LOOSH: THE UNSEEN ENERGY HARVEST
In this groundbreaking episode of "MyStar Wisdom," hosted by Kaz Quantumyst, we answer the question from "Fear Is the Favorite Tool Used": WHY is fear so valuable to unseen entities? What do they gain from our fear, anger, or despair? Where does that emotional essence go?
The Modern Discovery
We explore Loosh—a term coined by Robert Monroe in 1985 for the emotional life-force produced by living beings. Monroe, a radio executive who experienced out-of-body episodes, documented his findings in "Far Journeys." Declassified CIA Gateway Project documents reveal the government funded his consciousness research as legitimate scientific inquiry.
Ancient Wisdom Across Civilizations
The concept predates Monroe by millennia: • Egyptian Ka and Heka • Gnostic Archons (Nag Hammadi Library) • Toltec Flyers (Castaneda): "We have a predator that came from the depths of the cosmos" • The Upanishads: "Man is like a beast for the Devas. As many beasts nourish a man, thus does every man nourish the Devas" • Cross-cultural parallels: Qi (China), Mana (Polynesia), Àṣẹ (West Africa)
Nature's Warning: The Parasite-Host Dynamic
Peer-reviewed research reveals disturbing parallels: • Penn State: Flatworms hijack snails, keeping them alive as living transportation • Harvard: Fungus controls ants, preserving them as biological infrastructure • These parasites don't destroy—they farm. A dead host serves no purpose. A living host can be harvested indefinitely.
One human after another. One group after another. One generation after another.
How the Harvest Works
Individual and collective extraction through: • Toxic relationships and energy drains • Political division and manufactured hatred • Mandatory hatred: Society convinced that hating someone is righteous • The "I AM" identity trap • Why forgiveness is essential for sovereignty
Your Protection
The ultimate truth: Love produces the highest quality Loosh—and negative entities cannot consume it.
Practical steps to reclaim your frequency: • Inner silence (Toltec teachings) • Creative word power (Egyptian Heka) • Gratitude as defense • Movement, nature, grounding
Join us as we expose humanity's most guarded secret and reclaim sovereignty. This episode is for those ready to see the harvest, recognize when they're drained, and choose higher frequency.

This episode answers the question listeners have been asking since "Fear Is the Favorite Tool Used": why is fear so valuable to unseen entities? What exactly do they do with the essence we give off when we feel afraid, angry, or in despair? We introduce the concept of "loosh," a term for emotional life force that has been recognized across ancient civilizations under different names. We explore how this vitality can be harvested by negative intelligences, and reveal the empowering truth: love produces the highest quality essence, and conscious awareness is our greatest protection.
We examine how this extraction operates not just on individuals but on groups, through political division, racial conflict, and generational warfare. Mass events produce mass harvest. Most critically, I want to communicate to listeners how to recognize when they are being drained — because once you fall into a low vibrational state, it becomes increasingly difficult to see that you are in the hole. This conditioning can trap souls for months, years, even lifetimes. Awareness is the key that breaks the loop.
In 1864, the French poet Charles Baudelaire wrote a short story called "Le Joueur Généreux" — "The Generous Gambler." In it, he wrote: "La plus belle des ruses du diable est de vous persuader qu'il n'existe pas." In English: the devil's finest trick is to persuade you that he does not exist.
Some of you may have also heard a version of this in the 1995 film The Usual Suspects, where Kevin Spacey's character says, "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." Baudelaire understood this truth over 150 years ago.
Why do I begin with this? Because we are about to expose entities that operate precisely this way. They remain effective only when we deny they exist — when we dismiss the idea as superstition, when we laugh it off as fantasy. Each dismissal is power surrendered. Let us pull back the curtain.
As I've said before, my podcasts are for those who find them. Some will receive these messages easily. Others may struggle to process what's being revealed. Each receives according to their readiness. The truth is, most minds are confined by the environment in which they were raised, conditioned by repetition, contained by fear. And as we explored in "Fear Is the Favorite Tool Used," fear is precisely how control is maintained. If you haven't listened to that episode yet, I recommend starting there. You may also find valuable context in "Beyond Sight: Hollywood and Spiritual Warfare" and "'I Hate' — A Self-Destructive Spell," as these directly relate to what we uncover today.
As humans, we're wired to seek the light and all that is good, yet every light casts a shadow. To remain anchored in the good, we must also recognize what threatens it. Denial doesn't protect us. It disarms us.
How Fear Projection Works
These invisible intelligences do not simply feed on fear. They project it. They cast it outward like a signal, a frequency, and it lands as a feeling — not fear recognized as fear, but discomfort, heaviness, a sense that certain topics are too dark, too scary, not meant for exploration. This is how they remain hidden. They do not announce themselves. They do not appear as monsters. They simply make people feel, without knowing why, that they should look away — and most do. Most obey that feeling without ever questioning where it came from.
Martin Luther King said, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that." In no instance, in no moment throughout all of existence, has darkness ever overcome the light. When a candle is lit, the darkness does not fight back. It does not resist. It simply ceases to be. Awareness dissolves what cannot survive exposure. Once you recognize the mechanism, the projection loses its grip — not through resistance, but through recognition. This is what we do here. We bring light to what has remained hidden.
Personal Creation vs. Shared Terrain
Some may ask: if belief creates reality, then how can something exist if I don't believe in it? A fair question, and at first glance it may appear contradictory. Here is the nuance.
In a future episode titled "To Believe or Not to Believe," we will explore the extraordinary power of personal belief — how what you believe, with full conviction, becomes the reality you walk in. This is personal creation. It shapes how you move through the world, your emotions, your choices, your interpretation of events. It is real. It is powerful. It is yours.
Yet what exists is not confined to your belief. This is shared terrain — the energetic landscape that predates any single soul's acceptance or denial. Personal belief is a tool of creation. Awareness is a tool of navigation. You might choose not to believe in the ocean, yet if you walk into it without knowing how to swim, the water does not pause to consult your convictions. In the same way, the intelligences we discuss today do not require your belief to operate. They predate it. They persist beyond it. You can choose the path you walk, yet the terrain still has cliffs.
Awareness doesn't invite the darkness. It reveals it. And once revealed, it loses its grip. We defeat it not by fighting the dark, but by amplifying the light. Awareness is the knowledge, and the knowledge is the power. Awareness is protection, and it is the lack of awareness that so often sets the snare. The question isn't whether darkness exists — it does, whether we believe in it or not. The question is whether we surrender to its influence, or choose to be the ones who turn on the light.
So here we are. If you found this podcast, if something within you pressed play, then this message was meant for you. Something deeper is at work. Your conscious mind may question what you hear. Your ego may resist. Yet perhaps your soul recognizes what your mind has not yet accepted. Trust that. Explore it. Even if you do not accept everything, let curiosity guide you. The soul often knows before the mind understands.
