Lately I have been focused on being in my feminine energy because um what does that mean? What that means well for me what that means is Yeah, that that's for you. For me, what that means is that um I want to be in my feminine energy because I feel like I have been in my masculine energy because I'm the the the head of my household. You know, my dad has never been around to take care of my mom. So I've had to put myself through college to be an engineer, um, you know, and you know, make a living so I can take care of my mom and myself, you know.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_00So I have been in my masculine energy for a very long time because I have always had to provide for myself and help my mom. So I listen to Kaliucci's. I love Kaliucis. I love Karo G. Um, and usually, usually, you know, I jump from album to album, but I like I'm the type of person that I can listen to like one whole album or two, or maybe like like right now I'm listening to all of Kaliuchi's music because I just discovered her music. So her music is very I love it because she's very feminine, and that's what I'm trying to tap into.
SPEAKER_04That's so awesome. So you know, yeah, it helps you get get on that. Exactly, exactly. Do you have a favorite song? Or a few? Oh, I don't want to put the pressure to just one. Give me a couple. I saw her live, I saw Tali the Creator, and she she was one of the acts before her. Really cool. She's really awesome. The whole crowd went crazy. I was like smoking and they went crazy, and I was like, what's going on? Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I mean, wow, she just has so many great songs that I can't, I don't have a favorite. Well, I mean, I do have, like, I don't know, it's just you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, sometimes it's just a lot that you don't want to put. That's why I didn't want to put the pressure on, like, oh, this is number one.
SPEAKER_00It's like it's like saying, it's it's like saying uh that you like that you like one race, but all women are beautiful.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's that's called the racism.
SPEAKER_00You're gonna find beautiful women of all kinds everywhere. So you can you only say that you only like one type of woman, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Like what's wrong with you? Yeah, I've never understood the type thing. I've never had a type. I like all kinds of yeah. Um, but I love how you bring that up because all women, and not just men have to appreciate themselves, but women have to appreciate themselves. And I want to ask you about the importance of and the not the importance, but also that power that comes behind women loving themselves and self-love. Because self-care comes from self-love. That's a big part of it. If you don't love yourself, you can't take the time to care for yourself and do things that you need, like you figuring out that I want you want to go into more of your feminine side, it's because you've been doing these masculine things so long in in in your mind. So that's I I want to ask you about that because that's important for women to hear nowadays. Um it's it's feel like it feels like there's an agenda for women to be more manly or something like that, but I don't think that's the case, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on that, and what's the importance of that?
SPEAKER_01So shout out to her for doing what she did for her mother and taking a lot of things.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, facts. Oh my goodness, that's that's very powerful. Thank you. And it's real. It's it's a testament to what women are capable of. Because you could put your mind to do anything in this world, regardless of the stipulations, and you know, it's life isn't about what happens to you, it's about how you go to it. You know, it's 80-20. 20% who you are, what happens to you, 80% how you react to it. Um, but it's important to love yourself throughout the whole process because it's things are gonna happen to you, and the going is gonna get tough sometimes, and we all have our downs, and it's very important for the women on this world to love themselves because um I'm nothing without my mom and my grandma or my baby sister, and it breaks my heart when I see other women out there, uh humans in general, but women even more so, you know, struggling with a lack of appreciation and self-love, and that and and that's a big thing now, but it's a big conversation with the whole thoughts and all this, and everybody's twerking everywhere, and like people have always gone gone out, people have always shaken ass, like that's always been a part of the world now. Now it's just social media, and everybody has a a a m a 4K phone that you can shoot a mo you know a good video on and film everything. But the whole point is love yourself. You can shake your ass and love yourself. That doesn't mean you don't love yourself, like that's that's that's not the case, you know. You can shake your ass and love yourself. Yeah, like people think feel like, oh yeah, just because that person's having a good time and enjoying themselves, they don't love themselves. And sometimes, yeah, sometimes no. Like that's that's a trick, slip slippery slope. I don't care what people think at the end of the day, as long as you love yourself. But I I love to hear a woman's perspective on self-love and what it's what you've learned from that kind of on your experience.
SPEAKER_00Um, I feel like the more you love yourself, the more you let go of what doesn't love you. A lot of people right now are are living in a situation where it the situation can stop right at that moment. The the the the the fuckery, because there's no better word for it, that that is going on in their lives can be stopped if they just give themselves some value. And they when they leave their house, they look the best that they can possibly look.
SPEAKER_04Wow. So do you think uh the way you present yourself and dress yourself is incredibly important?
