Welcome back to Project 20! 🎉 Week 7 is done, and I’m feeling fantastic! After the ups and downs of the past few weeks, it’s great to see the progress coming together. 💪

This week’s highlights:

  • Running and training have gone exceptionally well
  • Entering a rest week with daily 8km runs and a test on Saturday
  • Significant mental and physical improvement

I’m optimistic about the next 13 weeks and excited to see where this journey takes me. Let’s see what Week 8 brings! 🚀

It's week seven, seven weeks. And I tell you what, I went from week five going, Oh, I'm going to have to, something's going to happen. And then six, there was some optimism and week seven. I, I, wow. uh, turns out coach might know what he's doing, which is probably the case for all coaches out there. They know what they're doing. And, it's really starting to become apparent to me. I feel great this week. Running's gone well, training's gone well, and I'm about to enter what looks like on the program a bit of a rest week, so just my 8km every day this week. And a bit of a test on Saturday to see how it's all coming together. And then I'm sure next week's not, not a risk, uh, but week seven, uh, feeling good, going well, looking at, having a fun week, I think with just taking it easy and seeing what happens at the end of it. 13 more weeks to go. And just in the last two weeks, Improvement mentally I've had in my approach to it. Uh, if that keeps coming, I'm, I'm gonna be Santa Claus happy by the time we get to week 20. I'm really looking forward to it.