In the previous episode, "Fear Is the Favorite Tool Used," we explored a truth that many find uncomfortable but essential — fear is the favorite tool used against humanity. We discussed how fear lowers our vibration, how it is projected through media and relationships, and how both seen and unseen influences wield it to control and manipulate. However, we left one question unanswered — a question that, once you understand it, changes everything. Why is fear so valuable to these powers? What do they truly gain when we are afraid? When we are angry? When we are consumed by worry, guilt, shame, anxiety, or despair? Where does that essence go?
Now we answer that question, and the answer takes us deep into ancient wisdom, across every continent and civilization, and into knowledge that certain presences would prefer you never discover. This is Loosh: the unseen energy harvest.
This Is Loosh
What exactly is loosh? And now we begin.
Before this podcast, you may have never heard of it. I first heard of this word through a short YouTube video by Hans Wilhelm, a best-selling author known for his spiritual teachings. His videos have inspired millions, and you can learn more about his work at LifeExplained.com.
However, the term "loosh" was coined by a man named Robert Monroe in 1985. Monroe was not a mystic or a spiritual teacher by trade — he was a radio broadcasting executive and businessman who began having spontaneous out-of-body episodes in the late 1950s. Rather than dismiss these occurrences or check himself into an institution, Monroe did something remarkable: he studied them, documented them. Eventually, he founded the Monroe Institute in Virginia and developed technologies to help others explore expanded states of consciousness.
Now, here's where it gets fascinating. The CIA became very interested in Monroe's work. Declassified documents from the Gateway Project show that the United States government took his consciousness research seriously enough to fund it. They were not investigating fairy tales.
In his book Far Journeys, Monroe described something he learned during his out-of-body explorations. He discovered that Earth, our planet, functions as something like a garden — not for growing vegetables or flowers, but for producing a very specific kind of substance. He called this substance "loosh." According to Monroe, loosh is the emotional life force produced by living beings, particularly humans, especially during moments of intense emotion. And this essence, he learned, is collected by beings that exist in dimensions we cannot normally perceive.
Here is what Monroe also discovered, and this is crucial: the highest quality loosh is not fear. It is not suffering. The most powerful, most valuable form of this life force is love. Let me say that again more unmistakably: love produces the highest quality loosh. Fear, pain, and suffering produce loosh too, yes — but it is crude. It is low grade. Like the difference between processed fast food and a gourmet meal prepared with intention. This distinction matters more than you might realize. We will return to it.
Now here's what fascinates me: Robert Monroe coined the word "loosh" in 1985, yet the concept — the understanding that living beings produce a life force that can be consumed by other entities — predates him. This knowledge is ancient. It appears in virtually every civilization on Earth, often in remarkably similar terms. Let us travel together across time and culture.
Ancient Egypt: the Ka. Five thousand years ago, the Egyptians built an entire civilization around understanding the soul and its vital essence. They identified multiple components of the human spirit, but one stands out for our discussion: the Ka. The Ka was the vital essence, the life force that distinguished the living from the dead. The Egyptians understood that the Ka needed to be fed. This is why they placed offerings in tombs — not because they believed the dead ate physical bread or drank physical wine, but because the Ka absorbed the essence of these offerings.
Think about that: an entire civilization built pyramids, created elaborate burial rituals, and hired Ka servants — priests whose job was specifically to bring offerings to tombs so the spirit would not suffer from energetic starvation. They understood loosh five thousand years before Monroe gave it a name.
The Egyptians also spoke of Heka, the creative force of the universe that could be channeled through words and intention. They called their hieroglyphs Medu Neter, "the language of God," and believed that words spoken with proper intention carried actual power to create reality. Does this not echo what we now understand — that words cast spells upon ourselves?
Every word carries a frequency, a vibration, a measurable energetic signature. Simple phrases we speak casually — "I can't," "I am confused," and one that deserves its own episode, "I hate," a self-destructive spell — each initiates something beyond mere meaning. The word "hate," especially when paired with "I," generates a forceful, energetic charge. Even spoken in jest, it releases a discordant signal into the field, typically resonating between 100 and 150 hertz, where many of the lowest emotional states reside.
And here is where duality reveals itself. In numerology, "hate" reduces to seven — a number traditionally associated only with positivity, insight, spiritual pursuit, and inner wisdom. Seven is often considered fortunate, sacred even, yet numbers, like words, carry intention. When misaligned, when paired with discordant emotion, seven can reflect its shadow: division, withdrawal, isolation. The same number that elevates can also fracture. The word does not simply describe an emotion — it initiates one.
By contrast, love resonates around 528 hertz — coherent, stabilizing, harmonizing, a frequency long associated with healing and cellular regeneration. The power lies not in what we say, but in the energy we invoke when we say it. I will revisit numerology later in this episode.
The Gnostics: the Archons. Now let us move to the early centuries of the Common Era, to a collection of texts that were buried in the Egyptian desert and not discovered until 1945: the Nag Hammadi library. Fifty-two ancient texts, some nearly 2,000 years old, that had been hidden — perhaps to protect them from being destroyed.
These Gnostic writings speak of beings called archons. The word comes from Greek, meaning "rulers" or "authorities." According to these texts, the archons are inorganic beings that cannot create — they can only imitate and distort. And crucially, they draw sustenance from human emotional essence. Listen to what a fourth-century church father named Epiphanius recorded about Gnostic beliefs. He wrote: "The soul is the food of the archons and powers, without which they cannot live." The soul is the food of these beings. Without it, they cannot live.
The Gnostics taught that these archons work through deception. They keep humanity bound in forgetfulness, unaware of our true nature and our true power. They provoke fear, shame, guilt, sadness, and confusion — lower vibrational emotions and frequencies — because these states produce the essence they require. Here is the key philosophy: deception thrives only when people remain unaware. Once the illusion is recognized, its power diminishes. Awareness itself is protection.
Remember Baudelaire — the devil's finest trick is to persuade you he does not exist. Here, we are not speaking from a strictly religious perspective. We are referring to negative presences aligned with negative polarity, seen or unseen. The Gnostics understood this two thousand years ago.
Numerology and "Six" — A Guiding Soul
The Toltecs: the Flyers. I must pause here and share something with you. There came a point in my life when I realized the conventional path — work, consume, repeat — was no longer enough. I had followed the expected rhythms of society, but somewhere deep inside, it all began to feel strangely familiar, as if I had lived that life too many times before. It didn't happen all at once. Over the years, a quiet knowing began to build within me. I wasn't just curious — I was compelled. Compelled to question what I had been told, compelled to explore what lay beyond the normal, compelled to remember what I had always known but forgotten. And then, one evening, almost like a flash, it crystallized. I didn't go searching for it — it found me. Since then, my understanding has deepened, not through blind belief, but through reflection, inquiry, and conscious alignment. This is why I speak so often about the importance of clarity of perception, spiritual intelligence, and internal inquiry.
During this time I reconnected with someone I had known 37 years earlier, and here, something foundational — because numbers will appear throughout these episodes, and they are never incidental. Before that moment of remembrance, I regarded numbers as neutral markers: dates, counts, sequences, nothing more. That pivotal shift changed everything. Numbers began revealing what language could not. Each one carries resonance, a frequency, a vibration, a signal beneath the surface. I do not seek out numerology — the key to my understanding was entrusted to me one influential night. It came the vision to receive exclusively what I need to receive and know.
