Sapna Fliedner is a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. She is formally trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner from U.C.L.A, N.Y.U and then received additional training from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Kerala Ayurveda Academy. She is a wife, mom, researcher, and avid recipe modifier. She uses real food as medicine. Her passion is using real, whole, local organic foods to prevent & reverse disease with her kitchen “farmacy." She teaches her clients how to reverse and prevent disease using food as medicine, Ancient Ayurvedic secrets, spiritual philosophy, functional nutrition & a holistic lifestyle for disease prevention, longevity & anti-aging. Sapna has traveled extensively throughout Asia has studied various eastern healing modalities like Ayurveda, Pranic healing & medicinal uses of spices and essential oils. Sapna seeks to find the root cause of illness rather than treating only the symptoms with a band-aid approach. Sapna believes that everything is energy and is firm believer that not only is the food you eat important, its how you eat, when you eat and the thoughts you think that cause real dis-ease.
