I know I know I remember uh I remember a coworker you know who was looking at something I was I I'd done for um for uh a big an estimate on a really big job, and and then I also provided him the schedule, uh just the construction days and everything, how many working days it would take. And he says, you know, I I really need to get into your head to know what you're thinking. So I need to talk to you about this. And I said, Do you really want to be in my head? And he thought about it for a second and said, I very much miss.

Oh, the problem is construction everywhere is kind of a mess because it's like it's a it's it you have multiple parties that that want things accomplished in different ways, and very few of them want it to be accomplished in the like quick and most convenient way. It's true, very true.

Well, I'll uh for an example, it's like we've had jobs that we've had to work with um irrigation districts on that there's canals that cross underneath the roadway we're working on. And the what needs to get done for the job to be done is that the canal has to be worked on, but only at certain times of the year. Yep. So if it's scheduled, depending on where it's scheduled, you either have to leave that little section of that part out or put it in with a separate contract ahead of the work you're doing.

And give them the design for it. So then your project gets delayed by the code.