In numerology, even names carry numerical weight. Each letter corresponds to a value; when totaled, the letters of a name reveal its vibrational signature. So when I reference numbers in these episodes — whether 6, 11, 17, or others — understand they are not ornamental. They are part of the architecture.
Which brings me to something essential. When spiritual awakening begins, when remembrance is triggered, it can feel overwhelming. The impulse is to cling to anything that offers clarity, to join groups, to follow voices that sound certain, to absorb ideas without examination. I urge you resist that impulse. This I will say again and again: no matter where a message comes from — whether a broadcast, a teacher, a tradition, or a whisper in the quiet — you must engage it yourself, question it, research it, sit with it. And if you choose to share these newfound insights, do so selectively. Seek only those who are grounded — trusted family or friends whose wisdom you respect. Not simply those who will agree with you, but those who carry relevant knowledge and can offer discernment of their own. Let it pass through your logic, your emotion, your intuition, before allowing it to settle into your truth. In an age of endless information, this kind of personal discernment isn't optional — it's essential.
During my own unfolding, a guiding presence emerged — someone whose words, though rare, always arrived precisely when needed. Whether intentional or not, their role helped me stay balanced during a time of rapid internal expansion. I have come to know this individual as Number Six, the sixth soul to shift the framework of my inner structure. And what fascinates me most: I found myself saying "you are six" long before I understood the weight of that phrase. Long before this knowing had arrived. Long before numbers revealed themselves as anything more than sequence. The recognition came first. The understanding followed.
Six is not only a number — it is balance after disruption. The reconciliation of opposites. The space where spirit and matter meet. The tone of harmony. The vibration that heals silently, without demand.
The first name of this person translates to Grace. And here is what I did not recognize until much later: all six souls who recalibrated the architecture of my awareness carry this same name — the five before, as middle names, and the sixth, given as the first. Five together with the sixth is eleven. To make what is already unusual even more so, Six has no middle name — a mysterious anomaly.
Six individual souls, each with a name that translates to the word "Grace," which in part means a blessing not sought, but sent. The name "Grace" is rooted in ancient languages — Latin gratia, Greek charis — both pointing to divine favor, kindness, or benevolent force freely given. In its oldest meaning, grace is not something earned or requested. It is a gift that arrives unbidden from beyond the self.
The pattern continues. Even now, whether it be the seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth soul to assist in the elevation of my expansion, each one carries that same name whose meaning translates to grace. Yet to this day, Six alone carries Grace as the first name — all others carry it as the second. Coincidence does not operate with such precision.
In numerology, the letters of that individual's first name resolve to eleven. Even the phrase "you are six" resolves to eleven. And six and eleven, when joined, reveal seventeen. Seventeen reduces to eight, the symbol for infinity.
For those who understand the deeper meaning, from time to time this presence, Six, may be referenced in future episodes — not out of obsession, but because the influence remains woven into my ongoing exploration. Our communication follows its own rhythm, appearing seemingly only when the exchange is required. Yet somehow this soul appears at the threshold of what I meant to discover. An undefined role. An unspoken agreement. The connections I share are never one-sided — even if not at first recognized, there is a balance that exists. Like all soul contracts, a symbiotic, equal exchange. The one who gives also receives, often without realizing it. A question answered may carry within it the very insight the answerer needed to hear themselves speak aloud. This is the nature of true exchange. Nothing is lost. Nothing is owed.
Credit Is Due
The balance is already complete. Credit is given because credit is due.
Castaneda and The Active Side of Infinity
Ann, it was Six — this same soul who, in a season of my own mental saturation and spiritual download, offered, with precise timing, a single line among other passing words. Six wrote: "There's a book I recommend, The Active Side of Infinity by Carlos Castaneda." That reference arrived the way certain things do — not randomly, but as if it had been waiting for me to catch up.
Now, I must address something important. Castaneda's work is controversial — his accounts have been questioned. Scholars debate whether his experiences were literal or allegorical. Some believe his teacher, Don Juan, may not have existed as described. Here's what I have come to understand: it does not matter. What mattered was not whether every detail was factual. What mattered was that within those pages — perhaps in a single chapter, perhaps in a scattered phrase — there was a code. Information meant specifically for me to find. Pieces of a puzzle that only I would recognize and be able to assemble. This is how guidance often works. The messenger may be flawed. The vessel may be imperfect. The controversy may be real. But the message intended for you — that truth will find you regardless.
If you choose to read Castaneda, or engage with any other material, whether factual or fictional, including this podcast — understand what you find there may be entirely different from what I found. Your truth, your code, your revelation will be your own. Read with your own intuitive intelligence, trusting what you feel within, question everything, and take only what resonates with your inner knowing. This applies to all spiritual teachers, all books, all wisdom traditions.
I am not one for reading books — never was, still not, unless something compels me. Those close to me find this ironic, as my emails or text messages to them could easily qualify as chapters. Humor aside, I instinctively understood this was one I was meant to receive at that very moment. And so I purchased the audio version.
There is one other book that found me in a similar way: Journey of Souls by Michael Newton, referred to me by another spiritually inclined soul — and here another thread of the pattern reveals itself: that soul also carries the name Grace. Both references arrived only when I was ready to receive them.
Don Juan: "We Have a Predator"
This book led me across the ocean to ancient Mexico and the teachings of the Toltec tradition. Castaneda's final work records his conversations with the Toltec shaman Don Juan, and in it, Don Juan reveals what he called "the topic of topics — the most closely guarded secret of the ancient seers." Knowledge so significant, it was saved for last. Don Juan said, "We have a predator that came from the depths of the cosmos and took over the rule of our lives. Human beings are its prisoners." He called these beings "the flyers" — described as big shadows that leap through the air and feed on human awareness. Specifically, they consume what he called "the luminous coding" around our energy field — our vitality, our life force.
Don Juan revealed something even more disturbing. He said, "The predators gave us their mind." Think about that. They gave us their mind — a mind that is, in his words, "baroque." Contradictory, morose, filled with fear of being discovered. The endless internal chatter, the self-doubt, the fear, the anxiety — these thoughts that seem to come from nowhere and torment us. According to this tradition, this is not entirely our mind. It is what Castaneda called an "inorganic being" — a foreign installation designed to keep us producing the low vibrational essence these beings consume.
This takes the Buddhist perspective — that our thoughts bind us to this dimension, and that meditation is essential to unhooking from earthly illusion — to an entirely new level. And consider this: in the documentary The Social Dilemma, experts describe what they call "human attention mining" — technology deliberately designed to capture and exploit our focus, our emotions, our reactions. Layer that understanding with what Don Juan taught, and you begin to see: the battle for your mind is not metaphor. It is real, and it creates an urgency about guarding your consciousness that goes far beyond self-improvement. This is survival.
Six once told me, "Not all astral beings are our allies." No one makes that point more powerfully than Castaneda. And here is the crucial teaching: Don Juan also revealed the solution. He said that when a person develops inner silence, when they discipline their mind and reclaim their awareness, the flyer's mind flees forever. Awareness, discipline, inner silence — these are our weapons to ensure our sovereignty.