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes. I think you know everybody should do, you know, some self-care, you know. You know, maybe for guys it's you know taking a really good shower and you know making sure you clean your ears good, you know. Uh I don't know, but you know, I feel like uh and for women maybe it's like uh okay, sorry. I'm like I kind of froze right there. No, you're good.
SPEAKER_04You're talking about so like for for self-love, um, you know, different ways to do it. Like uh I used to do that in school when I was in high school, like I learned that I used to take business classes freshman year, and like they told us, oh yeah, but just for success, like Fridays or Tuesdays or something like that.
SPEAKER_00It's because it's because like when you when you exactly when you you know when a man wakes up in the morning, you know, and he takes a shower and he puts his deodorant on, he's putting his cologne on, he's maybe it's if if it's the guy that has to like do like you know comb his hair, because if not, you know, I don't know, like talking about me, by the way. Or you know, uh a girl, you know, make sure your hair make sure if if you wake up and your hair is a little messed up, you know, you you fix it a little bit, you look your best, you know, because when you look your best, you do your best. And when and when I'm sorry, when you look your best, you feel your best, and when you feel your best, you do better. And it's just self-love doing that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Why'd you say do better and not do your best? It would have musically sounded when you what do you mean? The way you set up the whole phrase, when you look your best, you feel your best. When you feel your best, you do your best.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You said better, and I was like, wait a second. Yeah, do the best.
SPEAKER_00But the truth is It was something that I saw on like a caption, you know.
SPEAKER_04Now we gotta make your own caption and put best at the end. That's the right word.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I don't know if it that's a caption that I invented, but it's something that I I definitely I go by. Like I I sh you live by that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Of course.
SPEAKER_04That's fire.
SPEAKER_00I feel like self-love, another thing specifically for for women, is seeing if if like what they can improve. Oh, okay, like, for example, me, I always try to improve, like, you know, what I'm consuming, what I'm putting in my body. You know, I always try to make sure that the music that I'm listening to is in alignment, you know, with what I want. You know, I can't listen to, you know, I just don't want to like what's something you don't want to listen to.
SPEAKER_04It's okay. It's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_00Like, what's I just don't want to say any people's name and damage their image or do any harm.
SPEAKER_04That's so nice of you. But I as a somebody who makes me with myself, you got as you have to accept that from artists. Like, you gotta you gotta understand. I love off roots. I I don't love off roots. I love fruits, I love vegetables, but I've never liked a mango or a peach. You can give me the rawest mango and peach in the world. Jesus Christ would come down from heaven and be like, yo, this is the one. And be like, it's not, I just, it's not, it's not my bag, baby. Um, but you know, so like any artist that gets, you know, complain how because, you know, that's not what my like I don't like like Tech Nine. I think he has great bars. It's very political.
SPEAKER_00Let's call it, let's just call it ratchet, okay?
SPEAKER_04Ratchet. Ratchet, yeah.
SPEAKER_00You know, I feel like, you know, um women, you know, the other day I saw this girl, she was I was driving around like Okee Okeechobee, like the airport, and I saw that it was raining, and this girl was barefoot pregnant with a white t-shirt, a big white t-shirt. Una lanky that walking down the street so pretty, and I was just like, what the hell is going on here? Yeah, so I was like, how does that happen? You know? Bad decisions.
SPEAKER_04But anyways, today's your day. And I did want to ask, because it's your podcast. Technically my podcast, but your episode of my podcast. So it's your podcast too. We were just talking about self-love and we kind of went off track. Let's see here, what great oh, I don't even have to look at the questions. What's the importance of having furry friends? Or not furry, because some people have animals that have no hair. Of having pets and pet in your life. What's the importance of that?
SPEAKER_03What has that done for you?
SPEAKER_00Um, I feel like uh spending time with furry friends uh is it regulates our emotions. And I feel like it helps us release stress.
SPEAKER_04Your eyes popped when you said that at the beginning.
SPEAKER_00Yes, because you experience oxytocin when you look at your your your dog in the eye and you're just looking at him and you're just like, oh my god, you're so cute. I love you so much. And he knows you're looking at him like that because he looks at you like that too. They just be staring at us because they love us so much.
SPEAKER_04My little dogs, you know, love them.
SPEAKER_00So um that's why, that's why I think it's important, you know. But also, it's just like I love, I love like, you know, how different different dogs have like different personalities, you know, like you know, it's it's funny because also dogs, you know, they um you see them, they make mistakes and then they catch themselves, and then you know, like, you know, they're they're it's like having a little kid. Yeah, it's like yeah, it's like having a little kid, and you're like, oh don't worry. Like, yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_04Like that's cool, it's an evolutional process, and uh, of course, having a kid's much more difficult I could imagine, but it's definitely beautiful. I've I just gotta I've been lucky to have a puppy for the first time in my life since as an adult. I had like one dog earlier, Kilo, and all my parents were together, but so young. Now I have both and we have them from a baby and we're seeing them grow, and it's it's amazing. Do you have any dogs?
