We are celebrating a huge milestone for the Unfiltered Christian Podcast. The 50th episode and 2 years of recording. We wanted to slow down and say thank you to everyone who kept listening through the ups and downs, including seasons of bereavement, unplanned breaks, and the technical issues that come with learning as we go.

I know last year when my sister passed away, we the podcast was like up and down, up and down. Um and even through that time, you guys have still been loyal. You've waited, you're still listening. We've been having technical issues, like there's been so much that has been going on. But we want to thank you.

And um, I'm about to read out some of these countries. So we're in Tunisia, we're in Chile, we're in India, we're in Croatia, we're in Zubekistan, Canada, St. Kits and Nevis, that's my hometown, um, Trinidad and Tobago, Peru, Russia Federation, Jordan, Cyprus, Mexico, Belarus, Algeria, Argentina, South Korea, Bangladesh, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, United States, and United Kingdom.

Um, oh my gosh, that's a hard one. Oh, done so many good ones. Do you know what my favorite episode that I can think of is the one that you did um with a guy that was talking about men. Um was it men in the oh my gosh, what was he talking about? He's talking about men in the church and he was talking about men and masculinity and stuff. Um he's talking about cool, he spoke about quite a few things, and I thought that was really, really powerful episode because.

There was two. So there's one about there was one where he was talking about like the sexual struggle that men have, and then there was another one that was talking about um men praying, like the difficulties of like men praying. Which one was it?

That's the thing. My mind's like, wait, because I'm so stuck on something specific that he said.

Um because that one was about because the one with prayer is about masculinity.

Maybe that's the one I was listening to. Uh yeah, I think that's the one I was listening to. Um about about men praying. But I just like to, I love this vulnerability. That's what it was for me. Shout out to Jay. Yeah, definitely. His vulnerability was just like wow, so powerful. So that's what I mean. But where that's what I mean by where I'm saying, even I have been blessed by listening to our podcast because I heard that and I thought, oh my gosh, so many others need to hear this. Um and I just found that episode really, really powerful. Um, so yeah, I have to say that is one of my favourites.

It's definitely not my only favourite, but it's so that's episode 15, and it's called Exploring Men's Unique Challenges in Embracing Prayer and Vulnerability.

Yeah, episode's powerful. Love that one. So anyone wants to hear that one, check it out. Um, because it's it's it was nice to it, it was just like wow, our platform is is diverse. It's it's catering to so many others, um, to so many, you know, people, not just women, catering to men, catering to mothers, catering to fathers. So that's what I just thought. I thought, wow, this is really, really amazing to hear. Um, and I also love the episode that we both did with um Serena as well. Um, that was really powerful as well. Her vulnerability was absolutely amazing. Um, I left that episode just like in awe, just wow, I can't believe you know what we've spoken about here. Um, and that was really, really powerful as well. So yeah, a few of my favorites.

Um, I think one that I will go back to when we did um our birthdays pagan. Um because Shay's son the other day had a birthday and she like switched it up. And I was like, oh my mom I did a podcast about this. Like, yeah, oh let me listen back to it because I can't remember what it's about.

Yeah, yeah. That that's powerful. That episode that changed my life in a good way and in like an annoying way, because I was just like, oh, this is just that episode ruffled my feathers, but yes, yes, that's interesting.

Yeah, I think I'm trying to think one that we did together. Um I think the one that I I I loved is your one, which will be released by the time this episode comes out, and that's struggling with celibacy because Shay was so vulnerable.

Um yeah, guys, I think I nearly cried in that one because it was just it was really powerful. I didn't expect to even say half of the things I said, so yes, you can hopefully you've enjoyed it.

I think one that is special to me is um that will be released by the time this comes out as well. Um did a podcast with my friend um and he explained his challenges, but he's now passed away. Um so it's kind of like, yeah, I have no words from lost for words right now. But yeah.

I I will actually in this episode really just like give a massive thank you to Cece because she she deals with a lot of the technical side of the podcast, and I really do appreciate her and her hard work and all she puts in to the run of the podcast. Like a lot of the things that you guys are seeing is her, and I really do appreciate all that she does with everything that she's juggling. In the past year, Cece has dealt with so much bereavement. Um, and she's still been pushing through, and I know it's only by God's grace that she is, but it's still like we're all still human, and it's all still very, very difficult. And um, yeah, she's been through a lot, and so I'm just taking this moment to shout her out and just give her up to y'all and just thank her for all that she's done because it has been it has been a journey. That's why I feel like this year has just been the last year has been a blur. That's why I can't believe it's you know, we're at two years. Yeah, she she's been through a lot and she's she's she's blessed us and given us so much, even blessed me. So thank you, girl. Love and appreciate you.

Okay, y'all, let us pray. Blessed the holy, wonderful Yeshua, Yahweh, our offen amiga and our beginning and the end. We want to thank you so much, Lord in heaven, for the blessings of all that you're doing in our lives, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for my life and thank you for Cece's life, Lord. Thank you, Father Lord, that two years ago you placed it on her heart, Heavenly Father, Lord, to bring out this podcast, Heavenly Father, Lord. And I remember us trying to think of a name. I remember us trying to think of, okay, um, how's it gonna go? But Lord, you blessed your daughter with a vision. And Lord, we've been so far been able to execute it with your will, Lord. You've been in the center of everything, and we just want to thank you. Thank you for taking us to two years, Heavenly Father, Lord, of recording and putting out content, Heavenly Father, Lord, and reaching parts of the world that we wouldn't have even thought about reaching. Thank you, Lord in heaven, for that even that one individual, Lord, that's listening on a part of a continent that we didn't even think that the podcast would reach, Lord in heaven.
