Yeah, thank you, brother, that was awesome, man, it's been a crazy, uh crazy week man yes, sir crazy. We've got all the crap going on and we got a capture that we're going to talk about today.
Speaker 2Yeah, that we just did, and we did last week yeah, that was pretty cool um, yeah, and so before we get now we got we're to go over some things, man, all right. So I saw this this morning and I wanted to bring it up. Michelle had posted about Irina's Law. I cannot never pronounce her name. Irina's Law. They're trying to pass here in North Carolina.
Speaker 3Okay, tell us more about Irina's Law.
Speaker 2I know that since the stabbing of Irina in Charlotte, it's become a big talking point, especially in bail reform, because this is what happens when bail reform is put into your state. This woman should not be dead right now.
Speaker 3So the city county. Slash county that this happened in is one of the major test sites that started in North Carolina for bail reform yes. It came from another state and then it went straight to Charlotte. It came from New Jersey, new Jersey, okay. And then they tried it and that's where it started.
Speaker 2So now these lawmakers are meeting today actually on this. So I'm hoping to see, we're hoping to see. Now they'll pass it. But the problem is, now you've got Governor Stein, which is a Democrat. He's the one that pushed for this bail reform a long time ago in Charlotte.
Speaker 3I hope you're happy there, Stein.
Speaker 2I don't know if I'm hoping it'll get passed We'll see but I've got some key points here I wrote down. They're going to start no more of this cashless bail crap, no more unsecured. So, uh, they're going to start no more this cashless bail crap, no more unsecured bonds. Uh, they're going to have unsecured bonds but it's going to be.
Speaker 3Yeah, I was going to say in certain situations, yes, I get it um, and they're going to be tougher on pre-trial services.
Speaker 2You know how just pre-trial, just everybody just uses pre-trial for everything. It's like candy everybody, you get it well, people don't understand is especially our listeners. Pre-trial services is funded by the taxpayer, by you, so you have you. You should have a say so on what happens. So it's going to be tougher now on pretrial services and it's also going to allow judges to do mental health assessments on the people.
Speaker 3We need to bring more of that back.
Speaker 2Yes, we do, because if you're liberal, you know you're going to be mentally unstable.
Speaker 3I mean if you've got blue hair and you come into the, you know you automatically suss.
Speaker 2Yeah, right, I'm just saying. And also it allows appeals in a death sentence. If they're going for the death sentence, the appeals court, they have to hear it within two years. You know how it drags out forever.
Speaker 3Yeah, our court systems continually drag things out. I say it all the time when we go into bonds for people that get DWIs. I said this case can drag out up to two years, yep. And.
Speaker 2I also go look into some of the mental health again, mental health stuff. And here's the good part that's going to be very interesting to see what happens. They're going to be looking into Charlotte's budget and where that money's going. All this money has been going, so I'm sure it's going to raise some eyebrows. I think it's going to show some people pocketing some money. It's going to be a lot. I have a feeling it's going to change some things. So I'm hoping Governor Stein don't act like a retard. Clean house, bro. Clean house Exactly.
Speaker 3Exactly. Hope they do it, um, get some stuff done, man it's. You know it's been a crazy north carolina, for I mean, you know, I know a lot of you are listening from other places and actually I meant to say I was looking at our statistics um for not youtube, but um for our uh, um like there's listeners like On Spotify Spotify and Apple, yeah, we have.

This stupid rock in UNCW I'm sure some of you have heard about it, maybe wherever you're at, but this rock on campus people painted the mural of Charlie Kirk and they had a nice saying on there and some girl, liberal girl, felt the need to go and paint over it. Um, you know what?
Speaker 2I mean, what do you? What would happen? I think it's time to start throwing hands. Sometimes, you know they.
Speaker 3Yeah, we just watched a video of everybody they were. They were politely blocking her and she takes her little bucket of paint and her brush and reaches over them and pours yeah, the paint over them and get his remember when she says well, he doesn't stand for what we stand for.

Speaker 3His wife I mean toward. I mean for her to forgive this guy is I cried. I couldn't watch her do that.
Speaker 2The people on the left would want to kill this woman. They still will want to kill her.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, yeah, I heard they got one guy that was pretending to be a cop. It was armed, yeah. I don't know if you heard about that.
Speaker 2All I know is they're crazy, they're sick and I'm done with them. And I've seen on TikTok and social media that they're calling for war. They're calling us for war. I'm like dude.
