Psalm 17:8–15 reminds us that while the wicked seek satisfaction in the temporary treasures of this world, God's people find their refuge and greatest joy in Him. David cries out for God's protection from his enemies, entrusts justice to the Lord, and ends with the confident hope of beholding God's face. As believers in Christ, our deepest satisfaction is found not in earthly success but in the promise of seeing and delighting in Him forever.