Loosh Across Cultures
Across all cultures, the Egyptians called it Ka and Heka. The Gnostics warned of archons. The Toltecs spoke of flyers. But these are not the only voices.
In India, the Upanishads — texts over 3,000 years old — contain this remarkable statement: "Man is like a beast for the devas. As many beasts nourish a man, thus does every man nourish the devas."
In the Islamic tradition, the jinn are beings of smokeless fire who exist alongside humanity in a parallel dimension. Some are benevolent, but others derive nourishment from human fear and emotional chaos.
In China, they speak of qi, the vital force that flows through all living things. In Japan, the same concept is known as ki. In Polynesia, mana. In the Yoruba tradition of West Africa, it is ase — the power to create what you speak, which can be increased or decreased by your thoughts and actions. The Greeks called it pneuma, the breath of life. The Hebrews called it ruach. In Tibet it is lung.
Different names, different continents, different centuries — but the same fundamental understanding: we produce life force. This essence is real, and there are intelligences in this universe that are very interested in it.
How the Harvest Works: Fear vs. Love
So now we comprehend — like it or not, believe it or not — that loosh exists. This emotional life force that humans produce, and across time and culture there have been consistent warnings about beings that consume this essence.
How does the collection actually work? And why do negative entities seem to prefer fear over love? Let me explain.
Humans generate loosh through intense emotional states. This includes both positive and negative emotions. Joy, love, gratitude, and compassion all produce this vital essence. So do fear, anger, shame, guilt, and despair. Here is the critical difference: positive emotions produce high-frequency, refined essence. Negative emotions produce low-frequency, crude substance.
Now, why would negative entities prefer the crude form? Because they cannot generate positive essence themselves. They exist at low frequencies. They vibrate in darkness. High-frequency vitality is incompatible with their nature. It would be like trying to tune a radio to a station that does not exist on your dial. Low-vibrational beings can only consume low-vibrational essence. Fear matches their frequency. Suffering matches their nature. Love does not. This is why they work so hard to keep humanity in states of fear, division, anger, and despair. It is not personal. It is not even really malicious in the way we understand malice. It is simply their food supply.
The Human Agents
Now, here's something important that we must discuss openly. These influences do not always work on you directly — often, perhaps usually, they work through other people. Think about it: the villain breaks in through the window, not the hero. Benevolent presences, positive entities, loving spirits — they do not seek to deplete humans. They do not use humans as food sources. This is exclusively the behavior of negative intelligences. And negative intelligences are opportunistic. They look for pathways. They look for people who are already operating at low vibrations, who may not even realize they have become instruments of something darker.
Consider this: the workplace drain. You work with someone — a co-worker, or perhaps a boss — who constantly picks at you. They criticize your work. They make comments about your appearance, your intelligence, your worth. Nothing is ever good enough. Every interaction leaves you feeling smaller, depleted, drained. That person may not consciously know what they are doing. They might even believe they are helping you improve. Yet notice what happens: they seem to get a charge from it, a boost, while you're left exhausted. This is not coincidence. This is the mechanism in action. That person has become, consciously or unconsciously, a conduit for something that feeds on your diminishment.
Consider the controlling partner — a relationship where one partner constantly belittles the other, perhaps under the guise of love: "I only say these things because I care about you. No one else would put up with you. You're lucky to have me." Each cutting remark, each subtle put-down, each erosion of self-worth — this produces loosh. The controller may believe they are keeping their partner close, keeping them dependent, but something else is happening too. Something is feeding. And the person being controlled begins to believe the lies. They forget their own worth. They forget they are creators, not victims. They slip into mere existence rather than truly living.
These scenarios are not abstract philosophy. They are happening right now in homes and offices and relationships across this planet, and most people caught in them have no idea what is actually occurring on the energetic level.
Nature's Mirror: Real Parasites, Real Hosts
Let's shift our focus to something well-documented in nature — not as metaphor, but as biological truth — something that mirrors exactly what we are uncovering here.
In nature, there exist parasites that do not kill their hosts. They hijack them, take them over, control them. Yet they preserve the host's life, because a dead host serves no purpose. A living host can be farmed.
Researchers at Penn State University documented a flatworm called Leucochloridium paradoxum. It invades land snails, takes over their eye stalks, and makes them swell and pulse with bright, colorful bands that mimic caterpillars. The parasite then drives the snail into open sunlight, where birds can easily spot it. The bird, seeing what looks like a caterpillar, eats the snail or tears off its eye stalks. The parasite then moves into the bird — its true target — where it reproduces. The bird eventually releases the parasite's eggs through its droppings, and the cycle begins again. Throughout this process, the snail remains alive, functional, yet it is no longer operating in its own interest. It has become living transportation for the parasite to reach its final destination.
Researchers studying the fungus Ophiocordyceps unilateralis found it infects carpenter ants in tropical forests. The fungus takes control of the ants' central nervous system, forces it to leave its colony, climb vegetation to a precise height and location, and lock its jaws onto a leaf. The ant stays alive during this entire hijacking. It is kept functional purely as biological infrastructure while the fungus grows and completes its life cycle.
Perhaps most disturbing is research published in the Journal of Experimental Marine Biology on Sacculina, a parasitic barnacle. It injects itself into crabs, destroys their reproductive systems, grows root-like tendrils throughout their bodies, and chemically reprograms them to care for the parasite's eggs as if they were the crab's own offspring. The crab becomes a living nursery — no longer an individual organism, completely hijacked.
These are peer-reviewed, documented biological realities. Does this sound familiar? The parasite does not destroy. It preserves. It controls. It feeds. And it moves from host to host, using each for a specific purpose in its life cycle — one after another, sequential, strategic. In the case of the snail, the host is kept alive not for its own value, but to serve as transportation to the next target. The snail, then the bird — one host after another, one human after another, one group after another, one generation after another.
This is precisely how loosh harvesting operates. These entities do not seek to kill humans. They seek to keep us alive, functional, yet vibrating at frequencies that produce the essence they consume. And when one host is depleted, they move to the next — family to family, community to community, generation to generation. The harvest continues. We may not even be the final host. We may be the vehicle to something greater that we cannot yet perceive. We are the host. They are the parasite. And just like the snail, the ant, and the crab, most of humanity does not realize it has been hijacked.
Mandatory Hatred: A Global Disorder
And here is where it becomes even more insidious. These forces have achieved something remarkable in our modern world: they have made hatred mandatory.
Hate is hate. Whether you direct it at yourself or another human being, it is the same poison, the same frequency, the same darkness. Hate has one signature, and it feeds the same machine. You may believe you only hate others. You may believe you only hate yourself. The distinction is illusion. When you hate any part of humanity, you hate all of it. We are not separate. We are one species, one collective, one energy field divided into individual expressions.
