In Psalm 18:16–19, David reflects on the Lord's personal care and gracious deliverance. Though overwhelmed by powerful enemies and facing great distress, God reached down to rescue him, became his support, and brought him into a place of safety because He delighted in him. This episode reminds us that the God who rules over all creation also cares deeply for His people. Through Jesus Christ, God has rescued us from our greatest enemies—sin, death, and Satan—and continues to sustain us by His grace. Whatever trial you face today, you can rest in the faithful love and steadfast care of your Savior.
