depth conversations with young Ghanaians shaping culture, business, governance, and industry.
At a time when many believe success only exists outside the country, we are intentional about telling powerful local stories. That's why every episode goes beyond surface-level conversations to uncover the mindset, decisions, and real-life experiences of these great guests.
The Podcast is a peer mentorship program. Simply getting young people who are doing exceptionally well for themselves to mentor other young people who want to do big things,
If you’re looking to grow, think differently, and build something that matters, you’re in the right place.

Building Africa's Greatest Dance Academy, The DWP Story

Ernest Kwablah, popularly known as “Quables,” is the founder of the flamboyant DWP Academy—the home that birthed Afronita, Dancegod Lloyd, Endurance, and Lisa Quama (dance superstars in and outside of Ghana). The dancers he managed have performed on some of the world’s greatest stages, from *Britain’s Got Talent* to starring in commercials for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, being featured on billboards in Times Square, and creating iconic dance moves that have made songs go viral.
The success stories of the dance academy he founded have been featured by CNN, BBC News, and other world-class media outlets.
Quables joins me for the most vulnerable conversation I’ve ever had on the podcast.
This conversation knows no limits. He shares the good, the bad, and the ugly on your favorite podcast. Listen intently and share with a friend.
