My takeaway from this episode was control. I call myself a recovering control freak. It's a daily struggle. I am glad the Lord revealed my issues so I can be aware and learn to surrender control to Him daily. Thank you for your honesty. I completely relate to that. No joke, I am a control freak as well. I would like to say I'm recovering, but I know I still have a lot of work to go through in order to be that close to recovery. But anyways, I'm so glad that the episode with Brittany was able to encourage you and reveal that to you, that you have this issue and you need to work on it. I will be praying that you get the clarity and have the determination needed to surrender that control to God daily, because when we can surrender control of situations, especially difficult ones, I feel like we do a lot better in life, knowing that our Heavenly Father is more than capable of taking care of what we can't.