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Can you can we talk about them? Put pictures of them right here and their names.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Uh, I have Mocha. She was a dog that I I I adopted.
SPEAKER_04Uh from like an adoption center, like a person, a family?
SPEAKER_00A person, like uh um, I used to work at this place and I knew some girl, and I told her, Oh my god, I wish I could get a dog that like was sweet because I do have a dog, but her name is Penny, and she's evil. She's a chihuahua.
SPEAKER_04I don't know. You just said she's evil.
SPEAKER_00I mean, okay. I don't think that I don't I don't think that chihuahuas are evil because I've seen a lot of beautiful, sweet Chihuahuas. Taco Bulldog. And mine mine is too. My Chihuahua is cute and sweet and gentle. Penny, but she can also be a little devil.
SPEAKER_04It's like Bella, my girl. My English bulldog's just like that. But she's traumatized. I adopted her too. P T S D.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_04Same thing happened to Penny.
SPEAKER_00She has a bipolar disorder, huh? Yeah, Penny.
SPEAKER_04So you think she had like a bad like live living situation before you? Because that's what I think happened to my girl Bella, and I think she's just she's she.
SPEAKER_00I think I think uh something, something, some some bad. I don't know. I don't know what happened to her because it was from one moment to another and she never turned back.
SPEAKER_04While she was with you?
SPEAKER_00It was like around the time when like I've I came back home because of the pandemic.
SPEAKER_04Oh, so you left her for a little bit and then you came back and she was a little bit different? Yeah. Oh that might be what it was. She pissed off. She's she's upset.
SPEAKER_00I left her in good hands though. I left her in good hands.
SPEAKER_04So about that video you were just talking about angels. We're just gonna cut to that because uh that was really important. And so you just saw a YouTube video. Was it like an AI video? Like what was like the voice? Was it like a voice you hear like like in like other videos?
SPEAKER_00It it is a little bit um AI-ish.
SPEAKER_04A person put it together though, just you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, it's it's basically uh what I from what I understand, it's it's basically like um a messenger that is receiving these messages from the angels, and you know, they translate it into a video. And and it's so cute because it's like you know, they ask for little donations, and for some reason, like their videos don't have ads on it. Apparently they're banned for some reason, which makes me even more interested, intrigued, interested in it because it's like why is YouTube preventing them from being able to have ads on their videos to promote the video itself? What was what what is it? What is it about it? Huh?
SPEAKER_04Right, and you want to figure it out for yourself.
SPEAKER_00There's so much dusty stuff on the internet, but that that is uh that is uh that is not allowed to watch. That they can't even get uh what is it called? Uh what is it called? Word of God the algorithm they can't even be given an opportunity to be put in the algorithm to get their video out because what's so bad about it, and it's really just it's really stuff that people have never even heard before, that people have never even been spoken to softly like that before.
SPEAKER_04Why restrict that from people? Why keep that from people?
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy. That's actually a really isn't that mind-blowing?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, or is it just me?
SPEAKER_04No, that's how we start here with the mind-blowing stuff. No, it's definitely not just you. Um, yeah, and but like you it's important because the thing you have to start your day with energy. How you start your day is gonna determine how your day goes big time.
SPEAKER_00Right, right.
