One-Day Wellness Conference Covering Mind, Body, Faith and Money

Your health doesn’t live in a silo, and neither do your problems. When stress is high, budgets are tight, and your mind is racing, “just work out more” turns into advice that doesn’t stick. I’m Greg Jones, and I’m joined by returning guest Tia Marsh from Faithfully Fit for a grounded conversation about what holistic wellness actually looks like when you’re juggling real life in Oklahoma City.
Tia shares how Faithfully Fit grew from protein snacks and licensed food manufacturing into faith and fitness coaching that cares about more than reps and macros. We talk about the moments where mental strain and spiritual fatigue show up in the body, and why she believes your inner life affects your training, your food choices, and your day-to-day stability. Then we dig into the heart behind Health360, her upcoming wellness conference built to cover physical, mental, spiritual, and financial health in one place.
We get specific about what to expect: a choose-your-own schedule of sessions, vendors offering hands-on support and screenings, lunch included, and onsite childcare so parents can actually focus. And yes, we talk about nap pods, a quiet, private option for real rest during the day. Health360 happens June 20 at Church of the Servant from 8:00 to 4:30, and tickets are $15, making it one of the most accessible wellness events in OKC.
If you’ve been running on empty, consider this your nudge to take one day for yourself, then come back stronger for everyone who depends on you. Subscribe for more conversations with business owners building better lives, share this with someone who needs a reset, and leave a review to help more people find the show.

Meet Tia Marsh Again
SPEAKER_02Well, good afternoon, good afternoon. My special guest is Tia Marsh with uh Faithfully Fit. Good afternoon, how you doing?
SPEAKER_01I am good. How are you?
SPEAKER_02Well, I just want to say it's a pleasure to have you back on Three Keys for your journey. You know, I'd like to share with our listening audience, you were one of the first people that I actually had on the podcast over a year ago.
SPEAKER_01It was a year.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. That's crazy. We met in the library, um, and you were able to share such great wisdom and nuggets um about your business. But I I always, as I bring guests on, like them to have an opportunity just to kind of reintroduce yourself. Tell us about Faithfully Fit and kind of your journey of how your business got started.
Faithfully Fit And Whole-Person Coaching
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So I well, Faithfully Fit, um, we do protein snacks. Um, so I am a licensed food manufacturer. Um, and then I actually got my license, like it's been two years, I think now, after finishing the OMFA. So that's been great. Um, and then we also now I offer faith and fitness coaching. So I do strength and conditioning coaching, but I also care more than just about your physical. So like I have clients who are going through some things and I've prayed over the phone, like talking to one of them over the phone, and like we're just praying because she's telling me about like a cousin that's in the hospital dying and like her dad with cancer and things like that. And I'm like, let's like, let's just take a minute, let's pray and like just reset. So, like, that's important to me because like as a whole, like you're not just you're physical, like your inside and out matters to me. Like, if you're coming to the gym and you're in a fog, I'm just like, something's off. And I feel that, like, and it's gonna affect our workout, it's gonna affect your day, it's gonna affect your eating, it's gonna affect everything. So let's sort it out. So uh that's why I call myself a faith and fitness coach as well.
Powerlifting Path And Family Joy
SPEAKER_02Well, now you didn't share with the listening audience, but you're also a weightlifter too, right?
SPEAKER_01I am a power lifter.
SPEAKER_02And and you and you've competed.
SPEAKER_01I have. I have.
SPEAKER_02Wow, tell us about that journey.
SPEAKER_01Um, we actually were working out at Gold Gym and Moore, me and my husband, that's where we used to go. And there was a guy there, his name's Marco, and he saw my husband lifting, and he was like, Hey man, you're strong, and like you're a smaller dude, but you're strong. So he invited him to the team to go lift, and like they wanted to see him lift because I guess he'd been telling them about him. And so Troy goes, he starts telling them about me. He's like, Yeah, like my wife's strong too. And so he made me go to a practice, and they were like, Yeah, you gotta be on the team. So we kind of got recruited, but yeah, we've been competing since maybe 2017, 2018-ish.
SPEAKER_02Wow, I think that's I think that's incredible. And then you guys had a wonderful, wonderful son.
