Off The Hook
We are a group of private investigators, bounty hunters / fugitive recovery agents, and bail bondsmen that have been in this line of work for over twenty five years and have many stories to tell. We have traveled all over the country catching fugitives and bringing them back to have their day in court. With our years of experience we are trying to educate the public about bail and why it is a needed part of our judicial system.

Dr Fauci Pleads The Fifth And Stringbean The Meth Head
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The news feels endless, but sometimes the clearest way to process it is to talk it out like two guys on a hot week, watching the world creep into everyday life. We start with what’s happening right at home: a backyard getting torn up for a new kind of pool built from a patented foam-like material that hardens, weighs a fraction of concrete, and can change how residential pool installation gets done.
Then we zoom out to North Carolina pride and pro sports, including the buzz around a possible MLB expansion team in Raleigh and why a state packed with minor league baseball still wants a true major league home. From there, the mood shifts into what a lot of people are feeling: straight-up political burnout, frustration with hypocrisy, and the sense that the loudest headlines never match what working people are paying for.
That hits hardest when we talk gas prices, diesel trucks, oil changes, and how oil touches everything from food costs to daily operations. We also react to Fauci’s Senate moments, break down a mass shooting at a newly opened In N Out in Twin Falls, Idaho and the armed citizen who engaged the shooter, and then dive into the main story: a fugitive recovery run for “String Bane,” a meth-fueled standoff in a trailer, and what it takes to make it home safe when someone is out of their mind and looking for a fight.

Backyard Pool Build And New Material
SPEAKER_03What's up, guys? Rob here. Chad over here. What's up? Uh, you know, another hot week. We've gotten some good rain. I'm liking it so far. And uh Chad's getting his backyard destroyed right now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I was just checking my cameras. Um, my daughter's gotta give the guy my keys to my truck so he can move it, get some equipment back there.
SPEAKER_03So, all right, so tell us about this like this new this swim pool stuff thing that that's some guy selling.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's um my daughter's friend's dad. He uh telling me about a patent that he got on a new foam-like material that hardens, and uh they're making pools out of it.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_02And they're gonna start making um it's been around for about 12 years, but it's mostly commercial.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I when I talked to him, he said it wasn't he does they do a lot of resorts all up and down the East Coast.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, resort type stuff. So um, yeah, I'm gonna try to do it uh in my backyard, and uh it's really cool. It's like I think he said one-twentieth the weight in comparison to um cement. So, like when you do a cement pool, you know, they don't have to have a crane to pick something up and put it over your house like the all the others in my neighborhood. Um they they cut it and they piece it back together. Because it's I guess I don't know if they can carry it, I guess. I've yet to see, but it's gonna be interesting to see. They're gonna um video uh the whole progression of the whole thing. Right. So uh he's there just digging now. So we had the rain and it, you know, kind of held him up a little bit.
SPEAKER_03I got some of your grass in my front yard.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, man. You got some of my some of my uh land on your land.
SPEAKER_03Well, yeah, well, I need the dirt for my front yard because I took down a bunch of trees. So I needed dirt to fill in there, you know. It costs a lot, you know, you go to go buy it. So when somebody's ripping it up and needs to haul it off, I'm like, dude, you can haul it in my house.
SPEAKER_02He's like, I got a lot there right now. So I mean, all in my backyard. He's gonna pour out. So he's down six feet right now, and it's 26 feet long. So yeah.
SPEAKER_03Well, cool, man. That'd be nice to see uh see how is it saltwood, right? Yeah, uh yeah, man. That's uh that's what I got, man. That's I that's the way to go, man. For sure.
MLB Expansion Talk For North Carolina
SPEAKER_03All right, so to to some of the news. All right, so how about let's let's start off with some like light light stuff. Like MLB, like uh Major League Baseball. It's coming to North Carolina.
