I am a healer, been one all my life. Owner of Om Shanti Healing ( OSH) since 2008 where I help heal others by way of massage therapy ,chronic pain relief, energy healing, spiritual life coaching and more. I am also a public a speaker and author. This podcast is for those that need healing too.

Heather is an expert in her field of being a Birth Doula. Her journey through her own pain and childhood led her into doing this work to empower other women. Her journey of resilience, and overcoming the darkness is a powerful inspiring journey to self love. Her story is truly heartfelt and motivating.
Self love is the key to growth, becoming more heart centered and having the birth process be of gentle love, calm and ease.