SPEAKER_04Um, and at least that's a big determining factor. It doesn't necessarily always stand true. And actually, contrary to that belief, I I actually said this today, like, um, because I was having a tough morning. Car trouble, all kinds of life trouble, all kinds of things, guests cancelled, all kinds of things. Um, and it just reminds me when I was younger. I'd have younger mornings where wouldn't wake up in time for school, parents, hey, what's wrong with you? Get Jesus Christ, the world's going crazy at school, get late to school, get in trouble in school, and then those days ended up being the best days of my life. I ended up doing good on a test, ended up meeting a girl I liked, all kinds of crazy good things would happen. Ended up doing good at practice, making a good song, all kinds of great things would happen. And so when I was younger, I kind of put that in my mind like my best days start bad sometimes. So don't let the beginning of a day determine how your whole day's gonna go. But it's important how you just brought that angel video up because that angel video has a important message because you can't control car trouble, you can't control life, you can't control things happening sometimes. Come in the waking up late, but you can control what you do when you wake up. You could control waking up and going on the algorithm and watching the news and all this political garbage, watching people beef. You could wake up, give thanks to the Lord. You can wake up, be grateful, just the fact that you woke up. That's so important, and that alone I think is a huge tool for starting your day and also listening to this podcast. So definitely start your day, walk outside, be thankful to God, and then open up wherever you listen to podcasts and start the podcast and listen to us. And today on the podcast, welcome back on air with air. We have a very special guest, my friend Esmeralda, out here, giving great knowledge, mind-blowing facts right off the rift before we can do an introduction, which I love. I don't even like introductions to be honest. I kind of just like starting. I think it's the whole introduction thing, is it's weird, you know, it's just not like for this to be a vibe. Um, but here on the aircraft, we do start with the important questions. And I we already started with some important questions and facts already. But I want to know what the importance is of being disciplined to you in life. Um, in all facts. For example, right now, being disciplined to not put yourself digesting bad stuff. Like a lot of people wake up first thing in the morning, they turn on the news, and they get ready for work. It's terrible. You're seeing all the news, you're seeing all the controversial stories, you're seeing all the beef, you're seeing all the politicians, you're seeing all the things that make you feel some type of way, or make other people feel some type of way, and that's how you're gonna start your day. There's so many better things you could be doing to start your day, and that's just part of being disciplined. So I want to ask what's important to you about being disciplined and all the different ways that affects your life.
SPEAKER_00Well, what I like about discipline is that it allows you to get somewhere definitely by definiteness of purpose. If you do something every day, you that seed is gonna grow. Right? So, um one thing about discipline that I like is that you know, like let's say, for example, you you want to work out every day because you want to make sure you have a fit body. You know, you you can do something every day, but it doesn't have to be a two, three hour workout. Maybe one day it's just a stretch. Maybe just one day is just you having a really long walk with your dog. You know, maybe one day it's just you, you know, uh sitting under the, you know, I don't know, sitting under the red light therapy lamp.
SPEAKER_04Resting. Resting is also a big part of of exercise and gains and fitness. People don't think it's just going hard every day. You get gotta give your body time to rest for the muscles to grow. That's great.
SPEAKER_00Right. And because like what I was talking about earlier is that uh the free radicals, remember? Uh those free radicals, we we cause damage to our body uh via exposure to our environment. You know, the air that we're breathing, the water we're drinking, everything.
SPEAKER_04So um Esmeralda's what did you find? Go ahead.
SPEAKER_00So basically, it was because okay, I saw some girl on some really pretty, like Indian girl. She's looking, she looks like she's Indian, but I I can't recall her Instagram, but she was she put um a video that if you eat like garlic and you you chop it up um into little pieces and then you add some honey on a teaspoon and you eat it like that, and like so you won't have to chew it, you know. You swallow that, and that's basically like good for you not to get acne. Because I was looking for a way not to get any pimples on my face.
SPEAKER_04Because you know you don't have yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I you know, just trying to eat my health care uh as so to speak.
SPEAKER_04Eat your health care. Wow, healthcare is not just doctors.
SPEAKER_00I mean, sorry, not healthcare. Well I mean, yeah, healthcare is a good way to put it though, yeah. Eating my skincare.
SPEAKER_04Skin care that was skin care.
SPEAKER_00That was the idea that I was, that was the concept of what I was thinking about. Because I want genius. Right?
SPEAKER_01Was that a vegan? Because you're vegan, you didn't wanted to do that too?
SPEAKER_00Um, you know, I I really it wasn't something that I wanted to do. It's something I I stumbled across on Instagram. Uh, you know, I I I know that Instagram um recommends things to me because it hears me talking. It has connected to my microphone. You know, when we when we speak, when we speak literally, you know, Siri's listening, Alexa's listening, maybe your TV's even listening to you, maybe even your maybe even your alarm clock on your nightstand, you know. And then you'll be you'll be talking about I walk out there seeds, and then next thing you'll know, at seven o'clock in the morning, you get an ad for I walk out their seeds, you know, you know, you know, you're just like, what from where? Did you take it out of my mind? Sometimes I don't I feel like, did I even say that out loud? Well, or was it just a thought in my head, and I already see an ad for it? Um, I just feel like uh uh because of how the universe works, it recommended me like something that I would be interested in, and also possibly the chance that you know I said something about, you know, I was talking about food and what the benefit oh, I wonder what the benefits of this are and my my you know my my phone heard me, you know. And also I follow a lot of skincare uh Instagram pages and that recommend natural home remedies for women to, you know, do self-care. Right. So it could have also been that.
SPEAKER_04That's good. That's awesome.
