Psalm 9:13–20 teaches us to cry out to God for mercy, rejoice in His salvation, and rest in His perfect justice. God sees the affliction of His people, remembers the needy, and rules over every nation. While human power is temporary, the Lord reigns forever, making Him the sure hope of all who trust in Him.