SPEAKER_01Yes, three-year-old. Three years, three years old. Yes, he is a riot. Wow.
SPEAKER_02I can't wait to have him on the show as well.
SPEAKER_01Oh, he would love that. I hope you have five hours.
SPEAKER_02Okay, because we can go.
SPEAKER_01He can talk.
SPEAKER_02He can go.
SPEAKER_01He will talk about every toy in the house, every place we've been, every thunder game. He would talk about everything. So be ready.
SPEAKER_02Well, thank you for um taking some
Why Health360 Had To Happen
SPEAKER_02time out today. I know you have a wonderful event that's coming up called Health360. And, you know, I really want to take some time to really focus on uh your event that's coming up here in just a few weeks. Um tell us about Health 360 and and what inspired you to create it. And um, and then we'll kind of get into some nuts and bolts of that. But really just give us some foundational information about why you created Health 360.
SPEAKER_01Um, so being fully transparent, I am not an event planner, nor did I ever want to be. Um, but God had other plans. Like so two years ago, he put it on my heart to do this event. And I literally talked to um Brandy. Um, she does like events and things like that, mainly weddings. Um, but I talked to her and was like, hey, what are your thoughts on this? Like, would you want to help me plan it? Like, I'm thinking about like actually seeing this through. And then I just kind of left it there. Like, we talked for probably like two hours about it, planning it, trying to figure out a name. And I'm just like, okay, like it sounds cool, but I don't I don't really know that that's like something I can do, like something I can pull off. Like who's gonna show up? Who I I don't have that many friends, like all the things that the enemy was just like throwing at me. So I literally let that go for like a year, and then like middle of last summer, God put it back on my heart and was like, this is still on your agenda. Like, you still gotta get this done. And I'm like, like, how me? Like, how? Why? So I'm just I I sat with it for maybe a month or two before I actually said, Okay, like I'll I'll obey and I'm just gonna trust that you'll figure this out because I don't know what I'm doing. And it's literally been a learning curve the whole, the whole way. Every single thing that I'm doing, I'm just like, I've never had to do this. And there's people that are showing me so much grace and like trust. Like, I was able to get sponsors back in October. Like, most people wanna don't really want to give you that money that soon in advance, first of all. But like they said yes, and I'm like, that's trust. Like you trust me, why?
SPEAKER_02Like, and that goes to probably um, you know, be honest with you, Tia, that goes to just who you are, right? And what you have done, how you've proven yourself, have shown yourself to try to be responsible for what you've been given. Um, so that doesn't surprise, that doesn't surprise, you know, me at all. Well, well, how did you come up with the name?
The 360 View Of Wellness
SPEAKER_01Well, um, the concept is to cover all aspects of health, so physical, mental, spiritual, and financial. And so it's your the 360 view of your health, like the whole picture, not just a segment of it. And most people, when they think of health, they only think of physical anyway. So we're covering all of it. So the 360 just captures the circle.
SPEAKER_02Now, why is it important to you to really focus on the whole picture? Or I guess the term out there is holistic wellness. What what why was that important to you for this conference?
SPEAKER_01Um Mainly because people, like I said earlier, people when they think of their health, they don't think that their financial situation necessarily affects the other parts of their life. Even though, like, obviously you can't get a trainer if you don't have the money to pay for that trainer, or like you can't get the membership if you don't have the money to pay for that membership. Like, but actually digging into the roots of your financial health isn't something that people are like, oh, well, maybe let me figure this part out so that I can figure out how to make this part work. They're just like, I'll figure something else out for my physical. That's the only thing that matters for my health. But your financial matters, your mental matters, like how you're approaching things mentally, how you're thinking about it, how you're carrying out life, like that contributes to it as well. And then your mental, physical, spiritual as well. So, like, I know everybody is not faith-based, but like that's a big part, like as a Christian, that's a big part of like my overall well-being. Like, if I'm not rooted in faith, if I'm not taking care of my temple, if I'm not praying and staying connected with God, which helps with the mental part. Like, if none of that's right, it's not everything's not gonna lay out how it should.