SPEAKER_02North Carolina news, huh?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hang on, let me I'm gonna pull it up real quick here. Um, that's the next story. Okay, so it was in the news. You know, North Carolina is does not have a major league baseball. They have a lot of a lot of uh minor league teams. Um they have a lot of minor league teams, uh, but they because because they had the Mudcats, and the Mudcats moved to Wilson and became Wilson Warbirds. And uh there's some other ones. There's like you got Durham Bulls and you got Charlotte Knights.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, those of you that don't live around in their state, you know, listening somewhere else. So the movie Durham Bulls, yeah, you may have heard that was a pretty popular movie, what, in the 90s or something?
SPEAKER_03Early, I think early 90s, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like it goes way back, but there were some there were some big stars in that movie. Yeah. Um Susan Sarandon was one. Kevin Costner, man.
SPEAKER_03He's man, Kevin Costner's a just an amazing actor, ain't he?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, he keeps going. So yeah, that that is based on a North Carolina um baseball team called the Durham Bulls. Yep.
SPEAKER_03And um, oh and hell, there's there's there's there's a bunch, there's one in Hickory, uh Fayeville, Cannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Meson Salem. They're all over the place. But we don't have an MLB. And and North Carolina's big in baseball, so uh I think uh from what I can read here, the owner Tom Dundan from the Carolina Hurricanes is pursuing the expansion team in Raleigh. So we'll I mean it'd be pretty cool to see that come to North Carolina for sure.
SPEAKER_02Right, right. That'd be cool.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah, it's it North Carolina's turned into like a little Florida almost when it comes to baseball teams.
SPEAKER_02That's crazy. Florida's then they went, well, we won this one, but before they have won the uh ice hockey, which you don't think is ice hockey in Florida. Yeah, yeah, no, right? Because North, I mean the north, north is always dominated in ice hockey.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, because they got you know, they I mean, but it's so diversified now. The the hockey is. I mean DEI. No, no, no, no, no, not not DEI. Like when I say diversified, I'm like, so they're they're getting hot players from Canada that come down Norway, Sweden, and they're all playing in Carolina or Florida or whatever. But it's kind of cool though, the hurricanes, you know, with them winning the standing Stanley Cup here in North Carolina, right? And like seeing all the people like um so the coach used to be a player and he won 20 years ago uh the Stanley Cup and now he's the coach and way and wins. Right. And then some of the players there, like little brothers, you know, had came to win. It's kind of it's kind of cool to see, you know, the the you know, the old ways of you know how teams used to stay together, like Michael Jordan was up in uh Chicago, right? And he never he never left, not like like dumb dumb um LeBron. God, I can't stand that guy. Anyway, so you know nobody's faithful to their teams anymore. It's all about the Mighty Dollar. Yep. So it's gonna be interesting to see. So that's that was uh that was my little little little story for
Kamala’s New House And Political Burnout
SPEAKER_03this morning.
SPEAKER_02And um Yeah, I came across one that was kind of interesting for any of you Kamala Harris fans out there. Oh yeah. So I know there's a few of you, um, but maybe you'll you'll find this interesting. Um Kamala bought a new house. Oh, really? Yeah, she got a new shack. Um really it is a $8.15 million home, 4,000 square foot property. Oh, uh, in an exclusive seaside community of Point Dumay, I guess is how you pronounce that. May Dume includes ocean views, multiple wine bridges, and private golf screens and enough parking to accommodate five vehicles. Okay. So, you know, she's all about being black or you know, whenever it's convenient to be a big deal. Whenever, yeah, whenever it's convenient. So this neighborhood apparently is 0.2% black.
SPEAKER_03I guess that's her, right? The point two.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, because she's not fully black either. Um, if that would make sense. So much for that DEI thing that she was striving for.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah. Well, yeah.
SPEAKER_02I guess it's only it only pertains to it only pertains to, you know, outside of her own life.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. It only pertains to us.
SPEAKER_02Anyway, I thought people would find that interesting.
SPEAKER_03Uh you know what, man? I'm I'm really, you know, I think I think we're you're you're you feel the same way I do. I'm getting like I'm getting tired of like politics.
SPEAKER_02I am, I'm tired of it, dude. I'm hope that, you know, when 2028 comes around, we start from scratch on both sides, maybe.