SPEAKER_00I I don't I I totally understand that, you know, yeah, Siri, Alexa, everybody could be listening, but I try not to let that idea uh get me in the emotion and frequency of fear.
SPEAKER_04Right. You can't you can't live in fear and think, oh, I can't talk about anything, right? Right. That that's that's why I like to stress that. Listen, they could be and they are, but tanky load the algorithm's worse than them potentially watching you, you know, shake your ass in the room. Like, what what are they gonna watch in the camera? Like, okay, hey, what's up, guys? Like, you know, watch my podcast, we get a better view.
SPEAKER_00So, um, what's it called? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so be disciplined, especially when it comes to you know, algorithm and your diet. Your diet's not just what you consume into your body, it's the stuff you're watching, the things you're paying attention to, the conversations you're having, the people you surround yourself with, the podcasts you listen to. Uh, you definitely gotta feed yourself. And hey, it's fun to you know, watch my comedy sometimes, like Will Farrow, like you like comedy? Like what's up, like you like silly stuff?
SPEAKER_00Um, yeah, yeah. I I'll like watch, you know, some silly stuff, but like that's not usually what like I look ha like look to do. You know what I mean? Like, oh yeah, like I'm gonna do a comedy show. You know, I don't know.
SPEAKER_04Watch people actually do comedy, you mean?
SPEAKER_00I mean I've been to comedy shows but I it's like you know like it's not like something like oh like I I saw a comedy show like and I'm gonna go like it's not like you know like I would only do that if somebody was like hey you wanna come with me like and I'll be like oh okay but it's like I don't feel like I will stumble across a comedy show it's not a you thing so what is a you thing what do you do for fun we know you work out I met you at the gym yeah so one thing that I do for fun is um like I basically I do self-care I do self-care and basically I I beautify my area yes your areas in your space yeah so basically I can clean you know I you know I can listen to music that makes me feel good while I clean my space and I organize and take out old things so new things can come in you know and also something that I do for fun too is I write down my affirmations your aff your affirmations okay yes so so you do that daily yes weekly and how many affirmations what's like uh what's the process when it comes to writing affirmations and how long have you been doing that that's awesome well uh I can't remember how long I've been doing it for but um that's awesome it's been that long you lost track that's great okay so for I can't remember yeah it's been for a while uh and basically I have like one right now because you know that I'm just this is my first time doing it you know some days I don't get to write everything but at least I try to at least say it to myself repeat it to myself and um what's it called and then you know if I get the chance I do the exercise that I learned so basically what it is is that okay it's funny because what I'm about to say I heard somebody else say it on a YouTube thing. That's fine shout them out do you know the other no I I don't know but I do have a video on my phone.
SPEAKER_04Just send it to me after and I'll drop it right there for you. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Um it was basically this guy like this um this is this black guy and he had glasses like the cardier glasses and he was looking fresh and he had a tattoo on his face with Ross he no but he was just like gangster and like like just the way he looked he looked gangster he looked like like you know he just looked like a gangster person to me and then he just started talking and then um he basically said like oh y'all gonna think I'm crazy but um you know the 369 rule so um basically he said that his first affirmation was um money comes to me easily frequently and abundantly and the second one is um I'm the first millionaire in my family not the last yeah the second one I don't write it because I was like okay let me focus on one let me just take it easy I like doing things slow because I heard something else on the internet that said you know the fastest way to get to where you want to go is slowly that's the fastest way every day you put a little drop in a couple drops in that bucket you know what I'm saying so um basically um what he said is like you know you write it three times in the morning in the journal you know you repeat it to yourself you know you just get into the frequency of that affirmation in the afternoon six times you write it down and then at night nine times and it's it's a 369 law you know and it makes sense you know I don't know it just makes sense to me I don't even have to even look up look look up what it means so you know I've been doing it and you're writing this down physically what do you I want to just perfect you have it here you actually have the journal that you physically write it you use a pen to write I use it every day I want to stress that because I type all the time I write music on my phone I write notes for the podcast on my phone my sister my sister got me this journal but thank you Amber shout out Amber I love that that's awesome Ambad Amba oh that's cool I've never heard somebody pronounce Amber like that yeah but when you write something down physically it it it does something for your mind and the way you digest it and memorize it and just the way you feel about it.
SPEAKER_04Right right right even more when you write it three six nine so that's add that up how many times three plus six is nine plus nine plus eighteen times.