SPEAKER_02So it sounds like you're kind of shaping and forming parts and pieces of what the conference is gonna have included. Tell us about that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
Custom Sessions Child Care Nap Pods
SPEAKER_01So, like I said, it covers mental, spiritual, physical, and financial. Um everybody is able to make their own schedule. So you choose what you need the most in life right now. So um you actually registered and like you got to choose your own schedules or your own sessions, like what you want to see the most. And like you're not sitting in sessions that aren't really gonna be beneficial for you at the moment. Um, and then everybody gets lunch included with their tickets. Tickets are only $15. And then um we have child care because like I know a lot of times I want to go somewhere and I'm like, okay, well, what am I gonna do with my three-year-old? Who's gonna watch him? Where's dad gonna be? So I don't want that to be a hindrance for people who need to come take care of themselves. Don't worry about what your kids are doing. They're in the same building as you, they're taken care of by professionals who are background checked and all of that. They're safe. You go be selfish for a day. Like, take care of you so you can come back better taking care of them later. So, and then we'll have a keynote speaker. Um, and then oh, there's gonna be nap pods.
SPEAKER_02So tell me what a nap pod is.
SPEAKER_01I love it. Like, I wish I could take a nap, but I can't. Um, but the nap pods, so it's a private room. There's gonna be seven nap pods available. Everybody'll have a privacy tent. They'll have um, I have scented towels ordered. So if you want to smell some lavender while you're in there relaxing, you can. Um, and then it'll just be very dimly lit, some soft music playing, um, clean mattresses, brand new mattresses, and then I bought peel away sheets. So everybody gets a brand new sheet basically.
SPEAKER_02Come on now. You you you didn't thought about all the details.
SPEAKER_01Hygiene.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_01Pillows, um, earplugs. But yeah, and then there'll be a volunteer in there monitoring the room, like doing the peel aways in between every session and things like that.
SPEAKER_02So Wow. So you've you're you're you're addressing all of these areas um kind of in a in a one-day setting. And I I I would think that the hope of this is that people start to realize, number one, that it was refreshing, it was educational, it was relaxing, um, it was an opportunity, as you use the word, being selfish to really think about yourself.
Who Benefits And How To Join
SPEAKER_02What are some of the things that you hope that attendees walk away with? Like, is there after are after this, is there some next step?
SPEAKER_01So ideally, like it really depends on what you're going through in life right now. So, like, if you're struggling financially and you're living check-to-check, you got like kids' stuff that you're trying to figure out how to manage and how to provide better for them, this is going to give you the tools, resources, and people to connect with to help you get to where you want to be without breaking the bank wisely, like some of our financial advisors, like I've actually like seen them work and we're like setting up budgets, we're paying off debt and like without getting extra loans and like, but also like you have to have a heart to be willing to do the things. So, like, discipline is a fact here. So, hopefully, being in these classes and seeing like where people are and hearing the testimonies and things like that helps people want to have that discipline to get to that place themselves.
SPEAKER_02I think that is, I think that's wonderful. Um, so when you thought about creating this event, um who are some of the people that you ideally, if you if we're thinking about demographics or we're thinking about, like who are the people you think ideally can mostly benefit from this?
SPEAKER_01Um that that's hard for me to answer. Probably like couples, but also single parents, um, especially for like the finance part, like be confident on your own and managing everything without having that second income in the house and taking care of your kids and things like that. Um But we also have like things for the senior community, like getting active in little ways and things you can do at home and different healthcare options and insurance options and things like that. Um, I don't know if I mentioned earlier, we do have vendors as well. So, like a lot of our vendors are very hands-on. They're gonna be doing like demos, screenings, assessments, like there will be like blood tests and things happening. Um, I have somebody coming to check like vitals and do screenings for different health things going on with you. Um, we have um chiropractors that are gonna be like doing many adjustments so you learn what's going on with your back and like your nervous system, like your spine connects to more than you would think and affects so many things. Like, you could have one, one uh I can't think of the term right now, but one of the pieces in your spine can be off of alignment and it affects your gut health, and you wouldn't even think about that. But like these are things you're gonna learn in like one of the sessions.
SPEAKER_02So wow, I think this is uh great. Uh you mentioned that. I mean, my wife just had a knee replacement, and we're learning through the physical therapy process what you just talked about, how the body uh may be suffering in one way, and other parts of the body have to overcompensate. And what happens is you are wearing out other parts of your body and parts of those those systems, and uh how that it just affects you overall, and and trying to to make sure that you understand that. So I'm a person sitting out there like, yeah, I think this is something kind of interesting to me. Um, but I'm not sure. When is the event?