Hatred is a seed. Once planted, it grows. It spreads like cancer through your being. It does not matter who you think you are hating — the darkness takes root. Your vibration falls. You become food. And these forces have convinced society that hatred is righteous, noble, a sign of progress: hate being Black, hate being white, hate being a woman, hate being a man, hate the rich, hate the poor, hate an entire race, hate an entire religion, hate an entire belief system, hate yourself for what others did, carry guilt, carry shame, apologize for existing. The culture has developed a collective disorder where everyone must hate someone. If not others, then themselves. If not themselves, then others. Hatred has become mandatory for social acceptance.
And here is the deepest deception: people claim to be spiritual, righteous, enlightened, yet out of their mouths come words like "I hate them. They deserve to die. They should suffer." They believe their hatred is justified because they are on the right side — the moral side, the side of truth. The very fact that you consider someone an enemy is already the fault, already the trap, already the harvest beginning.
Why not say, "We are righteous and we want them to be righteous too"? Why not join forces and be righteous together? Why not love together? Because these forces do not want unity. They want division. They profit from your hatred — whether you call it justice or vengeance or righteousness, the label does not matter. The frequency is the same. The lie is that hatred empowers you. The truth is it enslaves you.
Humanity is one race, and that race has been hijacked. Just like the snail, just like the ant, just like the crab — we are the host. These forces are the parasite, and the parasite's goal is not to kill us. It is to keep us alive, functional, producing low vibrational essence while we believe our hatred serves justice. It does not. It serves only the harvest. We have lost our way so completely that we work to destroy ourselves. Generation against generation. Race against race. Gender against gender. Religion against religion. Belief against belief. Individual against self. We believe it is virtue. They know better. They are feeding.
Try this right now: if there is even one person you hold hatred for, think of that person, or that group, or that race, or that religion, or that belief system — or perhaps it is yourself you hate: your own skin, your own gender, your own existence. Whoever or whatever you carry hatred for, bring them to mind. Now, instead of saying "I hate this person," say "I love this person." Say it out loud if you can. Whisper it if you must. Say it until you mean it. Watch what happens — watch the miracle that occurs within your life the moment you allow the light within you to shine, changing the frequency of hate to love. This is not weakness. This is freedom.
And if you find yourself struggling to do this, pay very close attention. If you are alone right now, in the privacy of your own space where no one can see you or hear you, and you still cannot bring yourself to whisper the word "love" in place of "hate" — even as an exercise, even knowing no one else will ever know — this is your proof. If you cannot switch that one word, love for hate, even in total isolation, even in darkness, even when there is no one to judge you but yourself, you're being controlled. You have become the host. The parasite we just spoke of has taken hold. We have been tricked into hating ourselves and each other. We are being farmed. We are being used as food sources for predator beings. Your inability to speak love, even in private, even as a test, reveals the depth of the parasitic hold. This is not theory. This is not maybe. This is fact. Whether you choose to believe it or not, see it for what it is, and set yourself free.
The Collective
We have discussed how negative entities extract essence from individuals — through fear, through despair, through the people around us who become unwitting instruments of something darker. But individual extraction is small. It is retail, if you will. The wholesale harvest — the massive collection of loosh — happens through groups, through collectives, through movements that begin with good intentions and end in hatred, division, and destruction.
Here is how the pattern of manipulation works, and once you see it, you will recognize it everywhere. A righteous cause emerges. Often it is a legitimate cause, a genuine injustice, a real problem that needs addressing. People with good hearts see this injustice and want to help. They want to be part of the solution. This is beautiful. This is the human spirit at its finest. Despite this truth, many times something changes. The movement that began as "we want justice" slowly transforms into "us against them." The cause that started with love begins to be fueled by hate. And it is true — there is a very thin line between love and hate. That line is so thin that it is difficult to recognize when we have stepped over to the opposite side. The desire to lift one group up becomes the desire to tear another group down.
Most people within the movement do not notice the shift. They still believe they are fighting for good. They still see themselves as righteous, even when out of their mouths come the words "I hate that person" or "I hate those people." People who wish another person, or any opposing group of people, to die have in fact lost their way. And the essence they are now producing has changed completely from positive to negative. They are no longer generating the high-frequency loosh of love and compassion. They are generating the low-frequency loosh of anger, hatred, and division. And something unseen is now feeding.
There is no problem disagreeing with the beliefs or actions of another. The problem is when we hold hateful, harmful intentions and thoughts against the other side. Without love in our hearts, we become "man like beast" — nourishment for unseen forces.
We can see it in their faces. I have been fortunate to visit several countries, to encounter many cultures, to hear many languages I do not speak, and I can tell you something I have learned: when we see love, it is clear — it is love. And when we see hate, there is no mistake. We don't need words to identify love or hate. Both emotions carry their own distinct vibrational frequency and energy, consistent no matter where we go. And what is also true is that all other emotions can be identified wherever we go — whether it be anxiety, fear, anger, joy, or compassion. Each and every emotion carries its own distinct frequency, and that frequency is repeated, identifiable, and measurable.
Remember, Nikola Tesla said, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. Three, six, nine." This is the quantum level of reality. Everything, including our emotions, operates on this principle.
The clearest example we experience on a daily basis is music. Music is frequency. Music can and does evoke all emotions across the board — happiness, sadness, fear, anxiety, depression, elation. And so are many other things we encounter in our daily lives: the cell phone in our hands, the device we are listening to this podcast through, cell towers, Wi-Fi signals, radio waves, the hum of electrical currents running through our homes. All of these are frequencies. Some are tools, some are beneficial, some can be weapons, some are harmful. Frequency is power. Once identified, it can be used not only by unseen forces, but by those with knowledge of how frequencies work.
When we look at a person's face, we can instantly see whether they are operating from love or from hate. A mother holding her child in joy looks the same in Tokyo as she does in Lagos, as she does in Buenos Aires, as she does in Oslo. Love is universal. We recognize it immediately. And hate — hate is equally universal. The contorted face, the rage in the eyes, the destructive force that radiates outward. We see this in a mob in one country; it is identical to a mob in another country. The language changes, the stated cause changes, but the essence is the same.
Understanding the frequency beneath. What we must understand is that what we are witnessing in these faces is not merely emotion. It is frequency made visible. Every emotion we experience is a measurable vibration. Anger carries one signature. Love carries another. Fear, joy, grief, contentment — each vibrates at its own distinct rate. When we observe people celebrating a wedding, a festival, a peaceful gathering rooted in unity, we feel a palpable harmony in the air. Now observe a riot, a violent confrontation, an angry mob — the feeling is entirely different: heavy, chaotic, discordant. Why? Because frequencies are contagious. They spread. They influence. They can be directed. Love is a frequency that can heal, soothe, and elevate. Yet it can also be manipulated, just as anger is a frequency that can motivate change — it can be weaponized.
Many of us may have heard of LRAD, the Long Range Acoustic Device. This is no secret — this is old information, publicly released technology from the early 2000s. Military and law enforcement use directed sound frequencies to disperse crowds, to create discomfort, even pain, without physical contact. It is a frequency weapon: invisible, effective, undeniable. That was over 20 years ago. Can you imagine what is available today?
These negative forces we speak of are chronic presences, entities that harvest loosh. They operate on the same principle. They direct frequencies of fear, rage, division, and despair into populations — not through technology, but through media, through conflict, through the amplification of lower emotions.