Speaker 3I'm seeing a lot of previous um liberal people starting to make their way over to yeah to conservative views.
Speaker 3Well, we'll say conservative, I mean more normal views they're switching parties because it's getting so bad if we would remove the d's and the r's and just and just put out common sense, common sense rules like we want to apply to people, I think more people would accept it and maybe there's going to be a new party that pops up in the next election, who the hell knows? Because Democrats just have lost it. We can start the. There's the Democrats, republicans and the Panteras and everybody can come over there and they can get along.
The Capture: Setting Up the Case

Speaker 3I mean like there's a lot going on, yeah. I mean we, yeah, we're kind of okay, I guess time wise, we need to get into it, but there's so much going on I mean it's crazy, I mean so so anyway, all right.
Speaker 2So this is one of the songs that the band my band plays, so I got to do this as an introduction. I've got to run to keep rolling. Love the Allman Brothers man and I'm bound to keep on running. All right, can't stop it. Allman Brothers, midnight Rider. That's always a good one. So our story starts with we didn't name her. Yeah, we didn't name her.
Speaker 3We can come up with something real quick, right, okay, she was Alright. This girl was she was, we were hired. This girl was she was we were hired by another bondsman.
Speaker 2Yes, actually all right, so you come up with a name. I'm going to tell them how we got it.
Speaker 3Tell them about the girl with how many warrants and counties?
Speaker 2and all that good stuff. Say all that stuff. I'll think of a name. So this bond was written on bankers uh, banker surety, and there's a bondsman by the name of Derek uh up in the area that writes for him and he needed some help. So a banker sent him to us. Thank you, bankers, by the way.
Speaker 3Um we're still waiting on the sponsorship, by the way.
Speaker 2Yeah, they're waiting on it. Uh, and we got to looking into it and this girl had, like she had five warrants from Onslow, duplin and Lenore County, three counties, three counties and they're all right there beside each other and it was pretty much. She was a little meth head. Her name's Heidi, heidi, she was hiding.
Speaker 3All right, heidi, heidi, so that's a good one, I like that, I like that one, I like playing words. Yeah, yeah, I'm big on that.
Speaker 2So, heidi was uh on the run for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and other charges and other charges possession of heroin five warrants.
Speaker 2Possession of meth uh, I think she had a couple and she had a couple driving things. Yeah, so she had. I mean she had, you know she had a lot going on. And so we get the file and actually derrick reached out to me like the week before and goes hey you still capturing, still capturing people. I'm like, yeah, well, we do, but we're kind of picky. We just don't take anybody's stuff because you know just as well as I do you get a file in. I know the bounty hunter's already had it.
Speaker 3Yeah, they already muddied the water They've already stepped all over it you don't have to deal.
Speaker 2It's kind of pain in the butt. Yeah, so he hit this house, uh, one time before he called us, he hit his house and uh, when he hit the house, uh, she, evidently he couldn't get in the house, so he kind of backed off, and that's when he contacted us. Gotcha, so we get the file, I come in, I'm I'm looking at it so rob gets the file.
Speaker 3I'm sitting over here, my desk is over here, you guys can't see it.
Speaker 2but I'm sitting over here, my desk is over here, you guys can't see it but I'm right over here and I sit right here, I kind of push all this stuff away.
Speaker 3Yeah, so he's like. You know, we bounce stuff off each other all day.
Speaker 2I'm like, hey, Chad, I got to pick up what we need to do. I was like, so what do you think? And he's like, well, let's do it, let's do it.
Speaker 3Well, there was a little more than yeah, well, you know what are the charges. Let's look into it a little bit. Yeah, you know we do a little bit more a little bit.
Speaker 2Then I'm like, all right, on Thursday let's go. And then we called the bondsman. Cause we called the bondsman and I had some conversation with him, he told us, uh, I looked at the address, it's finally, it's all right there near the pink hill area all right.
Speaker 3So pink hill folks don't know where this is. I mean, people aren't local for listening to this. Anyway, it's out in the middle of nowhere. Um, out in the sticks outside of kinston, yeah, which is out in the middle of stick. This is country. There's, uh, literally cow fields. Yep, you know that are out here and your nearest neighbor is about I don't know what. A hundred yards away, something like that Like a football field away from the next neighbor.