SPEAKER_01So it's June 20th. Um, it'll be at Church of the Servant from 8 to 4:30. Uh when you come in, there will be like snacks and breakfast around water. Ozarka's sponsoring it, and they're providing all the water for the day. Um and then lunch is provided, and then we'll have snacks throughout the rest of the day to grab in between your sessions and stuff too.
SPEAKER_02Um I think that's great. And uh and and and again, as you're as someone's you know, uh listening to this podcast and they're like, okay, I got the date, I know where it's gonna be at. Um but I'm sitting here and I'm still just not sure. Speak to that person from your heart as to why you think this is something that um is for the community and for that person.
SPEAKER_01There's not too many places that you're gonna be able to go to one spot and access resources and like dental care, like or financial info, or all the things in under one roof. And a lot of people don't want to like go to the doctors or go to the dentist or find time to do these little things. This is one day that you literally just have to carve out this one day to cover all of it, like in one place and then follow up with them afterwards. You may or may not have to set up an appointment, but like that's between you and them. But at least you have access to them this one day to talk to them, ask the questions, like get the information, enjoy the free services. Like outside of here, you'd have to pay for half of the things you're getting in this event. So, I mean, and $15, like lunch alone costs $15.
SPEAKER_02I'm just like I'm blown away by that. I'm like, I don't know that you charge enough, but uh, but you're making it very affordable. Yeah. And the goal of it is that people will want to come. And I can already tell by your lineup that um your goal is that people get way more than what they spend for the event. So um I'll I'll ask this a few times, but like somebody's like, okay, I'm gonna go register. How do they do that?
SPEAKER_01So you can either go to my Instagram page, the link is in my bio. Um, you can go straight to Eventbrite, the website, and search Hell360. Um, you shouldn't have to narrow it down to Oklahoma City, but you can, it'll probably help. Um, but yeah, those are the easiest two ways. And then if you see any of the posts that I've been posting either on my personal page or my social media, some of them have the link in it. So you can click that as well.
SPEAKER_02And give me the socials.
SPEAKER_01So Faithfully Fit OK C for Instagram and Facebook.
SPEAKER_02Um, fantastic.
SPEAKER_01And then there is a form that needs filled out. So like after you register, there's a it's a very short form, like a couple questions, but it lets me know what sessions that like you want to be in so that it's the most beneficial for you. So that has to be filled out, otherwise you're gonna be put in a session that's available instead of what's personalized to you.
SPEAKER_02I love that. Yeah. And and then what I what I also love is as Tia mentioned, I was one of the first people to register. I was pretty excited about doing that. And um, as she said, I was impressed by the forum because it did ask some specific questions. And uh, would you rather do this or would you rather do that? Or this is more important to you, or that more important to you. And I got a chance to choose. And so to even think about having a curated experience uh to me is uh also pretty phenomenal as well. And I think that um uh for the value of what you're providing, it's very, very affordable. And so I'm encouraging those of you that are listening, and we'll post it. So if you're listening to this podcast, you'll see it, um, all of her social links and all that kind of stuff. But if you're listening right now, like I just want to I want to Google it right now. Boom. Go out to Faithfully Fed OKC, check it her out on Facebook, Instagram, um, and uh go ahead and get yourself registered. A couple more questions that I wanted to ask you. Okay. Um so somebody is out there thinking, well, what is your long-term vision? Like, are you just gonna do this one time? Do you feel like there's a follow-up to this? Have you even thought past the event at all?
SPEAKER_01I have. Um, I actually get like really nervous thinking about it. Um, but long term, um ideally, it's a one year one time a year thing. Um, my husband was like, you could take this to different cities. Like, I think this is really good. This is gonna be big. You could take this to Atlanta and sell out, you could take this here. I'm like, that's so much. Like, I don't know. Like, this alone is giving me so much anxiety. Like, I have like 30 new gray hairs since I've started planning this event. Um, but yes, once a year at least. So, and that'll be here.