SPEAKER_00Yeah you commit anything to memory like that seven money comes to me easily freaking and abundantly thank you God money comes to look looking great practice to work on your penmanship as well have you ever read a book uh called uh think and grow rich yes yes yes okay that's that that's it right there that's the same principle and that's why you told me earlier that it look like a million bucks yes absolutely thank you seem to be a billion for this podcast what's your what's your IG thank you I'm flattered what's your IG the Rio Esmeralda we're gonna drop it right here for everybody no I just wanted to make sure okay I actually don't even have a Instagram this is my first time like being like like this with cameras and like lights you know wow well you were born for it girl let me tell you what a first way to hang out that's kind of crazy because we've seen each other I guess in the gym for like yeah a year maybe maybe more I've been going to that gym for years so I don't know sometimes I lose track of time cool you know and I can't tell like you know I can't tell sometimes like what did I do yesterday like did it just did it was it just the other day that I ate faux or like was it what is a what is never had faux oh my god like shout out my folks but I've never had faux you guys gotta go to this faux restaurant in front of like FAU Miami um they got they had they got the best faux there like that's where I go do you remember the name of it it's called it's like a faux 79 faux 79 that's hilarious it's the best place yeah and they have the vegan one you know and that's what I love about it um and they have the vegetable broth and then I get the I get the the the rice wraps oh my god amazing rice wraps yeah so what's a rice wrap like it's it's like a so it's basically like um you know how when you go to like you usually the Asian restaurants you have like a like a spring roll like an egg roll kind of thing a spring roll oh okay so it's like see through this one exactly this one is rice paper so it's see-through yeah see through and they put like they put um they put like a little slice of tofu and lettuce and stuff who I'm a little cold you're a little cold yeah so if you guys see me like trembling that's my no no no can we uh put the air up or maybe move a fan do something here light a candle let's just do a whole campfire right next to you no I don't want to burn the place up we're gonna put one in the well you're already burning the place up you're so hot I'm kidding I'm not kidding but yeah anyways but let's lower the air for her please yeah so I well um usually my meditations are like whenever I get a chance like maybe it'll be right before I go to sleep or if I get up early enough uh if I get up early enough before work maybe I can you know catch a little 10 minutes meditation you know sometimes it was I do a rotation of like in the morning and the night you know it depends how do you meditate usually it's after work that I meditate how do you technically meditate do you have like a process to it yeah so basically you have to like go somewhere where you're gonna be you know undisturbed for a while and you you can sit down or lay down comfortably and you know just if you if you get chilly you know grab a blanket you know uh if not just lay there um or sit there you know and then you know it's basically when you focus on your you know you fill your lungs up slowly with the adamantin particles of oxygen wow that sounded like something from a comic book it's because like oxygen is life facts the the moment we stop taking a breath that's it we're already starting to die like wow that's why my name's air most especially right so okay you know the very first time that I meditated um I remember I was in like um I was in my apartment and I remember like I forgot something happened I think something happened it made me feel so bad in your life yeah like some guy that I really like dumped me.
SPEAKER_04A heartbreak okay yeah uh that's personal thank you for sharing that so you're going through something that's really affecting your life in a really bad negative unhealthy way and meditation was your answer and your solution yeah that's what inspired you to it like what got your mind to that because that's a huge well that that person had like uh recommended me some some videos one time like he would like listen to that stuff and then I started listening to it to that's the angels the angel messages that oh wow yeah yeah full circle moment yeah that's the full circle moment you know sometimes we don't realize but people come into our lives and they come they come only for a certain amount of time like they come with a purpose and whether or not we feel bad about it we need to know what that purpose is otherwise the whole entire thing happening was for nothing you know people um a lot of people trip out with not being in life forever but you know people in your life for a reason and a season and that's the beauty of it like that's I have so many past friendships you know people that aren't in my life anymore and maybe at a time I I was maybe bitter and upset but now I look at all that and I love them to death even if they even if they if it's beef with them or if they have personal issues with me I love everybody from my past even if if you did me wrong did me dirt broke my heart backstabbed me and it's happened a lot I've been through a lot of things and I love everybody that's done it to me because it's you have learned so many lessons and now I appreciate the real ones in my life I appreciate good relationships I I appreciate good people not just good people to me I appreciate when good people are good people to other people I it's you know life is so short and you know I I holding bitterness and hatred and being upset at somebody for doing something wrong to you that does nothing for anybody it don't I it only hurts yourself. They're not gonna feel bad for you they're not gonna change themselves nothing none of things gonna happen you're just gonna take it's a lesson and we gotta learn what we learn from it.
SPEAKER_00Facts it's all a lesson yeah the way that I deal with it me like if somebody did something bad to me and they like really like stepped on my toes spit on my face like you know really tried me disrespected me like what I just do is in my in my mind I kill them. My mind I just fucking killed you in my brain I manif I I not not manifested but I I I I think about I think about it and I and I go through that emotion and I let you go I release you and my revenge is gonna be getting some fucking money period yeah my dad always says the best thing you could do to a hater is cop a band and leave shoot past him.
