For the March School Spirit podcast, Renée Dawson, director of Family and Community Engagement, talks with students from Aldie Elementary. They are joined by Aldie Principal Ashley Barkley and behavior resource teacher Jessica Vermont to talk about what community means to them and how it comes to life at Aldie. The students share their favorite community‑building traditions and explain Aldie’s motto, ROCK—Respect, Ownership, Community, and Kindness.
