Isaiah 64 for My 64th Year - Morning by Morning, June 10, 2025
“O that you would tear open the heavens and come down,
so that the mountains would quake at Your Presence—
as when fire kindles brushwood
and the fire causes water to boil—
to make Your name known to Your adversaries,
so that the nations might tremble at Your Presence!
When You did awesome deeds that we did not expect,
You came down; the mountains quaked at Your Presence.
From ages past no one has heard,
no ear has perceived,
no eye has seen any God besides You,
who acts for those who wait for Him!” (Isaiah 64:1-4)

Morning by Morning, June 10, 2025 - Isaiah 64 for My 64th Year
Good morning, Lord Jesus. On my birthday morning, I look up to You and open up my heart to embrace You as Lord and Savior, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, One with my Father, One with the Holy Spirit, and One within me as a child of God and disciple of Jesus Christ. ...
On this day, my sixty-fourth birthday, as has become my tradition for each year, I’m turning to the 64th Chapter of the Book of Isaiah. And the verses I’ve declared at Revival Meetings throughout my years of ministry rise up in my spirit with burning Fire today:
“O that you would tear open the heavens and come down,
so that the mountains would quake at Your Presence—
as when fire kindles brushwood
and the fire causes water to boil—
to make Your name known to Your adversaries,
so that the nations might tremble at Your Presence!
When You did awesome deeds that we did not expect,
You came down; the mountains quaked at Your Presence.
From ages past no one has heard,
no ear has perceived,
no eye has seen any God besides You,
who acts for those who wait for Him!” (Isaiah 64:1-4)
Mighty God, You do “awesome deeds” as You act on behalf of those who wait for You, who put their faith in You, who commit their lives to You in ways we can’t even imagine or expect. But You do! And You are! And You will!
Send Your Fire into my heart today! Let this 64th year of my life be a life ablaze with a fiery passion for You as never before! Advance Your kingdom in me and through me everywhere You send me. May I wake up every day trembling in Your Presence—in the Presence of the God who has opened up Your heavens and come into my heart! In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
