Coming to you live from the rattleslink. God damn it.

SPEAKER_03

Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I promise.

SPEAKER_03

The rattleslake isn't.

SPEAKER_02

The rattleslake.

SPEAKER_01

God damn it. Boom. Jeff, you have to leave this all. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

This is all in. This is all.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

I promise I'll do it. Especially if he messes it up again.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Siblets.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. Why? Counting you in again, Jerry. Three, two, one.

SPEAKER_04

Coming to you live from the rattlesnake saloon in Tuscumbia, Alabama, it's Buffalo Buffalo.

SPEAKER_00

It's Buffalo, Buffalo, Buffalo, Buffalo, yeah!

SPEAKER_04

Welcome to Buffalo Buffalo. My name is Jerry, and Ah, they're here. Daphne, Pake, and Jeff.

SPEAKER_01

Yay! Thank you for that. Thank you for that good that great welcome. Jerry, I don't know that I've ever had such a great welcome on the podcast.

SPEAKER_02

I was lured in here with the promises of something else, and then opened up the Zoom room, and it was like, oh, it's Buffalo Buffalo again.

SPEAKER_05

Of course.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, where else would you spend your Tuesday night?

SPEAKER_03

Yes. I was gonna say he actually has somewhere else. Some of us don't have anything else to do with our lives.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I've got plenty to do. Like I could be working right now.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_02

I could be doing right now what every second of my free time at home for the past day and a half has been, which is finally giving in to the hype and playing Tomadochi life or Tomodachi life. I gave in. It's it's addicting. And it's it's Sims meets Animal Crossing, meets stupid puns and ridiculous hijinks. And it's just one of those time killer games where you're like, yeah, I'm building stuff, I'm creating people, I'm making them talk to each other, and having them do tasks, and it gets a little repetitive. And oh my god, has it been eight hours already? Where am I? Where am I?

SPEAKER_01

Now, is this a game you play by yourself?

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

And not with other people, so not with like other people.

SPEAKER_03

It's not an online, doesn't have an online aspect to it. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

No.

SPEAKER_03

No.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Alright.

SPEAKER_04

So is it like that when you say Tamodachi, the it's the little not Tamagachi. Oh Tamagi. Oh.

SPEAKER_02

Tomadachi. Oh. Uh it's it's Miis. You make little mis on the switch. M-I-I-M. M-I-I. Not M.

SPEAKER_01

Rather.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

I think I'd rather do the Sims. Because I like to make the houses and I like to do all the things and like them to look cool.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

I don't I don't know. The we thing. The me thing, I don't know. No, it's not cool enough.

SPEAKER_02

Not cool enough for whatever you want them to talk about. Yeah. What is fun is because they don't have their own weird language or like the Animal Crossing, like, no, no, no, no, no. Like they actually speak English and they try to like and they pronounce the words and sentences and things like you type. Sometimes you have to give them a little nudge and no, it's pronounced this way, but like.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but I like Simlish. Galfordu.

SPEAKER_04

Well, now that you say Simlish, you know, and I I loathe to mention the name Katie Perry, but she did last Friday night in Simlish.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, there was so many uh pressure by Paramore in Simlish.

SPEAKER_03

After this podcast, we're gonna have to check that out. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

There were cool things, like you'd have celebrities that would get inserted into the game. Like they'd have characters made.

SPEAKER_02

In this game, you can make whoever you want. I see a lot of whoever you want.

SPEAKER_03

You can different um yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You can with Sims, like you could download Sims.

SPEAKER_03

You just make stuff, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I loved Sims. I just know that I would be stuck there for hours like you are with this game. So now I'm gonna do it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it's and I knew I was like contemplating downloading it because I knew that's what it would be. Is it's just like The Sims, is when I get into a kick of playing Sims, it's like this is literally all I will do all day, all night for three weeks straight, and then I'll be done with it for a couple of years. Yeah, exactly. It's like, and then now that's enough of that.

SPEAKER_01

We've had this conversation on this podcast before.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I got I got to do something fun last week. I got to play um Dead by Daylight on a Twitch stream in a Discord channel. Uh with Well, well, well, you use Discord.