SPEAKER_04Yeah and he always does it with a cool face because if you try to actually do it you're gonna go to jail and then you're gonna fuck up your life and then you're gonna be like damn I should've just let it go I should have just got over it it's just like don't you know just get back in alignment with you you know what I mean yeah you gotta learn yourself um what what are some other things you've done recently in your life um and now because I I feel like prime I love when people say oh I'm in my prime I feel like as I get I get older I'm in my new prime I'm in my new prime like yeah maybe physically I was maybe in better shape when I was younger but now mentally I'm at a better place financially I'm in a better place spiritually emotionally you know of so many different ways like and as I keep getting older I'm gonna keep feeling like I'm more in my prime I don't think the terror gonna go away um what are some ways you learn yourself in the last you know as as you're in your I think you're in your prime now but I I just met you so oh what are some ways that I learned myself so I ask myself questions like okay like what could I have done better today like what what what did I do today that you know put me one step closer like you know was I thinking the right thoughts today was I was my emotions feeling the right way today like you know and then like if I do things in and if I do things like why why did I do that and why did I react that way and then I start like replaying the picture of the past and then and then I'm like oh that's that's that's something that I missed.
SPEAKER_00That went over my head oh shit and then because I'm thinking about the past but I'm thinking about it with another consciousness so when I do that I'm like oh I did that because I maybe went in the past maybe that triggered an emotion an experience that felt the same and then okay so now I gotta take this out of here and I gotta clean this up okay now you know yeah that's how I get to know myself.
SPEAKER_04That's far that's very so it's very powerful to be self-aware like that. This girl is deep what's her name Esmeralda streaming right here. Check her out yeah yeah because I feel like if we don't do that we keep on making the same mistakes and we don't become into alignment with our highest self and it that kind of goes in line with what you mentioned earlier with your frequency music and trend things not being in the frequency you want to match exactly what's the importance of that well can you just explain that real real quick don't have to get too deep into frequency but for somebody who's never heard the term because I've never had it broken down to me but I think I have a good idea oh you know it's it's the vibes but it's deeper than that you know like your frequency is is the energy you're putting out into this world I believe what can you put what what do you think that is so you know okay if frequency is as simple as the the the reason why our phones work we dial a number and that number emits a frequency so you it picks up so it picks up a phone call on your phone that only your phone can pick up.
SPEAKER_00Right and frequency works like it works like that. Like you can literally you can uh you can manifest whatever you want if you're in the right frequency.
SPEAKER_04And if you're in the wrong frequency and what frequency is is is a vibration it's just like you know how some people say um they have some example hold on oh my god I'm shivering sorry guys she's still cold what do you do you put it back on is I I'm out for the line your energy you know and your energy never dies it's a vibration right right exactly okay exactly so like you know what I think frequency is is that you know it's just energy you know like that that that plant that you see outside growing that plant is energy that that that plant is alive when it rains and the water that that what that sorry the water that that plant drinks it drinks it it grows from it like everything is that's raw that's good it's vibrating what happened here we're good 45 minutes later and when I think and then when when we when we we when we begin to think about that we're like oh wait hold on what yeah no you definitely gotta start thinking about it and that's the a major step that's why the fact that you just analyze it I I felt like I do that because you know with the being an artist thing I see myself on camera and I'm like damn I should have looked this way I should have done that movement I should have said this that way um but that's it it's really cool that you look at it like yourself that because that way because it's it's part of self-improvement it's part of self-growth yes okay so sorry and only for apologies no because I was having a thought and then um I'll come back to it was with the vibration yeah so we can tune in and out of a vibration uh depending on our thoughts you know like if you don't want to think about something you you need to put your mind on something else consciously if that unconsciously is already like if something you're thinking about you want to get out of your head put your mind focused on something else until you don't have to focus on not focusing focusing on that other thing.
