Healing Generational Patterns: Family Constellations and Resonant Language with Katherine Revoir
In this enlightening conversation, Sara and guest Katherine Revoir explore the profound impact of family systems on our lives and emotional well-being. Katherine, who has dedicated over five decades to helping people “make their brains a happy place to live,” shares how family constellation work uncovers unseen patterns and unwritten rules that shape our behavior, choices, and relationships. Together, they examine the neuroscience of emotions, the role of epigenetics, and the power of resonance in fostering connection and healing. From the eight core emotional circuits to the invisible contracts we create for belonging, this episode is a deep dive into the ways we can transform generational patterns as part of our legacy and reclaim our full emotional expression. Tune in to learn how understanding your family system can unlock greater emotional health, more choice, and collective healing.
About Katherine:
Katherine Revoir founded Center for Richer Living in 2007 as a teaching community. She is a neuroscience educator, published author, family constellations facilitator, artist, and ordained minister.
As a relational neuroscience counselor for leaders, Katherine combines practices of epigenetics, constellation work, and resonant language. This integrative approach helps people heal their brains by becoming less reactive to the stress and emotional pain that hijacks well–being.
This work has remodeled Katherine’s life, and she is delighted to help others shift from being self-critical to making their brains a happy place to live. She knows this process works because it continues to work for her.