SPEAKER_03Well, you know, Bill Meyer, he's been he's been putting it out here. He said the Democrat Party don't get their ad together and quit with his craziness.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I saw a follow-up to what you're saying. What do you was gonna say because he said that JD Vance would be in play.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and that and then he had to come back and say, I'm not saying that I'm a Republican. Yeah, he's not saying he's a Republican, but but y'all have gone so freaking far left that this dude's more, I guess, center left.
SPEAKER_03Well, I mean, he's he's like the old Democrat, you can say, I guess.
SPEAKER_02Right, which that's a more reasonable to deal with.
SPEAKER_03I I'm I'm I'm I'm like burnt out on it. Yeah, burnt out of hearing it.
SPEAKER_02The whole politics thing. You hear about it, and you know, yeah, I'm not happy with what's going on with Trump. I mean, what he's what he's got going on in Iran, whatever that is.
SPEAKER_03Man, I don't man, I'm I like other things he did.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, no, no, no, no. I mean, he did, and and it's better than what we had. Oh, yeah, but you know, of course nobody's happy about the Iran thing, you know. Right. But when it affects your pocketbook for gas, and gas affects your food, and you know, everything revolves around oil.
Oil Prices And Real World Costs
SPEAKER_03Speaking of that, speaking of that, I just changed the oil in my uh my my personal truck, my work truck, um that I use for my business, my excavator, all that. I spent $350 just in oil. Just in oil.
SPEAKER_02I had to put a wiper fluid in my Tesla. So I hope that helps. I do still have that truck though, and that that thing's 13 miles to the gallon.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, dude. Like that work truck of mine took 15 quarts of oil.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I was like, damn, diesel trucks take a lot.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they have a separate um heater for the yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, heater for the uh uh the plugs.
SPEAKER_02Is that what it is?
SPEAKER_03But man, I'm telling you, uh, and then that's not even I don't even know what my bucket truck does yet. I haven't even done that yet. So we'll see, we'll see. But I'm sick and tired of the oil prices. It cost me $100 to fill up my personal truck, and then it cost me $200 for the work truck. I mean, that's I mean, that's a lot of money. And then uh let's see, what else? Uh every time I go by a gas station, it keeps going up and up and up. Like I'm kind of sick of it. I'm ready for them to do something about it. And lower some damn gas prices because we're the ones taking you know the shit for it. Because I can't believe what y'all say on TV because you never know.
Fauci Pleads The Fifth Reaction
SPEAKER_03So uh oh, speaking of politics, man, did you see Fauci uh his uh his interview there with the uh the Senate?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, I caught some of it.
SPEAKER_03Huh? Yeah, I paid the fifth.
unknownHa!
SPEAKER_03One, two, three, four, fifth!
SPEAKER_02Yes, yes, that old skip from uh Dave Chappelle. Man, it was right on, wasn't it? It was right on. Um so Mr. Fauci, looks like you're gonna be in some some tr I hope you are, man. I hope you go to prison for a long time, dude. I really do. Yeah, you did to everybody. And uh yeah, the uh this whole diary thing now. Now, that's I mean, who keeps a diary, dude?
SPEAKER_03I don't I don't keep no diary or journal.
SPEAKER_02I'm I'm kind of I'm kind of wondering about that part of it. Like, hey, we found this diary, it says everything. Yeah, you know, you that sounds a little weird.
SPEAKER_03Like, oh, it's all of a sudden it came to the life.
SPEAKER_02Both sides, I'm fair, you know, like I'm calling the way I see them. That does sound weird. I don't know if they have to log something in or if that's what they can. I don't know, but okay.
SPEAKER_03Did you hear about the him deleting the emails about where it came from and and like they're talking about it?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I heard uh Steven Crowder do a he does a real good impression of uh Fauci. He's like, How do I bleach how do I bleach the uh the software, the computer? You know that that was something Hillary did. Right, right, right, right, right. And he was uh he was talking about that.
SPEAKER_03You don't hear much out of her lately.
SPEAKER_02Nah, evil doesn't die easy.
SPEAKER_03Especially her, man.
SPEAKER_02That's an evil woman, man.
