My goal is to foster an environment where diminishing oneself is unnecessary, and where every woman is encouraged to shine boldly and without reservation, as we are all born to manifest the greatness within us. A turning point came after turning down a high-profile Silicon Valley role, leading her to discover her true calling.

Erica reflects on the challenges of entrepreneurship, motherhood, and balancing time with family. She opens up about the mental toll of launching a business, her Type A tendencies, and how God “refined” her heart and mind to align her work with His purpose.