Speaker 3So anyway, before we get to that part we ride out to this little little bitty town. It's like literally got, I think, two stoplights.
Working with Local Law Enforcement
Speaker 2And first place we go to when you yeah when you working with small towns like this people know each other.
Speaker 3Everybody knows each other.
Speaker 2So we went straight to Pink Hill Police Department.
Speaker 3Which also the police department, shares a building with the town hall.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's weird and it's one of those little metal buildings.
Speaker 3Their budget was low, so that's what they got, I guess the town. Anyway, it had roll-up doors. I guess it doubles for, uh, for their fire department, I don't know. Anyway, they had like a bay open when we rolled up in the truck and, uh, the chief, the chief poked his head out when we rolled up and was like we're like hi I was like, he's like, because he saw our he saw our badges. Yeah, yeah. So he, he kind of was like peeking out on it.
Speaker 3He was the only person there. Now we got there at like I don't know 830 in the morning, something like that, and so I'm hoping he had more people. I kind of made a comment about having not too much of a staff there.
Speaker 2It was just him.
Speaker 3Yeah, he was an old redneck, guy.
Speaker 2I mean he had like a lip full of dip, you know. But he was cool, but he was he was.
Speaker 3He was cool as could be. So we go in and we have our file and we're like showing him pictures and names and he's just nodding his head. Yep, I know him, I know, him I know him and we're like okay, cool, cool, we've kind of figured you would you know, but he goes, hang on, let me go, and he goes.
Speaker 2And I'm sitting reading off the, the uh, he goes and I'm sitting there reading off the Heidi's family.
Speaker 3Heidi's family.
Speaker 2But I'm also all right. So he knew who do you know? Hang on. So I tell him the address where the boyfriend's at. Yeah, and he goes. Oh yeah, mama named Juanita.
Speaker 3I know, juanita. Oh yeah, we know, yeah, okay, hold on, let me get my cell phone.
Speaker 2Let me call.
Speaker 3Juanita, Juanita, hey, what's up? So he talks to Juanita and says keep this on the DL, your boy's got some girl there and she's got warrants Anyway. And she's like, yes, I know, I haven't been there. She got kicked out of her own house, so this was like a trap house, yep, drugs and everything, girl, oh god anyway. Um, so we're getting a better picture what's going on and we're like, yeah, this doesn't sound good because he started naming off all these. Here's the criminals, there's the best part of it.
Speaker 2Yeah, as after a while you know he, uh, he's on the phone with juanita and he comes. I walk inside to go use the restroom yep, and he goes. Hey, I got one. He's on the phone with Juanita and he comes. I walk inside to go use the restroom Yep, and he goes. Hey, I got Juanita on the phone.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, she put it on speaker.
Speaker 2Yeah, it got on speaker and she was like, and I'm talking to her? And I said well, juanita, I said here's the thing. I got to have permission because this is a third party address. Right, I have to house. You own it if you want permission, we can go in. And she was like I give you permission to do whatever you got to do. I said boom. I said, well, that's all I need a day for bad people. And I had a witness which is the chief of police right next to me doesn't get much better.
Speaker 2Yeah, it doesn't get much better than that. So I look at, I look at chad. I'm like, hey, chad, we got permission yep, yep, yep, we're both smiling because we know what's up. So we leave there. Go get something to eat real quick, because we had to wait on the sheriff's department from Lenoir County.
Speaker 3Yeah, so this guy's jurisdiction wasn't but like a mile and a half circumference of the town. I thought that was hilarious. Yeah, so he gave us a number to dispatch for the other county that neighboring with this one. It was just beyond his jurisdiction.
Speaker 2And these rural counties are great to work with because they're on the same page as us, they're willing to help, they're understaffed.
Speaker 3They're understaffed and they got a bunch of scumbags that go out there and they do heroin and God knows what else and they're trying to clean it up. They're trying to clean it up. Nobody wants to work on the sheriff's department or police department anymore because social media people, you know putting them on blast, whatever.
Speaker 2When I talked to the deputy about this and about her, he goes yeah, I know exactly who she is. We have to deal with her.
Speaker 3We've dealt with her a bunch. Well, evidently you don't run warrants when you catch her, because she's got five, yeah right, unwarrants when you catch her because she's got five, yeah right, or she's been hiding that long yeah, so it's one or the other anyway.