SPEAKER_02And I appreciate I appreciate your obedience. Number one, you said, you know, this is something that it's kind of like an assignment, yeah, and God's put it on your heart, and you're being obedient to the assignment. Um, and it's interesting to think about what it could become. Um, but you're also focused on executing what's right here in front of us. So again, Oklahoma City, surrounding areas, um, you know, it'd be kind of cool to have people drive in from Tulsa, or maybe somebody from Dallas is listening to the podcast and like, hey, I want to come over for that. And you're welcome to come. I think it'd be a fun for field day for you, educational. And again, it's a family-friendly event. Why was that important to you to make it family friendly?
SPEAKER_01Um I I don't know. Like, I don't like isolating people too much. Um, so yeah, we parents don't always want to be like with their kids, especially if you're like trying to actually pay attention to something or enjoy an event. Um so having them there but separate is I think like the best way to do it, where you're not having to find a babysitter, you're not having to leave them with Nana or whoever. Just bring them. They're gonna be learning stuff. We have a nutrition person coming to do a session with them and teach them different things about nutrition on a child level. Um, so that'll be cool. But yeah, I just don't like to isolate people. Um, there's something for everybody, no matter which aspect you're talking about.
SPEAKER_02Well, I want to speak directly as well. You know, I get a chance, kind of in my one of my roles as a small business advisor, I get the chance to really talk to a lot of small business owners on a daily basis. And so if you're out there listening to this podcast and you're like, that's me, Greg. I'm that's me. And I talk to so many people that um uh they're they're I want to say that that I don't I wanted to say they're on their wits end, but they're not really on the wits end, but they're just struggling. Um and it's hard. And I'm trying to balance my family and I'm trying to keep my business afloat, and I'm the HR person, and I'm the attorney, and I'm the tax advisor, and I'm the this and I'm the that. Like it is hard work. I want to say to you, this is a conference for you. This is an opportunity for you to carve out some time to go and be served in a different way. And it's hard. I love what you said about being selfish. It's hard to do that because everything falls on that business owner. But this is an opportunity for you to come and be served and tended to. Um and if you're like many, and I've been there occasionally where the my cup is empty. Yeah, this is an opportunity for that cup to be refilled in a very, very refreshing way. And so again, I just want to encourage you to think about opportunities, take some time out for yourself, come out on this Saturday and make sure that you register. Uh, let's fill it up. I mean, what's your what is your have you thought about capacity? What's your capacity?
SPEAKER_01It is capped at 300. 300.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so we've got lots of room um left for us to meet that goal. And so if you're out there and you're like, I want to do something, or I know someone, um, even if you know somebody that thinks that that this one might be good, you can sponsor them. $15. Sponsor them to come and have an opportunity. If you're a church group, if you're a pastor, if you're an organizational leader, you're thinking about your staff or your team, this would be a wonderful opportunity for you to be able to do that. Um, support them in a in a very different way. And I'm sure you'd be wide open to all of those ideas as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely. And we actually would be willing to offer group rates too. So if you have a group of 10 or more coming, just let me know. Shoot me an email before you register and we'll make it work.
SPEAKER_02Wow. Okay. Tia, what is there any final message that you want to leave with our listening audience? Um, again, for someone that may be considering attending or sponsoring someone.
SPEAKER_01Just take care of yourself for once. Like so many of us are taking care of other people and putting everybody else first and putting our our own health and things on the back burner and things are declining and we're just ignoring it. Like, take care of yourself for once. Put yourself first and just take it all in. It's one day just for you, and then you can get back to normal living and hopefully improved living post-event. But be selfish.
SPEAKER_02That's well, I love it. And again, Tia, thank you for coming on the show. I I hope uh that if you are one that is out there thinking about attending event health 360, it is coming up. And uh we look forward to seeing I look forward to seeing you there. Matter of fact, you show up, make sure that you look for me and Tia and say hello so that we can uh wrap our arms around you as we are going to have a great time thinking about ourselves, taking care of ourselves, learning from some great experts. And I can't wait to take a nap. Wow. Join us next time on uh Three Keys for Your Journey. I'm your host, Greg Jones.
SPEAKER_00Thanks for joining Three Keys for Your Journey. Tune in next time for another episode.