SPEAKER_03

Cool. You use Discord.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

We know how to use Discord. We don't use it for messaging.

SPEAKER_01

No. Okay. No. We're not gonna enable your green bubble disease.

SPEAKER_02

We have text. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, I got to be part of a Twitch stream, like playing Dead by Daylight, so that was super fun.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, that sounds fun. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it was great. Amelie played with us too. She wasn't in the Discord room, but uh she played with us too. It was super cool.

SPEAKER_03

That's awesome.

SPEAKER_01

But I have I have a story to share.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

First of all, let me just say that I know that I've told you guys that I get really like I feel like sometimes things that happen to me are just so ridiculous, and of course they happen to me. Well, I went out to get in my car so that I could go visit my nieces on Sunday. And my car keys, here it is. I have them.

SPEAKER_03

For reference, that's what keys look like.

SPEAKER_01

Could you like jingle them in front of a camera that that really gets the audience needs to know what they sound like so that you can so um I have a new I have a new car, it has the automatic start, it also has a fob where you just there's no real car key.

SPEAKER_03

And a sunroof exception exemption, right?

SPEAKER_02

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, and I opened the summer tires are on the roof, right?

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Okay, so um I put the keys in my purse. I'm still not used to having not having a key to start my car. Because I my car was like a 2000 head.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_01

Somehow my purse just fell over, and the keys went in between the passenger seat and the middle console.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, no, no. No, no, okay, I don't know.

SPEAKER_03

Sorry.

SPEAKER_01

No, I thought I knew, but there's a No, you know, but it's even worse. It extends. They fell down, not only in between, but you know the track that the seat is on to go forwards and back. And there's like a box at the end. They went in there. Oh my god. Oh no. So tell okay. Imagine the volcano that erupted from this experience. I was pleased. Rage. I was rage infused about this situation.

SPEAKER_04

Um more rage than when we play uh Fall Guys.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, Jerry, this was a this out of a 10, this was a level 15 rage. Damn. Like it was bad. It was real bad. Um, I I asked Chris to come out and help me. Just to explain where they were was hard because of the way the seat was. And you know, because I saw Bombie Dearest, we don't have any wire hangers in the house. So I couldn't get a wire hanger.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, I was I was just gonna suggest that.

SPEAKER_01

Yep. Um Chris wanted to try something that I told him no not to bring out, which I will tell you guys off air.

SPEAKER_03

Um I'm trying to imagine what that could possibly be now.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, he comes out with. So I finally just said, you know what? I'm going to go to see the girls. Um, I won't be able to take them anywhere because I won't be able to lock the car. Someone could just jump in and start it because the keys were right in there.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_01

But for some reason I thought, you know what, my brother can help me with this. I know he can help me with this. Because at the time, honestly, what I was thinking is, I want my daddy. Like, I want my dad to come and help me. This is one of those situations.

SPEAKER_02

You just gotta pick the car up and turn it upside down and shake it a couple times. I've tried that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it doesn't work very well. Um, but it would be perfect because if I flip the car over, the wheels would be on the bottom then. So uh I drove all the way over there and got myself calmed down so it wasn't raging. And Rachel, my youngest niece, who is incredibly sweet and wonderful, comes out ready to help with her little arms and her little hands. It's like Rachel. Honestly, I can't even she might be able to.

SPEAKER_03

She's got those.

SPEAKER_01

Her arms were not long enough. And they didn't have any wire hangers either. So I'm thinking, okay, where can I get a wire hanger? Because that's what I'm gonna need. And Lori, Josh's wife, is really resourceful. Like, she's very helpful with stuff like that. She puts stuff together, she, you know, she's really good. We fiddled around with it and moved the seat ahead and then pushed it down, like the actual seat back down. And you could just see this the ring outside the box. Well, Rachel wants to get it and yank it out, and I'm like, no, because if you yank it out, we'll never see it again. This is we got one chance to do this, and I was able to get them out. Um that was insane. Like, of course it happens to me. I don't understand, and that's what I just kept thinking is why is this happening to me? Why did it fall in there? Why is it that the perfect storm of madness happens? And there it is. So then I take the girls to the mall. I get them Johnny Rockets milkshakes.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I haven't had a Johnny Rockets milkshake in years.