Speaker 2So they're, they're on their way in, they're, they're kind of a little ways out. So me and chad decide you know we're gonna go by there, take a look at it. So we do, and we drive by as soon as we ride by the the house or the trailer.
Speaker 3now again, we're way out in the country. Yeah, like literally there's cows and stuff going on. I'm like I'm thinking, hmm, I'm going to talk to them about some steaks, anyway. And he does, billy B does.
Speaker 2So we stop at the neighbor's house and we see a bunch. You know, I see some farmers out there underneath the tree eating a sandwich. It looks like their lunch. Perfect. Kind of reminds me of growing up.
Surveillance and Planning the Approach
Speaker 3So you got to pick your people carefully. You know if you get the wrong neighbor, that's friends with the people you're looking for. You know that's not a good, that's not a good idea, but these folks had a nice, respectable looking place and usually you want the bad element gone. So we figured we got a good, good person to pull up on and we did, we did and we talked to them.
Speaker 2There's a bunch of trucks. I was driving a truck, so I blend in a little like a farmer.
Speaker 3Yeah, they suspected nothing. We looked like we were working there with them. There was literally uh, it's two older people, a Hispanic guy and a another guy that was the veterinarian.
Speaker 2And he was funny Cause he was like he goes, uh, I go back home to Mexico I said no man, I'm like we'd be popping up everywhere. I was like in the middle of nowhere. I told him. I said no man, I said. I said we're the ones that worried about our own retards.
Speaker 2We're getting our own clean, our own mess up which is what it should be, is clean your own mess up and that's what we're doing well for somebody else, but so I'm sitting there with a pair of binoculars watching chad's talking to the people about steak, about steak, how much for a cow.
Speaker 3He's trying to get a cow. I'm hungry, I am actually so, so I'm sitting there.
Speaker 2I'm sitting there watching, watching and in like, and chad's kind of watching too with me, yeah, and this girl they're outside cleaning up trash or something I don't know what.
Speaker 3Well, okay, okay. So the layout was all right. Big field, field over there there was, they were in trailers.
Speaker 2There was one, two, three, four it's like four trailers on between two lots or something yeah, so our target one was from us, the furthest one away.
Speaker 3They were stacked two by two and then there was a little building which wasn't little like. It was like a building where you store your lawnmower and all that crap. Like a 12 by 25 it was pretty sizable for one of those sheds like you could almost live in it, um, anyway. Um, we saw her out in the in the, uh, the yard with a trash bag been over for like a while it was hot outside and she was wearing a damn hoodie I never saw the hood.
Speaker 3She must took it off when she was in the. Yeah, she took it off, okay, but while she was clipped she had a hoodie on I kept trying to see what kind of footwear she had, because when you roll up, yeah, we'll run, and if you don't have good, you know where they were at. There was a lot of fences, electric fences, things like that. Right, it's a prime time and there was.
Speaker 2There was children in and out of the place too. We saw we had to be careful.
Speaker 3We saw, yeah, we saw, and there was a lot of people coming out, as let's just did. There were four cars parked in front of this place, so she stands.
Speaker 2She stands straight up and looks straight at me, yeah, and I'm like boom, I said chad, that's her.
Speaker 3So we positively idea which we got. Do we can't be picking up the wrong person, right? So Rob gets on the phone. He calls the sheriff's department of the county that we're in Lenore. And has them. You know the dude's heading that way. I don't know if he stopped for a sandwich or what he seemed like he took forever.
Speaker 2He took forever. It's a lot longer than he said.
Speaker 3Actually the bondsman who wrote the bomb was at that intersection now notified him and he hung back. So he was like in a lexus, something. He totally would have stood out if he would have pulled up in that car. But because we were in a pickup truck we just blended right in, right, you know perfect. So he's, he kind of stayed back and watched from afar and we were, we were the closest well, the sheriff called me and said hey, I'm right, I'm on.
Speaker 2I just turned on the road, I'm on the way in.
Speaker 3I said all right, let's go, let's go all right, so long dirt road, long gravel road that they're on little building trailer, trailer, trailer, trailer. And we so rob calls the guy and we're coming down. He's coming down South, we're coming North, we're going to meet at the driveway and we're going to go in all together, all together, yep, everybody's going to jump out and we're all going to like. So. We watched her as long as we could. We never saw her leave that shed, the shed area, but from that distance. Now we're talking a football field here. You know what I mean. Area, but from that distance. Now we're talking a football field here. You know what I mean it's. We're hoping that she didn't go in the in the trailer, right, cause we don't know who's in there. We know there's at least two adults and three children, three adults and three children from what I count.