When we see a group of people — whether it is one person or one thousand — who are consumed with hatred, who wish death upon others, who celebrate destruction, we are not seeing people operating from their highest selves. We are seeing people who have become instruments, conduits, tuned to a frequency that feeds something unseen. Look closely at the faces of those consumed by rage, hatred, or violence toward their neighbor. You will see the same vacant intensity, the same disconnection from their higher self, the same expression whether in Los Angeles or Lahore, in London or Lima.
This is frequency manipulation at work. Even when you show someone that holding anger, resentment, or hatred toward even one fellow human being lowers their vibration and makes them vulnerable to harvest, they often cannot see it. The frequency has hooked them. The intelligence behind the manipulation pulls them back in. These forces are far more powerful than many realize. They do not merely influence — when a person's vibration drops low enough, these entities can take over. They can use a human being as a vessel, a conduit, an instrument through which they operate directly.
How many times have we heard someone say, "I don't know what came over me. That wasn't me. I didn't mean to do that"? And in their heart, in their spirit, they truly believe this. Yet the evidence is undeniable. The harm was done. The act occurred. What happened: they became a vessel. For a moment or longer, something else was operating through them. This is not metaphor. This is energetic reality. Those who carry chronic low vibrations — guilt, shame, rage, hatred, despair — become easy targets for possession. Not exactly the dramatic Hollywood version, with spinning heads and screaming. However, sometimes Hollywood gets surprisingly near. If you'd like to see one scene that comes especially close to our reality, search the clip on YouTube titled "Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers, Gollum vs. Sméagol, Gandalf frees Théoden." Théoden believed he was making his own decisions until the parasite was exposed — he was the manipulated host.
Much like those who are ruled by these entities, it is the subtle kind — the kind where you still think the thoughts are yours, the actions feel justified, the hatred feels righteous, but it is not you, not your highest self. It is something using you.
This is why maintaining high vibration is not self-improvement — it is self-preservation. When you vibrate at high frequencies — love, gratitude, compassion, peace — you make yourself difficult to penetrate. Not impossible; we are human, we have moments of weakness. But you create resistance. You make the takeover require far more effort than these entities are usually willing to expend. When you vibrate low, you become an open door, an unlocked vessel. Easy prey.
Think of it like this: a house with locked doors, lights on, and people alert inside is a difficult target for an intruder. A house with doors wide open, dark rooms, and no one paying attention — that intruder walks right in. Your frequency is your lock. Your awareness is your light. Your daily practice is your vigilance.
Political Division
Political division is one of the most powerful tools of harvest in our time, rivaled only by race. Us against them, red versus blue, left versus right — and it has become fashionable, expected, almost a badge of honor to hate a political figure. "I love everyone," people say, "except that one, except that group, except those politicians." Again, hate for even just one person is already too much hate. One person hated is the crack in our armor. One group despised is the frequency that calls them in.
You may disagree passionately with a person's policies. You may oppose their actions with everything in you. Disagree fiercely. Fight for what you believe. But do not hate the person.
Let us not fool ourselves. We can tell ourselves we are good people, and naturally we are. We can tell others we are good people. We can present ourselves as righteous. But if we knowingly hold hate in our hearts for any human being, understand this: that is not of the light, that is darkness. Hate is of the dark. Hate for any human is wrong. Hate is evil.
I am not here to judge you. Like everyone else, I have my own faults. I too struggle. I too work daily to be better than I was yesterday. We are human. We are not here to be perfect — that is what makes us human, not God. We are here to expand ourselves, to strive, to improve ourselves. We are here to evolve. This is the work. This is the journey. It is not for me to decide if you are a good person or not — each of us must let our own conscience be our own guide. That is each of our jobs to do for ourselves.
The key is if we realize there is room for improvement — and as humans, there is always room to improve. If there is hate, there is room for improvement. When we come to this awareness, rather than spending our entire existence holding that emotion, holding that frequency, find love. Release hate. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
That hatred, that resentment, that anger — it is a dark frequency, a low frequency, and it is broadcasting a signal that says, "I am available. I am a match. I can be used." This is why forgiveness is not optional for those who seek sovereignty. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was acceptable. It does not mean you condone the harm. It does not mean you must trust them or allow them back into your life. Forgiveness means you refuse to carry their poison any longer. It means you change the frequency from hatred to release, from anger to peace, from resentment to freedom.
Every moment you hold hatred for anyone, for any reason, you are the one being drained. You are the one lowering your vibration. You are the one making yourself available to forces that would use you as their instrument. Release them — not for their sake, for yours. Transmute that low-frequency anger into high-frequency love. Love enough to refuse to be a vessel for darkness. This is how you protect yourself. This is how you guard your sovereignty. This is how you make penetration difficult. You cannot control these forces, but you can control your frequency. And that choice, that daily moment-by-moment choice, is everything.
Have no enemies. Even if others consider you their enemy, hate no one — not even one. Love everyone, every single person, especially the one you would love to hate the most. Otherwise, that single thread of hatred becomes the frequency these predators use to find you.
I have said this before, and I will say it again: I may not like all humans, but I love them all. Love is the answer — or, better said by my father, in one of his most recognized songs from many, many years ago: "The answer is love." And this truth remains the most powerful protection we all have available.
And the powers feeding on that essence — they do not care about the cause. They do not care which side wins. They care only that the conflict continues, that the hatred flows, that the frequency remains low, that the collection is plentiful.
How Division Is Manufactured
Consider modern politics. You have Group A and Group B. Each group starts with genuine beliefs, genuine concerns, and genuine desires to improve society. But watch what happens over time. Group A stops seeing Group B as fellow citizens with different views — they begin to see them as enemies, as evil, as less than human. And Group B does the same to Group A. Now you have millions of people generating hatred toward millions of other people, not because of anything those people have personally done to them, but because they have been sorted into opposing categories.
Who gains from this? Not Group A, not Group B. The only beneficiaries are the entities that feed on the massive output of low-vibrational essence this division creates. And both sides believe they are the righteous ones. Both sides believe the other is the problem. Neither side sees that they have both become food sources for something that cares nothing for their causes.
Racial Division
A parallel pattern emerges with race, with ethnicity, with any category that can be used to divide humanity against itself. One group is taught to fear another group, to resent them, to blame them for their struggles. The other group is taught to fear them back, to resent them back, to see them as the enemy. Generations of hatred. Generations of loosh production.
And here is the tragedy: the original injustices may have been real. The original grievances may have been legitimate. But the solution was never more hatred. Hatred does not heal. Hatred only feeds. Those who gain from racial division are not members of any race. They are not even human. They are the intelligences that grow stronger every time one group wishes destruction upon another.
Generational Division
Likewise, we witness this division between generations — students against teachers, young against old, children against parents. Watch how each generation is taught to resent the one before it and the one after it. "Boomers ruined everything." "Millennials are entitled." "Gen Z is lost." These generalizations, these categories, serve only to divide — to create conflict where cooperation could exist, to generate the essence of resentment and blame.