SPEAKER_04

I remember the last time I had one. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Um I was gonna get one and I decided instead to go to Gloria Jeans, which is a coffee shop, and get an ice white cappuccino because I haven't had one in like since previously.

SPEAKER_03

They sell coffee at a jeans store.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, weird. They do. Denim and coffee, they go really well together.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Sounds like a main thing. Sure.

SPEAKER_01

So the girls were drinking their milkshakes, and I not the denim lattes. No. They're milkshakes. And I made the joke. The milkshakes that didn't bring all the boys to the yard. And they didn't get it at all.

SPEAKER_03

Probably not the worst thing that the little girls don't know that song, but yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Uh yeah. And uh, so my oldest niece got an a phone for her birthday because she just turned 12. And so I was kept making that joke about the milkshake. And we get back to the house and uh she gets on her phone and asks about it, and it starts talking. The AI thing comes up first, and it starts saying what the milkshake saw what it refers to.

SPEAKER_04

Oh no.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, um You're not allowed back anymore.

SPEAKER_01

No, I am.

SPEAKER_02

Daphne corrupting you one day at a time.

SPEAKER_01

So we were sitting, you know, we're just sitting there um in the living room, and Elizabeth's reading the description off her phone, and at one point Lori says, I think that's enough, Fanat. Um because it's it's it's about bringing the boys to the yard.

SPEAKER_02

Right. No, mom, but you see, the milkshakes in question aren't actual delightful dairy treats. They're actually voluptuous bosoms.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So um and it was basically taught It's far. No. So she uh is is you know, she Googled it and it just isn't talking about a woman using her body to Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, uh then don't have her look up apple bottom jeans either. So don't even say that around them.

SPEAKER_01

No, no. Um, and the last thing I have to say is um makeup with the 12-year-olds is an experience that uh they're very subtle about it. Elizabeth's mother gave her permission to get blush and eyeshadow. Well, of course, she wanted to go into Sephora. Yeah, and that's where we got enlightened to the real cost of adults.

SPEAKER_02

A Sephora. A Sephora.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. And we've lost Jerry for the next five minutes.

SPEAKER_03

He's good, he's good.

SPEAKER_01

A Sephori, yeah. So uh yes, um equally as interesting was going in Lululemon because the price shock of everything. And Elizabeth's just like, I've got this birthday money. I can't what how I can't buy anything. It yeah, it takes all my money for one thing, and I'm like, I will take you to another place. It you'll be able to get makeup.

SPEAKER_02

Have you heard of an incredible top-of-the-line boutique called Walmart?

unknown

Exactly.

SPEAKER_04

Oh no, there's there's another one. It's it's it's down the street from it. It's uh the Target Target. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_01

So I took her to Target, introduced her to a brand called ELF, eyes, lips, face is what it is. And um Elf.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. It's it's a movie with Wolf Darrell. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, and that seemed to be good, although she did spend twenty more dollars than I had allocated for her birthday because she does. And Rachel, on the other hand, is very good at math and knows about tax and understands that if she has $20, she cannot buy an item that is $19.99 because of tax.

SPEAKER_06

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01

And I'm just like, it's gonna be a great experience when I get to take her for her birthday shopping. With Elizabeth, it's a little different because she's outgrown toys. Yeah. And so it's clothes.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01

And she's very picky, and I remember being very picky at that age, too, and I'm I feel like I'm just getting it back now.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I must have driven my mother crazy. Anyway, that is my That was my weekend.

SPEAKER_02

Nice. You said that was the last thing you were gonna say. Hopefully, not the whole podcast. She's gonna be so. Yeah. Alright, late variation on the joke. ELF. I love that. I love that band, especially their song Mr. Green Sky.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I I knew you were gonna do that.

