Ainka Jess is an award-winning entrepreneur, digital media strategist and a part-time professor. She founded She’s4Sports Media Inc. in 2016 to amplify the voices of women in sport.

The company produces digital content and events to celebrate the contributions of women in sport. She's4Sports also works with partners and leaders in sport, to support gender equity in sport campaigns and initiatives that aim to grow the game for girls in sport.

Ainka has almost 20 years of experience in corporate communications and media, developing digital marketing and communications strategies for CBC Toronto, The City of Ottawa, PwC, BMO and The University of Toronto.
