Talk No Dey Cook Rice Podcast
When we were younger, we all said we would be pilots, astronauts, and "big people" when we grow up. Here we are, "in the future," and we can clearly see how it is almost impossible to achieve those big dreams.
What happened? Did we just sit aloof, expecting life to turn out great?
Well, I sit down every week on the "Talk No Dey Cook Rice Podcast" (which translates as—Talk Is Hot Air) and interview young people who are literally living their dream lives in this somewhat “hard Ghana”.
I delve into their minds to understand how they have managed to keep their heads above water.
The Podcast is a peer mentorship program. Simply getting young people who are doing exceptionally well for themselves to mentor other young people who want to do big things “when they grow up”🥂

The Real Reason Why I'm Not A "Neutral" Journalist - Paul Adom Otchere
In this no-holds-barred episode, Ghana’s most watched current affairs broadcaster, Paul Adom-Otchere, steps into the Talk No Dey Cook Rice studio for a deeply honest and unfiltered conversation. From defending President Akufo-Addo since 1988 to his views on media independence, corruption, constitutional reform, and even galamsey, Paul holds nothing back.
He shares personal convictions, tough criticisms, and bold insights on the state of Ghana’s democracy — including why he believes the media must be wealthy, the youth want a whip-cracker president, and why he’ll never lie in defense of Akufo-Addo.
This is Paul Adom-Otchere like you’ve never heard him before.