SPEAKER_03

Um there's nothing, nothing that makes uh a pun better than like coming back to it five minutes later. Exactly. After the moment has passed.

SPEAKER_02

It's a thought, it's a it's like a thought experiment for us here and even for the listeners to like take that and then imagine that I said that when, you know, kind of simultaneously with the Will Farrell movie joke, and it's like choose your own adventure. Both both jokes are equally applicable at all time.

SPEAKER_03

Equally apples.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Um I know, Peg, that you were holding on to that.

SPEAKER_02

I was, I was letting you finish, and then I was like, now let me make sure that that joke gets put out there in the universe.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

unknown

I know.

SPEAKER_04

Honestly. You're gonna let you finish.

SPEAKER_01

Manners. I feel like you guys are developing manners after, you know, a hundred episodes. You're finally like get allowing me to speak.

SPEAKER_02

Took a hundred episodes, but we will turn over a new leaf now. It's it seems like a good time.

SPEAKER_01

It is.

SPEAKER_04

It'll last all of maybe one episode.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

Also, in my day-to-day, I'm I'm sitting here with uh a fresh open wound on my own. So that's also.

SPEAKER_03

Yep. Yeah. Don't elaborate any further on that. Just let it sit at that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It's a colorful open wound.

SPEAKER_02

It is.

SPEAKER_01

It's very colorful.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Sore and a little red and angry, but give it a few.

SPEAKER_01

But you're not angry.

SPEAKER_02

No, it looks incredible.

SPEAKER_01

It really truly paid good money for that wound.

SPEAKER_02

I did. I paid very good money for this wound.

SPEAKER_01

And is that tattoo number five? Five, it is.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Yeah, give me a big 200 anytime soon. Very soon, anytime. And listeners, we are we are gonna be beating that joke until we actually get 200.

SPEAKER_02

Yep. Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know. Plenty of mileage left on that one.

SPEAKER_03

We've got two years of jokes.

SPEAKER_01

Why do we have to keep doing it?

SPEAKER_04

Because it was a wonderful mistake that will live in infamy.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Wonderful. That is great. Thank you so much.

SPEAKER_03

It deserves to be commemorated week after week for two over two years. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

Forever and ever.

SPEAKER_01

Next month, it's two full years of recording this podcast.

SPEAKER_03

I know.

SPEAKER_01

It's wild that we have.

SPEAKER_03

You haven't rage quit. Well, not permanently rage quit. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I ha I mean I tried to leave. You wouldn't let me.

SPEAKER_03

I know, we locked the door.

SPEAKER_01

Stuck here.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, we stuck you while all the uh all the bobbies in the lobby.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. All right. Yeah. Um, so uh, but I have a quick uh weather thing to tell you about. Excellent.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, did you put Dorothy up in the sky and see what came down with the data?

SPEAKER_04

No. Not this time. We we okay. Well, the the tornadoes we actually had were 15 feet wide.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Had my uh a wind speed of about 80 miles an hour and last and had a travel travel distance of about a 150 feet. But it did mess it did mess up a barn. But yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, they're just like little baby NATOs. They're just like, here we are.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, but for here it's like when it's like I hadn't seen something like a tornado warning in like forever.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

But we yeah, but we we did have a um a good like a uh a day a good day of rain over the weekend, and then it was like yeah. It was like sixty degrees here yesterday as a high, and looking at the 10 It's supposed to be a hundred over the weekend.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to it. What the hell? I know. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

But oh well. You wanted this, Jeff. You asked for this. You wanted the weather to get warmer. You wanted it to be lighter later.

SPEAKER_03

I wanted it to be lighter later. I didn't ask for it to be warmer.

SPEAKER_01

I'm sorry. There are prices that you must pay when it comes to having what you want. I got a new car and the keys had to jump into the box. I mean, it's part of what happens.

SPEAKER_04

I do have a solution for that, Daphne.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I keep my keys in my pocket from now on, and they'll never go in that purse again.

SPEAKER_04

Or you can zip the purse closed, or does that not have that ability?

SPEAKER_01

Does it not happen? Nope. Doesn't have that ability.