A society where generations work together, where elders guide and youth invigorate, where wisdom and innovation combine — this society produces love, connection, high-frequency vitality. A society where generations despise each other — this society is a feast for presences we cannot see.
The Test of Any Movement
So how do we know? How do we discern whether a movement, a cause, a group is operating from genuine good, or has become a collection operation? Here is a simple test. Ask yourself: does this movement seek to lift up, or to tear down? Does it celebrate the success of its goals, or does it celebrate the suffering of its opponents? Does it want justice, or does it want revenge? Does it see the humanity in everyone, or has it dehumanized those it opposes? Does it generate love in your heart when you participate, or does it generate hatred?
A movement aligned with benevolent influences will make you more loving, more compassionate, more connected to your fellow humans — even those who disagree with you. A movement that has been co-opted by negative entities will make you more hateful, more divided, more willing to see other humans as enemies deserving destruction. The essence you feel is the truth — not the stated cause, not the noble words. The essence.
Why This Matters Now
We live in a time of unprecedented division. Social media amplifies conflict. News cycles profit from outrage. Algorithms feed us content designed to provoke emotional reactions. Every angry comment, every hateful post, yes, even every hateful thought — every moment spent in rage at people you have never met — this produces loosh, and it is being collected at industrial scale. This is not conspiracy theory. This is energetic reality.
You can participate in this harvest, unknowingly feeding powers that benefit from human suffering, or you can step back. Observe. Choose differently. You can advocate for causes you believe in without becoming an instrument of hatred. You can disagree with others without dehumanizing them. You can work for change without generating the low-frequency essence that feeds the very intelligences perpetuating the problems you want to solve.
Remember, benevolent presences do not require your hatred. They do not need you to despise your neighbor. They do not feed on your rage. Only negative entities require these things. So when you feel hatred rising in you toward any person, any group, any category of humanity — pause. Ask yourself: who is this serving? What is this feeding? And choose love — not because the other person deserves it, but because you deserve to be free of the influences that would use your hatred as their nourishment.
The Programming Trap
Now we come to perhaps the most important part of our discussion today, and I need you to listen carefully, because this is the part that can save lives.
Once your vibration drops low enough, you cannot easily see that it has happened. This is the trap. When you're in a high vibrational state — feeling love, joy, gratitude, connection — you have perspective. You can see clearly. You can recognize negative influences and step away from them. But when your vibration drops, when you fall into fear, despair, shame, or depression, everything changes. The low vibration becomes a lens through which you see reality, and through that lens, everything looks hopeless. Everything looks dark.
The voice in your head — that foreign installation the Toltecs warned about — begins to sound like truth. You're not worthy. It sounds like truth. No one really loves you. It sounds like truth. Why bother trying? It sounds like truth. You will never be enough. It sounds like truth — though it is not truth. It is conditioning, mental scripting designed to keep you producing low vibrational essence for entities that feed upon it.
An Ancient Recognition
This state we now call depression. The ancients recognized it too, and they understood something darker might be involved. The Greeks and medieval physicians called it melancholia — an excess of black bile that darkened the soul. They believed it could open a person to malevolent spiritual influences. Early Christian monks identified something they called acedia — spiritual listlessness, the "noonday demon" that attacked those seeking the light. They understood this was not mere sadness, but something that fed on despair and made escape seem impossible. The mystic Saint John of the Cross wrote of the "dark night of the soul" — a deep spiritual depression that, while potentially transformative, could also trap a soul in darkness indefinitely. In older English, they spoke of "the vapors" or "colic of the spirit" — a heaviness that descended upon people and would not lift.
Different names across different centuries, but always the same recognition: there is a state humans fall into where the darkness seems to have a will of its own, where escape feels impossible, where the sufferer becomes nourishment for something they cannot see.
The "I Am" Identity Trap
Eckhart Tolle teaches a distinction worth understanding here, and here is one of the most insidious tricks of all. When we feel these emotions long enough, we begin to identify as them. We say "I am angry," "I am depressed," "I am worthless." Notice what happens when you use the words "I am" — you're declaring this as your identity, your essence, who you are. This is a lie, a trick of the ego, a trap that keeps you producing low vibrational essence indefinitely.
The truth: you are not the emotion. You are the awareness that witnesses the emotion. There is a difference between "I am angry" and "I have anger within me." The first makes anger your identity. The second recognizes anger as something passing through you — something you can observe, acknowledge, and release. Ancient mystics likened emotions to clouds drifting across the sky of awareness. Do not mistake the cloud for the sky.
This distinction is how you break the conditioning. This is how you stop being a permanent food source. You are not your sadness. You are not your fear. You are not your despair. These are weather patterns moving through the sky of your consciousness. But you — you are the sky itself. Vast, unchanging, eternal. The emotions pass. You remain.
The Cascade Effect
Let me paint a picture of how this works in daily life. You wake up, you stub your toe getting out of bed — small thing, right? But it puts you in a slightly negative state. You check your phone, bad news, your mood drops further. You make coffee, you burn your lip, your irritation grows. You realize you have a toothache you've been ignoring. Now your whole morning feels cursed. By the time you leave for work, you are primed for negativity — and here's what happens: you begin to attract more negative occurrences. You hit every red light. Someone cuts you off in traffic. Your boss is in a bad mood. Each event drops your vibration lower. Each event produces more loosh.
And here's the insidious part: you do not see the pattern. You just think, "This is a bad day." Or worse, "This is my life." But it was not random. The cascade was initiated and maintained. Something was feeding, and every negative response you had gave it more. And this is just one day. Imagine this pattern running for weeks, for months, for years. This is how depression becomes chronic. This is how people lose themselves. The low vibration becomes their baseline, their identity. They say, "I am depressed," instead of, "I have depression moving through me." They forget they were ever anything else. They are no longer living — they are existing. Existing as a food source.
Why It Takes So Long to Escape
When someone falls into deep, prolonged low vibration — what we might call depression, despair, or hopelessness — it can take days, weeks, months, even years to climb out. Why? Because the conditioning reinforces itself. Every thought of unworthiness creates more unworthiness. Every moment of despair produces essence that feeds the very powers keeping you in despair. It is a feedback loop, and a person trapped in it often cannot see the loop. They think their dark thoughts are simply reality.
This is why we need each other. A person stuck in low vibration often needs someone from outside — a friend, a family member, a community — to help them see what they cannot see themselves. Not to fix them, not to judge them, but to remind them of who they really are, to hold space for their highest self until they can remember it themselves. This is one of the most sacred things we can do for one another.
Yet here is the caution: be mindful of who you turn to. The blind cannot lead the blind. The lost cannot guide those seeking to be found. If the one you reach for is themselves drowning in low vibration, they cannot pull you to higher ground — they may pull you deeper. The friends you keep, the voices you trust, the souls you return to for wisdom, for clarity, for light — choose them with care. Not everyone who loves you can lift you. Some can only meet you where they are. Seek those who have walked through their own darkness and emerged. Those who hold their own light — these are the ones equipped to remind you of yours.
