Psalm 10:1–11 contrasts the apparent success of the wicked with the sovereign rule of God. David honestly expresses the struggle of seeing evil prosper while affirming that the Lord remains fully aware and in control. The wicked live as though God neither sees nor judges, but Scripture assures us that God's justice is certain and His providence governs all things. Believers are called to trust Him even when His purposes are not immediately visible.
