In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this episode focuses on reducing stigma, improving access to care, and creating a stronger understanding of mental health in our communities.

This month, we're joined by Zepf Center’s Clinical Manager of Integrated Care, Melanie Martin Ebel, and Medical Director, Dr. Thomas Roach, for a thoughtful conversation about the challenges many individuals face when seeking mental health support and the importance of creating spaces where people feel safe asking for help.

Together, we discuss the impact of stigma, barriers to treatment, the value of integrated care, and the hope that comes from early intervention, compassionate support, and community connection.