The Capture and Aftermath
Speaker 3Three adults, okay, and then four cars, you don't know how many. Who else is in there? I immediately run back toward the back of the building, cause I I have to think, if they're there I'm going to cut you off from the furthest point. So we jump out. I'm not a runner, but if I get ahold of you you're in pain. Yeah, anyway, I there was a, there was a. There was a dog on a chain back there. I felt so bad for the dog. Um um, he he was. He. He looked like he wanted to do damage, but he was like man. I'm tired meanwhile, why?
Speaker 3why he's why he's doing it.
Speaker 2I looked in the shed, didn't see nothing and I couldn't because I was blinded, because it was it was bright out. I took my sunglasses off. I'm like hang on, sheriff, and all were there and I was like, let me go get, I'm gonna get my flashlight so I can look in here.
Speaker 3Real good, because I saw her come in here yeah, the whole time I'm in the back, like keeping the door down at the corner so I can see from one angle, and I'll say, oh yeah, and I got. Another thing I do, um, whenever I'm on the back door is like I told rob to do this and we always do this. Um, if somebody runs out of the back door, they're usually in a hurry, you know they're just they're panicking to get out and get away from you. So whatever's back there was that, whatever's laying in the backyard, I'll pick it up and I'll put it on your um back deck or whatever you got. They had like this little concrete slab with steps and there was a bunch of bricks on the ground. I started stacking bricks up. So when you come running out, you're gonna hit that little brick wall or trip or something you know I'm gonna slow you down.
Speaker 3I don't have to be fast, I just gotta slow you down. Uh, that's my, that's my, my plan.
Speaker 2You know, it's what I do so I'm, I'm walking back to my truck, which is not far at all, it's only like 30 yards. So I'm going back in my truck and I hear, hey, she's right here. I'm like, okay. So I turn around and go back in there and heidi was hiding. Heidi was hiding and when I went in she was standing up. She was, she had squatted in the corner behind some stuff and and she got up and she immediately started lighting up like a blackened mouth or something, and I'm like what are you doing, lady? I'm like all right. So I'm like why'd you miss court? And she was like when was it? I'm like it ain't for me to know, it was for you to know.
Speaker 3It was five times in three different places. You missed them all Right. So I don't think she had plans on going, rob, I don't think she did go on either, but hey, maybe she'll get an unsecured bond again. Yeah, no, that's not a good idea, folks.
Speaker 2No, it's not working All right. So I'm like you got anything on you? She goes no hold on, let me check my bra. I'm going and she's like digging, digging in her Like it's hot.
Speaker 3So whatever's in there is sweaty. I'm like oh. God we're going to smoke, or injected, or whatever you do is nasty.
Speaker 2So the sheriff deputy puts her in handcuffs and he and she goes. Hey, he goes. Do you mind if you bring the trunk up so my, the kids won't see me in handcuffs?
Speaker 3yeah, that's the worst you gotta worry about I said bitch, you do crack in front of them.
Speaker 2Yeah right, yeah, yeah what. There's gotta be consequences for your actions.
Speaker 3I hate to tell you, but they saw us pull up right and they all ran inside well, everybody was on the porch when we're walking out yeah, it's over, you know they know they know what's up, you know so heidi gets escorted.
Speaker 2We escort her to the sheriff deputy's car take pictures.
Speaker 3You know, do our thing yeah yeah, we had to document the moment, um, so heidi is going to take care of what she's got to take care of finally. So we arranged the meeting.
Speaker 2Yes, we did, and another capture.
Speaker 3Another story, Another great story and another reason for why we're useful. You know we're not paid by the county. The taxpayers don't pay our salaries or anything like that. I mean it's all privately funded, so you're welcome. Ideas off the that? I mean it's all privately funded, so you're welcome. Yeah, how do you help the street?
Speaker 2I wonder what. I wonder, I wonder if, uh well, I need to get our house back.
Speaker 3Uh, yeah, well, imagine, it caused a conversation. I'm sure when we left but we kept her out of it. We, we, but we kept her out of it, we, we, that's. That's one thing we never, ever tell. Well, our sources.

Speaker 3Yeah, it was a good time, I thought. I thought it was really good.