SPEAKER_03

They have like uh products or whatever that go between your seat and the console that kind of cover that area because it's so easy for things to randomly fall into it.

SPEAKER_01

That has never happened to me in the history of me owning a car. Well, my keys.

SPEAKER_02

That's a flat-out lie because you just told us a story about when it did.

SPEAKER_01

Only this time that it happened.

SPEAKER_03

My keys have definitely fallen out of my pocket and down in that area before.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. I don't know if I I still have to actually plug my keys in and turn them. I don't have like a push button. Start button or or uh whatever the word that my brain can't come up with something with me or something. Yeah. No. Proximity. Proximity, yeah, like connection. But I have dropped my phone down in there a number of times.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

My phone wouldn't my phone wouldn't fit in there.

SPEAKER_02

Well, no, like not in that box, but like between the seats where I would dig and fish it out of there. Not fun. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

No, it is not fun.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, like the gap in my uh in my seat, you know, for in the front, the front part of my truck, it's it's a pretty big gap. You know, it's a good like three by four inches.

SPEAKER_06

Like this.

SPEAKER_01

I didn't mean for this to take over the entire podcast. This is the podcast now.

SPEAKER_03

We're not doing a game. We're not doing a game. We're just gonna talk about it.

SPEAKER_02

We're just gonna talk about how big is your gap in your car?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but uh but I we gonna play a game, Jay?

SPEAKER_04

Well, in a second. But the the keys but the keys have fallen down there. Actually, it just it just happened like a couple days ago, and I forgot about it. And so uh when you close when I close it, when I close the door of my truck, it does like a triple, a triple honk. Yep, and it scares the hell out of me each time.

SPEAKER_02

It is nice that it it does that because I have left Riley's keys in his van with him before. But to like close the door and then like go around and then open up the like door to like with the ramp, and then it's like knack knack knack knack.

SPEAKER_03

Like I'm not gonna lock on you the keys are in here. So it's definitely better than locking your keys in the car. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

The coolest thing though was the day that I realized I had a remote starter. I haven't really needed it.

SPEAKER_03

It'll be really nice to get away.

SPEAKER_02

Uh, but next winter. Yeah, yeah, especially the extremes, which you don't you don't have to deal with. It's nice here to turn on the car doesn't. Riley's van does, but yeah, getting it started when it's really hot for AC and then for yeah, especially for you then when it gets really cold. Yeah from inside, just we're gonna go ahead and get that heater running now.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's a game changer because it I mean it's gotten it's yeah, it's just getting colder and colder every winter.

SPEAKER_04

Yep. Yeah, and and like when here the like the first uh summer I had my truck, you know, I was like, I really like that remote starter, especially because I I set it to like 70, you know, as the temp to get to hit, you know, it's like and it it stays on for 15 minutes before it shuts off on its own. Right. But I'll I'll I'll hit it when I'm like packing up my desk and then it'll be nice and cool by the time I get down there.

SPEAKER_06

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

But okay. Who is ready for a game?

SPEAKER_02

Well, I think I did enough. I think I did enough talking about it. I'm kind of worn it out.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I think I'm kind of done. I think this is a talking episode.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. What other stories do you have, Jeff? Do you have something to share with the collection? I do.

SPEAKER_03

I have something to share with the cloud, at least with with the three of you, which is I have written down 115 numbers here, Jerry.

SPEAKER_06

Oh no. Nice.

SPEAKER_01

Just for fun.

SPEAKER_02

I'm not doing that much.

SPEAKER_01

I am not doing that. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_02

It's like 30 or 40. I'm like, sure, I'll write them. Not 150.

SPEAKER_01

I don't.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I think I was wrong in that. Oh. It'll be it's 114. Okay, hold on one second. Let me.

SPEAKER_01

Jerry. Here's the thing. You've been on this podcast before. You know that the amount of time we have doesn't allow for 114 reasons.

