David Kotz

David Kotz is the Founder and President of the National Safety Training Center and its predecessor companies, Elite Tactical Academy and Mine Brook Search & Rescue, Inc. As an experienced business leader and public safety education expert, he manages the large training center while teaching both provider and instructor level classes.

David has worked for the Red Cross in two roles: as a Public Safety Instructor for the Northern VT Chapter and as a Lifeguard Instructor/Trainer/Educator for the National Association.

A volunteer firefighter/EMT since 1984, David also serves as a volunteer in the US Coast Guard on a specialized deployable communications team.
