Colleen Constant and Isaiah Ruffin
Isaiah, an East Coaster, and Colleen, a Midwesterner, first crossed paths in Colorado, bonding over their shared love for beer and pizza—a connection that sparked the creation of Project Pizza. After relocating to Seattle last year, they began exploring Roman-style pizza for their future brick-and-mortar location. And now, here we are! Pizza By Ruffin is proudly Black-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, and, of course, chef-owned. Our pizza breaks away from tradition, inviting you to step outside your comfort zone and savor bold, exciting flavors deeply influenced by the Black diaspora.