SPEAKER_03

Why do you always think that we're gonna go through every single one? Piece or pieces. I just don't know why you Piece or Pieces has like 200 and something options.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know why we have to do that. Like, why do you guys I don't know. So I can bring this game back and not have to prepare. That's why. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

For certain things, like for example, with Piece or Pieces, it was like, I'm just going to put in all of them, all the Nobel Prize winners and all the serial killers who had more than whatever number I had come up with. And then I'm not trying to curate it and go, okay, well, which ones do I want to do, and that kind of thing. That's that's why. It's because you don't have to curate the list as much.

SPEAKER_04

What is she muttering?

SPEAKER_03

I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not muttering anything.

SPEAKER_03

She muted herself.

SPEAKER_01

What do you okay, Jerry? What do you have for us?

SPEAKER_04

Okay. I have a science game. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. How is this gonna prepare me for trivia tomorrow night?

SPEAKER_03

It could be science questions.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I call this game doubtful. Yeah. Apologies for the Oligies.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. I'm ready.

SPEAKER_04

I'm ready. So I am going to what I'm gonna do is break out your random number generators. One to one hundred and fourteen. So I will give you yeah, and uh we are gonna go in the order of Jeff, Pake, and Daphne. With uh, we're gonna go to eight points and we are gonna have half-point steals.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Alright. And it is you are gonna give us the ology, and we are giving you what it is the study of?

SPEAKER_04

Correct.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Alright.

SPEAKER_02

So prepare now for joke answers. Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Oh no, so some some of these you'll get.

SPEAKER_03

I just want to show you what popped up on my random number generator. Nice. Nice. It came up with 69 when I put in one to 114, and that's what came up. So that's what I'm doing. Sounds good.

SPEAKER_04

Alright. Jeff, your clue is speaking. Yeah. Your clue is virology.

SPEAKER_03

Virology would be the study of viruses.

SPEAKER_04

Correct. Pink.

SPEAKER_02

56.

SPEAKER_04

Lucky number 56.

SPEAKER_02

Possibly. What is it?

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_03

I don't have a good clever answer for this one.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, well, it's a geologic, it's it's a geologic study. It's the study of karst formations like limestone caverns.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, of course. Because we've all studied them. We're all very familiar with karst formations. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so I was in that ballpark.

SPEAKER_03

I knew that I knew that one too, like, you know, things like, you know, like an angioplasty and you know, and that kind of thing. But I decided I couldn't come up with what exactly it was, and so I decided to go with flowers as you know, angiosperm. Yeah. You know.

SPEAKER_02

Um, my brain was like angio. I've heard that in medical use. It has to do with something with innards of some kind in your system. And it's just blood vessels.

So I'm good? I needed vindication because I I haven't exceeded expectations for the last couple of weeks, I feel like.

SPEAKER_04

So you don't want the final one?

SPEAKER_01

No, not unless it's paleontology.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I gotta eliminate that one now.

SPEAKER_01

I don't care. I waited this whole time to get it, and I knew it was gonna be Well Yeah, well, you had a one in 114 chance of getting it.

SPEAKER_04

More than that because she chose eight questions. Oh no, no, no, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You know what the problem is, Jerry?

SPEAKER_03

What is the problem, Daphne?

SPEAKER_01

I knew that this was gonna be the Andre Chicatillo situation, and I was not gonna get paleontology. It was not gonna happen for me.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, well, Daphne, congratulations on your one.

SPEAKER_03

So I think the final score was eight and a half for Daphne. Pake had seven, and I had seven and a half. Is that right? Correct. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

That's exactly.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, it was down to the water.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And you guys led me for a while because I missed that first one. I got that terrible. You were cars from the beginning. I was. Well, Jerry, that was a delightful game. I learned some things and I got to share some knowledge. The fromology one is that was a good one. Was on honestly all I could think is, okay, we're gonna go with the cheese because fromage happens to be one of my favorite uh well not maybe not favorite, but it's a word I remember from French class.

SPEAKER_05

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

La fromage grande. Yeah. The big cheese.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I I did call, you know, yeah. Well, I did call one uh yeah, no, but I did call one girl I was dating. Yeah, Le Fromage. Yeah. No, but I did call a one girl I was dating petite fromage.