SPEAKER_03Man, I'm telling you, dude, I think they're all evil. Yeah, just what level like has the devil got a hold of you? The devil got a hold of them pretty damn hard.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03But no, the Fauci man, Fauci, he was just I it it blew my mind where he was like, so what's the color of the floor?
SPEAKER_02Oh, you're talking about the center that was drilled. I forget that guy's name. He's sharp. Um, he was just asking him, you know, what color is your shirt? I refuse to answer.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, plead the fifth, plead the fifth.
SPEAKER_02I'm like, come on, like you don't you look 111 times. You don't if you're not guilty. I mean, dude. You've been pardoned. What are you where are you brought up for? And why do you get why do you need a pardon? Like, if you're not guilty or anything, like don't y'all find this a little bit strange, you know, the way things are all crooked, man.
SPEAKER_03I'm telling you, they're all crooked.
In N Out Shooting And Armed Citizen
SPEAKER_03But I tell you who's not crooked, the man who stopped the shooter at In and Out in Idaho yesterday or Saturday.
SPEAKER_02So I saw some photos of this. Um, dude had like, was that a silencer on it? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Like he straight up took him out. Like, dude, like went in there. All right, so I got I got an article here. I can I can't.
SPEAKER_02I can totally see this guy. Dude, if you got a silencer on your gun, either you're a hitman in your spare time. Um, or you know, that song Phil Collins in the air tonight comes on. Yeah, I've been waiting for this moment for all my life. It's like screwing that silence on. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03So on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, a mass shooting occurred at a newly opened In N-Out burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, leaving three victims dead and seven others injured. The suspected shooters all said dead because Mr. Uh, what's his name? Uh the active Chad Williams. 24-year-old Chad Williams, armed with an AR-style rifle. Good name. Williams fired both inside and outside the restaurant, including passing traffic in vehicles in the parking lot.
SPEAKER_02It is an in-and-out burger. So fired in-out.
SPEAKER_03So Williams died from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after being confronted. So I I mean, so Jordan uh Solanas, a 35-year-old healthcare worker from Kimberley, Idaho, was identified as the armed citizen who who engaged the shooter. So that just kind of that shows you right there, man, that like people are getting sick and tired of this like the shooting stuff. Because, you know, some you know, some crazy guy, like we got a few of them that stand out here and yell.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we do. They're around, man. We're not we're not doing anything with crazy people anymore. We're just letting them walk around and be part of society.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so I mean, if if it's if it keeps getting like that bad, I mean, you're gonna see a lot more people gonna start taking up arms.
Spain Border Confusion And Takeover Fears
SPEAKER_02And we could bring up the issue about Spain um and their oh yeah. That that that issue with the Somali, is it Somalians or Muslims?
SPEAKER_03I don't know what it's from Africa, they're from Africa. And they uh so if you look at it, it's weird, right? So it's there's like a little part on the corner of Morocco that's that is Spain as part of Spain. Right. And then you got the then you got the the waterway in between it, and then you got Spain. So like how's that happen? Like, I don't get it.
SPEAKER_02Well, I don't know, but these people coming, like they bother me. So I I've heard some stories on how they take over areas. Yeah, I just showed you the video.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you showed me that video. Yeah, and it's it dude is very true.
SPEAKER_02They're very organized and they have a plan on how to take over areas.
SPEAKER_03And they do it without you even knowing. And it's it's wild, man. I'm telling you, dude. I'm telling you, coconuts in the islands, man. Oh, I love it even more and more every time I look at the news.
SPEAKER_02I think they should nip it in the bud from the start. It spreads like a cancer, man. They're like locusts.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know, and uh they ain't cool.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh well.
SPEAKER_02So anyway.
Meet String Bane And The Call
SPEAKER_03So, our story of the week is strain bane. String bane. Strang bane was a meth head in Columbus County. Right?
SPEAKER_02So that was the name kind of coincides with the fact that this guy didn't get a lot of nutrition and he was real skinny.
