National Day of Prayer

Day 2:  NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER

The Scripture for the National Day of Prayer comes from Romans chapter 15 verse 13 which reads 

“Pour out to the God of HOPE and be filled”

This passage speaks directly to what is being accomplished here.  We began pouring out our sins in repentance before God yesterday.  Continuing today we humble ourselves before the God of HOPE.  For we know He is a God that is merciful, forgiving and eternally patient with us.

Tomorrow we will be filled with the HOPE because as Jesus taught us that IF we believe we will receive what we ask for.  

Repent.  Pray.  Believe.  It really is that simple, brothers and sisters.

The hope of God does not disappoint us so we can stand unshaken.  God loves America and wants us to turn back to Him.  In 2023, He wrote across the sky over America His second of three solar eclipses.  This eclipse proclaimed Jesus as the Great Teacher.  

Jesus is our HOPE and today we pray to Him, proclaiming HIM as our KING, we have no king but King Jesus.

Let’s turn to Him in prayer:

O'Lord God Almighty,

Master of the Universe.

Sender of signs, warnings and messages.

You have sent 3 major signs of warning and proclamation to the United States.  And we have received them.

We proclaim today that we have heard and will obey.  

Jesus IS the Great Teacher and it is HIS Gospel that is the foundation of the Republic for the United States of America.

We have set today aside as the National Day of Prayer.  Today we Your People come to You in humble prayer asking for forgiveness for our nation's sins.  We as a people, Your People, proclaim to You that we are turning back to You.

We are turning away from wickedness and turning back to righteousness.  Today we lift up President Trump and his team as they work diligently to end the wickedness in our country and turn this nation back to you.  We pray he will stand in the gap for Your Holy purpose.  We pray for him, his administration, all members of Congress and the judicial branch as well as all those in our federal government.  

America turns back is not just words, it is our purpose.  And the Republic, Your Republic will continue to build upon the work President Trump is doing right now.  So we lift him and all in government who want to see our Republic restored and good government returned to America.

O'Lord You divinely founded this country.  O'Lord You were there when our nation was an infant, born in a day with our Declaration of Independence.  But our dependence on You and You alone, was declared before that.  Our Independence was declared from 'man's earthly kingdoms' but a covenant was created with You.  Which we have violated and must restore.

O'Lord we pray for America.  We pray You will intervene on our behalf.  That You would create a path forward for us to establish this nation in righteousness.  Not because we deserve it because we don’t.  But for Your Great Name’s sake.  

Revive our Republic for Your Glory, O’Lord.  

Revive us O’Lord so that the whole world will know that in America our God is God.  The God of all.  

Our Hope is in You Lord.  So we lift up our hopes to you in prayer, in the name of Your precious Son our Lord, Jesus.  In His name, we pray.  Amen.

As a God-fearing American it is your right, your obligation, YOU DUTY, to stand up for the Republic.  For our Constitutional Republic was derived and founded upon God’s Law in the Holy Bible.  Our Founding Fathers, like James Madison, George Washington and many others understood that.  They depended on it.  T
