It's that time of the year when we start reflecting how this year concluded and thinking what's the next step for next year. We often think about the actions we take, but we don't put awareness of our surrounds, such has the items we posses and the people that are around us. In this episode we speak about looking at this in another level, an spiritual and energetic level. This allows us to pay attention to energy and how it responds back to us. Coming into the new year we want to only allow energy that serves us for the better. There is no need being around energy that does not reciprocate, not everything nor everyone needs to have access to our energy. #newyear2026