SPEAKER_03He was about a hundred pounds soaking wet, about five foot five. He liked his meth though. Yes, he did. And he was at it he was out on drug charges. And it was a surprise. And it was like a $30,000 bond, too. It was a lot of drugs. So, Mark Cartridge, up in Whiteville. Uh, he gave me a call say, Hey man, this guy is known to be dangerous. You know, even though he's that size, like, you know, a gun or a knife can still hurt, you know. They're not thinking straight. Yeah, they're not, no, hell no, not thinking straight at all. Right. So he goes, hey man, would you would you mind come helping me look for this guy? Right on. So, all right, cool, no problem. I'll kind of wipe him. So I bebop my little butt down there to Tawaiva. We go through the file. And he's like, hey, man, we got a couple addresses. Uh I've got a friend of his that's been kind of giving me the lowdown where he's in and out of. Right. And I've been told he was in this little single-wide trailer down a long dirt path.
SPEAKER_02Of course he is.
SPEAKER_03Yep. And he he's hemmed up in there and he's like freaking out because he's on meth. I said, okay.
SPEAKER_02Well like a good way to spend your days.
SPEAKER_03How do you yeah, no, right? How do you plan to approach this? Like how the uh he goes, man, we're just gonna have to come in there hot and come in there like you know, down that dirt path. We're just gonna have to come in. I was like, has anybody went down this dirt path? Anybody looked at it and it was like, no. I was like, all right, well, I guess so. He goes, All right, so this is how the trailer's laid out from what we know, and this is how we're gonna hit it. I said, Okay, cool. Because we had at the time we had uh somebody another um agent that worked for Mark that was with us.
SPEAKER_02And they were so this was your first party house? Yes, sweet.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely, bam, and but he's been out of in and out of a lot.
SPEAKER_02Door opens, bam.
SPEAKER_03Yep. So we we put well first we're going down this damn dirt path.
Trailer Entry And Meth Standoff
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's got craters in it bigger than our office. Oh yeah, dude, we're hitting these things. The car is getting I know it had to get an alignment done. Man, I mean it was it's rocking us, and you could tell, well, you know, this this makes sense, not taking care of anything. And when we come around the court, this place was junky. Uh oh my god, dude. And so we go up in the driveway, we get out, car smoking, not really, but it feels like it's smoking. And uh, so his agent runs around the back, guards the back door, and he's got another agent outside of watching windows, right? Right. So I go up to the door, I'm first one there. We go in, uh, we we knock. Hey, bondsman, Bell Bondsman, coming in if you don't come out. Nothing. Boom, kick boot a door. We go in, and this place smells like death. Smells like death.
SPEAKER_02They're not big on hygiene.
SPEAKER_03No, they're not, they're not. And so we start looking through the house or a trailer and stepping over trash and everything, and yelling out to him, hey man, come out, come out, come out. And we get to the bedroom.
SPEAKER_02No, no, he doesn't say anything.
SPEAKER_03He don't say shit. It's quiet. Is it just him? Just him.
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_03We get to the bedroom. I open the door, he's standing there like in a Mortal Kombat. You know, see how they they move back and forth. And he's like, Oh, yeah, he's literally five foot five, 100 pounds, and he's sitting there going, Come on. He goes, come on. I was like, I was like, Oh shit, this dude's tweaked up. I just hit some mess. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He goes, he goes, if you want me, he goes, if you want me, you gotta come get me. You gotta fight before. I said, Come on, man. I said, we ain't gonna do this. Come on. I tried, I really did try.
SPEAKER_02I was like, hey man, fold you up like laundry.
SPEAKER_03I know. So he was he was like, so he goes, if you want me, you gotta come get me. I said, dude, come on, man, we ain't doing this. And Marvel's like, dude, you're you're outnumbered. We're trying to talk him down. Yeah, we're trying to calm them down too. And you know how you know how it is. You know, you get somebody's amped up and especially on meth. Yeah, man. And evidently he just hit the meth pipe or he just did a hard line or whatever.
