What I would do right after dental school
Many might wonder why not start a practice immediately? Most new graduates, myself included, are just barely not dangerous. You need to get your reps in to feel clinically competent. Focus on working in a busy practice, possibly not in your dream location, to gain varied experience and mentorship. Consider internships like a GPR or AGD for additional training. Hone your skills, learn to diagnose and treatment plan, and save money. This way, when you start your practice, you're well-prepared for success.
