I mean, who plans the long run for the week, the day after you do strength session? Just, oh, I'm recording. So anyhow, it's been a much better week. Week six of project 20, 20 week program to get myself under 20 minutes. And, man, I was, I started the week on Monday going, Oh, I'm going to have to talk to coach Kyle. Cause I'm just, I'm fatigued mentally, body, I was just tired. And I was just like, Oh, I, the body's not catching up. And then I turned up to track on Tuesday and, my 400s, it just, it felt good. It went well. It felt good. And I was like, Oh, this guy knows what he's doing, which is brilliant. Good, because I'm hoping on that. And uh, it all came to, like, it just, I got to see that it was just that there's magic in what he was doing. And it was like, I just had to come through this new period of learning strength sessions. Bulgarian splits? Seriously? I don't, what, why is, why are they called Bulgarian? Are they crazy? Is that, I don't understand. Anyhow, Bulgarian splits seem to be just frying my legs. And, did them yesterday. That's in the long run today. And, but yeah, Tuesday just showed me that this is all coming together. So, that gave me a mental boost about it all as well. still sore, still tired, all of that. But it just, it's coming together and, it's going well. Six weeks. We're, uh, I, I, I, so what's that, 14 to go? That's a lot of Bulgarian splits. Anyhow, going well, enjoying it. Big boost mentally this week with it all. Uh, and, uh, yeah, week six in the bag. So talk to you next week.