SPEAKER_02He just got an S on his chest, he's ready to go.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I'm like, I'm like, all right, dude, show me your hands. He goes, they're right here. You want him, come get him. I was like, Come on, man, don't do this. You know, we we talked to him for at least 10 minutes trying to calm him down. Yeah, and finally I was like, look, man, I you I'm you know, I don't have much patience. And you know this. And I'm like, all right, bro, like you're coming whether you like it or not. And he said, Well, come get it. I said, Man, I look at Mark. I said, Mark, stand back. He goes, Okay. And I step forward and the guy goes, Come on, come on, come on. I'm like, all right. And he he starts coming at me, and when he does, I kick him right in his chest. Like, and he folds down like a like a balloon, like a pop balloon. Right. He's down. I'm like, dude, why'd you make me do that? And we get on top of him and we like we're like we start putting him in cuffs, and he starts like trying to fight us because he got his breath back, evidently. And that didn't work out too well.
SPEAKER_02You can breathe with a knee on your back.
SPEAKER_03Uh yes, you can.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay. Yeah. I heard you could, but there was a
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's uh that's for a that's for another time.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Gotcha.
SPEAKER_03Yep. And um and let's see, hang on. Okay. So yes, um so we get him and we come out and it's hot as shit.
Transport To Jail And Hard Reality
SPEAKER_03It's it's it's summertime. And we get in a car. I don't think anybody thought this through. Mark didn't. That car wasn't there wasn't enough room. There was four of us.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And it was a little car. So he had to sit in between us in the middle in the back seat. And he smelt so bad. I of course I had to roll the window down. And we got windows down, and he's just like, he's cussing us the whole time. And he's he's threatening, now he's threatening to spit on us. So Mark says, nah, pull over. He pulls over, he he's got a he's got a mask. Yeah. So we put a mask on him, and he couldn't, he couldn't do nothing. And then we get to to to the jail and they like they're searching him, and he's got to you know, take his coat off. Dude, I never seen in my life somebody had so many needle marks and so many nasty. Like, I'm so glad. Like, we had gloves on, of course. And man, I'm telling you, them people out there in Columbus County, that's that's the worst, man. Columbus, Robinson, you know, that whole area. There's something going on out there. Like, you gotta be a piece of shit to live out there, evidently.
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, what say that doll?
SPEAKER_03No, no, I'm not my ex while-in-law's out there. I love him out of the day, he's great. But some people live rough out there, yeah. Man, it's yeah, they're out in no man's land. So that was the story of Stream Bane. He went to he went to jail, not happy. I wonder how he felt the next day. Because, man, when I say I kicked him, bro, I kicked his soul. His soul detached from his body and went back.
SPEAKER_02Get over here.
SPEAKER_03Get over here. Mortal Kombat. Uh story of Stream Bane, man.
SPEAKER_02Yes. I would I would imagine once his uh his meth wore off, um, his S faded too.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and then he then he goes into DTs.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, he's gonna be hating life.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he he's hating it. He's hating it hard. So wow.
SPEAKER_02That's a rough thing to be dealing with every day, man.
Drugs Behind The Wheel As Violence
SPEAKER_02People struggle with that, you know. I know they do.
SPEAKER_03But you know how we when we bond people out or we bond do bonds, yeah. You see the type of drug that's coming through at the time. I haven't seen much, but I don't know if they're giving them secured bonds or unsecured bonds, but uh I haven't seen much on the the drug side lately.
SPEAKER_02Because it's not a violent crime, you know what you're saying? No, it's not. You know, people get mad, they say, well, you can't arrest people for drugs. Well, I mean, do you just let I I've literally I I left the jail one night, was going down the road, a dude was high on something and was swerving, and I followed him, and he went and ran over the media, uh, that big concrete thing that separates, you know, he rode over that, and he's in like a little low like car. And um dude would have hit somebody, man. He was swerving at oncoming traffic.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And he finally pulled off into a parking lot and he sat there. And I mean, I called the police and said, Look, there's a car, you know, this guy's gonna kill somebody. And I stayed there and waited till uh They got him. Yeah, because I wasn't far down from the sheriff's department, you know, up there at Laney High School. Yeah. Uh the gas station down there. I was right there and I followed him. And um, you know, I just afraid he's gonna kill somebody. So, you know, you say that, but people get on drugs and then they get behind the wheel. Now you got a deadly weapon.