What Science Reveals
Now some of you listening may be thinking: this is fascinating, but is there any scientific support for these ideas? Or is this purely spiritual speculation? Let me share something remarkable.
Modern science has documented that living organisms emit what are called biophotons — ultra-weak light emissions that are a byproduct of metabolic processes. In biophysics, these are known as ultra-weak photon emissions. In other words, we literally glow. We emit light. Research at the University of Calgary measured these photon emissions in living organisms before and after death. They found that this glow quickly diminishes when life ceases. We are, in a measurable scientific sense, beings of light — and that light dims when we die.
The National Institutes of Health recognizes what they call the biofield — an organizing field that surrounds and permeates living beings. This is not fringe science. This is mainstream biomedical research, acknowledging that we exist within and generate these fields.
And research from the HeartMath Institute has shown that when we generate positive emotions like love and gratitude, we create coherent heart rhythms that actually improve cognitive function and immune response. Positive emotions literally change our physiology in measurable ways. We also know that chronic fear and stress flood the body with cortisol and adrenaline — hormones that, over time, damage the immune system, impair brain function, and literally shorten lifespan. We are not designed to live in constant fear, yet modern society keeps many of us there. Who gains from this? The ancients knew. And now, slowly, science is catching up.
Learning to Recognize
So how do we protect ourselves? How do we recognize when we are being drained, especially when the drainage itself makes recognition more difficult? The first step is awareness. Simply knowing what you now know changes everything. You cannot unsee this. The next time you feel suddenly drained after an interaction, you will wonder. The next time you notice your inner voice becoming cruel and critical, you will question. The next time a cascade of bad luck seems to build momentum, you will recognize the pattern.
Signs you may be subject to essence extraction:
- Notice if you frequently feel drained after specific interactions with certain people, in certain environments, or after consuming certain media. Energetic vampirism is real, whether the vampire is human or otherwise.
- Pay attention to your inner dialogue. Is it supportive and encouraging, or is it harsh, critical, defeating? Remember, that harsh voice may not be entirely yours.
- Watch for disproportionate emotional reactions. If small events trigger large emotional responses, something may be amplifying those reactions to extract more essence.
- Be alert to feeling "not yourself," especially if you cannot pinpoint why. Low vibrational influence often manifests as a vague sense of wrongness or disconnection.
- And most importantly, if you find yourself increasingly isolated, hopeless, and convinced of your own unworthiness, recognize this as the conditioning it is. This is not truth. This is the trap.
Questions to ask yourself periodically: Am I living, or merely existing? When did I last feel genuine joy? Who in my life leaves me feeling vital versus depleted? What media am I consuming, and how does it make me feel? Does my inner dialogue sound like a wise mentor, or a relentless critic? These questions are not comfortable, but they are essential.
Reclaiming Your Vitality
Now we come to the most important part: what do we do with this knowledge?
Remember what we learned: love produces the highest quality loosh. Fear produces crude, low-grade essence. Negative entities can only feed on low vibrational output. The path forward reveals itself — raise your vibration. Embody the frequency that negative presences cannot feed upon. But knowing the path and walking it are not the same. I can illuminate the doorway; you must choose to step through. This is not about fighting darkness. It is about being light.
Practical steps:
- Guard your mind. The Toltecs taught that inner silence defeats the foreign installation. Meditation, mindfulness, conscious breathing — these practices create space between you and the thoughts that may not be yours. In that space, freedom lives.
- Choose your words with intention. Remember what the Egyptians knew about Heka, what the Yoruba teach about Ase — words carry creative power. What you speak, you summon. Make your words a blessing, never a curse, upon yourself or others.
- Audit your relationships. Notice who fills you and who drains you. You do not have to cut people from your life, but you can set boundaries. You can limit exposure. You can protect your vitality.
- Be mindful of what you consume. Not just food, but media, news, entertainment. Every input affects your vibration. Choose inputs that elevate rather than diminish.
- Practice gratitude. Genuine gratitude is one of the highest vibrational states. It is almost impossible to feel grateful and afraid at the same time. Make gratitude a daily discipline.
- Move your body. Connect with nature. Ground yourself. Attune your being to the pulse of Earth. Walk barefoot. Breathe in the forest air. These physical practices move stagnant essence and restore flow. The Chinese understood this with qigong. The Indians understood it with yoga. Your body is not separate from your energetic field.
- Remember who you are. You're not a victim. You're not merely a food source for something else. You are a creator, as we explored in "We Are the Creators." You have power. Reclaim it.
The ultimate protection is love. Not just the love you receive — the love you give, the love you are. When you embody love, genuine unconditional love, starting with yourself, you become untouchable to entities that can only feed on fear. They cannot digest what you're producing. The frequency is incompatible with their nature. Love vibrates at the highest frequencies. Fear vibrates at the lowest. You get to choose which frequency you broadcast. You're not a victim of unseen intelligences. You are a sovereign being with the power to choose your frequency, and that choice is everything.
Closing Reflection
Beautiful souls, we began with a poet's warning about the devil's finest trick. We journeyed through Robert Monroe's modern revelations to the ancient wisdom of Egypt. From the warnings of the Gnostics, to the teachings of the Toltecs, from the qi of China to the ase of West Africa, across every time and every culture, the same message echoes: we are beings of vital essence, that life force is precious, and there are presences in this universe that seek to collect it.
You now possess something more valuable than any shield or weapon: awareness. You now have awareness, and awareness is knowledge. Knowledge is your power. You know the game that is being played. You can recognize the patterns in individuals and in the masses. And you understand that the highest frequency, love, is the one thing they cannot consume.
If you are currently in a low place, if the conditioning has taken hold and escape feels impossible — know this: it is a lie. The despair is not truth. The unworthiness is not truth. These are manufactured states designed to keep you producing what they need. You are not your depression. You are not your fear. You have these things within you; they are not who you are. You are the sky. The clouds will pass.
Reach out. Ask for help. Let someone who sees clearly remind you of who you really are. And for those who are in a place of strength — look around you. Someone in your life may be trapped in the conditioning without knowing it. Be the light that guides them home.

[Closing passage — retained verbatim, same recurring outro as prior episodes]
Numbers 11:17. He asked the Lord, "Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?"
Kaz, your Quantumyst.
Numbers 11:17 (continued). "I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you, and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you, so that you will not have to carry it alone."

Editorial notes (for your review — not yet resolved)
- "Ann, it was Six" — inserted per your instruction. Confirm this reads correctly against your intent; "Ann" is not explained anywhere else in this transcript or prior episodes, so a first-time reader/listener may find it unexplained. Worth a sentence of context if "Ann" refers to something you haven't introduced yet.
- Recurring intro/outro errors — MyStar Radio, Kers/Kaz Quantumist, and the Numbers 11:17 closing are unchanged from prior episodes, confirming (again) they come from your spliced-in bumper audio, not per-episode transcription errors.
- The music/fade-out tail at the very end of the raw transcript ("Yn ymw... Yn ymwne...") has been dropped from this cleaned version — it reads as Whisper failing to transcribe outro music, not real words. Confirm that's correct before finalizing.