SPEAKER_01

Small cheese?

SPEAKER_04

Little cheese.

SPEAKER_01

Little cheese. Okay. All right.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You could get that name tattooed on you, Jerry.

SPEAKER_04

No.

SPEAKER_01

I I don't like beetles. Okay, neither do I. But I inject myself every week.

SPEAKER_03

With heroin, yes. If you don't specify Daphne, we are going to specify for them. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Uh huh. You are brats.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. We are sausages. It's true.

SPEAKER_01

All right. Yep.

SPEAKER_02

I'm more of like a hot teen doll.

SPEAKER_01

From now on, whenever I am texting the chat and calling you brats, I'm going to put with a C. I have to. I feel like it has to happen now.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Uh, Jerry, I understand we have some feedback.

SPEAKER_04

Uh, we do have uh three pieces of feedback on the same episode.

SPEAKER_02

Ooh.

SPEAKER_01

Oh boy.

SPEAKER_02

We're gonna dive into the feedback and see what we got.

SPEAKER_04

The feedback of feedback, yes. Just gonna strap it to our face. Alright. Okay. Uh on episode 98, obstinence only, our friend Levi writes, Alright, chiming in from a Sisyphysian stream. So, like the others were right, a phlebotomous wet dream is a fantastic title. So is just so left field. We could map the ridges of Jerry Sierra Nevadas, wouldn't that be wild? We could clamp Mount Jerry, plag our plant or flag atop his forehead. Well, my forehead, because I'm reading this right now. That's right. Map my ridges. Have you seen those goblin girls yell like that? And I love that Tim gets as much out of the show as I do. Hi Tim Map my Ridges And which Tim responds Hello oh uh Omegan Omega Megan because you know has uh Omegan smiles on the screen name Omegan smiles. Okay. And the second piece of feedback is also from my brother Tim. He says, Hey, I tried listening to the podcast at 0.7 speed, and it is freaking hilarious. You all sound drunk as heck. Had to go back to one speed, surprisingly. Pake sounds exactly the same.

SPEAKER_02

That's my secret. I'm always drunk.

SPEAKER_04

So okay, back to it. I agree with Omegan Smiles. Phlebotomous Wet Dream should have been the title. If it's a muster of peacocks, is it a catch up of cardinals? Oh, and oh, and the correct one for Wombat should be Rock Band of Wombats. I was curious and I had to look it up. Sloss is a snuggle of Sloss. Hella great show.

SPEAKER_03

A snuggle? Is it?

SPEAKER_01

Awesome.

SPEAKER_03

That's fun.

SPEAKER_01

Are we having a little competition between Tim and Levi to see who our number one fan is? I feel like that's happening now. Fight to the death. There can only be one listener to Jerry told them all to stop, and nobody is listening to him.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, we have we had more listeners than these two, but I told them to do not listen.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yep. And they listened.

SPEAKER_04

But they listened to what I said.

SPEAKER_03

They stopped listening after listening. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_02

Now these two are the only ones left, and now they're gonna have to figure out who actually belongs here.

SPEAKER_01

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

Well, thank you, Levi, and thank you, Teddy.

SPEAKER_01

Well, if you like what you've heard and you want to continue to listen, despite Jerry telling you not to, ages ago on an episode, which I can't even remember the title of it. You can find all of our catalog of episodes at our website, Buffalo BuffaloPodcast.com, or you can find us on Facebook and Instagram at Buffalo Buffalo Podcast. I really wish that I'd remember to post on our social media more often. I often forget. Uh so I'm sorry about that. I will try to do better.

SPEAKER_03

Be better, Daphne.

SPEAKER_01

I'm doing my absolute best.

SPEAKER_03

Well, it's just not good enough.

SPEAKER_01

Well, it better be. That's all you're getting. Until next time.

SPEAKER_00

It's so quiet.

SPEAKER_03

Sorry.

SPEAKER_00

It's buffalo, buffalo, buffalo, buffalo. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

We'll be louder next time.

SPEAKER_00

Buffology, buffology.

SPEAKER_04

Bye, son.