SPEAKER_00You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04Yeah and that's how you shift your thinking more to your favor you know wow that's powerful it's uh because I saw another quote on the internet it was it said you have to believe that you're worthy of what you're trying to manifest wow you have to believe you're worthy of what you're trying to manifest if you don't believe in yourself who else will exactly that's like look at look at look at like Carol G look at look at her story she came from the bottom she talks about it she oh she started singing in schools in churches all around Colombia in a bus yeah now she pulling up with I heard I heard she pulled up the Chile with three planes wait what hold let me see three planes and thirty cars or something like that and I was like wow that's that's amazing and when I see that I guess so happy because you know that being even a possibility for her to be making moves like that that's that gives women like oh I you know I can I can do what I want to do in my life you know motivation exactly and and the proof that it's possible that's awesome that's really cool okay so we've done we do a game every episode called the big three draft where we pick like you know three best things three worst things okay we've s kind of done something similar before where but we we we did it where it was like best like women of all time I think it was I we're gonna put it drop that episode right here but like we were able to pick like Wonder Woman and things like that.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04This one's gonna be like motivational women women that we could all look up to in the world. Um you know for for different purposes whether it's what they've been through whether it's something that's inspired you whether it's their story like you just said about Kaliuchis and what she no Carol G actually is what you said. Carol G and what she's gone through and performing um and now turning up from performing in local shows from the buses to now pulling up to Chile with three you know planes and 30 cars deep it's crazy. Um what are what are what's one woman you can look up to and what we'll name three all the way till we get to three and that that's kind of the game. Okay so wow you could go back and name her if you like as your first pick if you like Carol G that's a good pick.
SPEAKER_00I mean okay so there's more but um is that there's so many to narrow it down to three yeah just three we could change it next time you come for episode two we could just let me see for me okay yeah the three that mean the most to you yeah but one at a time I've been listening I'm gonna I'm gonna give you guys the three women that I've been listening to like give me one at a time.
SPEAKER_04Okay yeah one we're gonna want one that's the game because if I pick one of your three you can't pick that one oh oh because wait I'm gonna pick one and then I'm gonna pick one and then I do the one you're gonna do two and then I do two three and I do three. So if you pick something Oh okay yeah so let's say I'm already thinking of somebody let's say that's the first person you pick I'm stuck I gotta think of a new one you know but if I pick your second person as my first you gotta switch it you know it kind of makes it a little bit more interesting. So what's your first pick?
SPEAKER_00Your first draft pick my first pick is um Kato G.
SPEAKER_04That's awesome. That's cool. Yeah that's really beautiful uh especially after the way you just articulated that story which you just put the pictures up right here for um so a woman I'm gonna say that a lot of people could look look up to and think she's she's been through what I I'm thinking of a woman yeah you're thinking out loud also yeah I'm thinking out loud I I I propose the question out loud again because there's a lot and I'm just kinda trying to think of uh what's one solid one that I think uh it's a powerful story. You know what I'm gonna say this it's kind of a left left field pick but a lot of people give her flack and I hear a lot of people always uh we're we'll bleed this shitting on her um it's you know what Miley Sirish dog because I'm an official heir and it's something to be born into somebody who does something you're passionate about and you love and that stigma there's already a stigma that goes to it and then there's another stigma of being a child star to be a child star and be so big of a huge multi-millionaire and such a popular person at such an early age and to still grow up and have your wild moments but to have have it all together she hasn't been through nothing crazy her music's off the chain she has a personal life that's extremely personal like not a lot of people know about it. Yeah she was twerking you know like full circle moment you know she was twerking when she was having fun at like 18 19 years old or whatever it was but uh Mighty Cyrus is really dope. I think you know Hannah Montana Hannah Montana is my number one pick.
SPEAKER_00Shout out to her yeah yeah you I mean you always are referencing the shaking of the ass so you know in this episode this is this is so it seems like you like that so no I'm just defending it.
SPEAKER_04I don't want nobody to feel bad about it.
SPEAKER_00No but there's nothing wrong with the 19 year old you know shaking ass you know because the eight everybody does that. So 18 and older no no diddy oh my god yeah but it's over now it's done no Michael Jackson or whatever you know there's nothing wrong with dancing yeah exactly or shaking
SPEAKER_04Yeah, exactly. As long as you're 18 and roll. Exactly. Anyway, so funny.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah, should I be walking everywhere dancing too, but I mean, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, maybe for you it'll be shaking ass. Like I'll be like, eh, you know, no, no, shaking ass is shaking ass. That's dancing. Okay.
SPEAKER_04The Carlton is not shaking ass. If you have shakes or you're doing the Carlton, that's a different story, but I mean like twerking as the kids call it. Anyways, okay. Crazy segue. Second motivational woman.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_04People have to look up to.
SPEAKER_00I like Saweetie. Suetie? Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy. Yeah, I like Saweetie. That's dope. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I I have been like, you know, listening to some of her older songs, you know, to get to know her music better. Um, but I like, I like that she, you know, she talks about, you know, how she, you know, used to was in her dorm room and you know, and she was with her roomie, and now she's in the I think she said now she's in the bandly. I'm like, yes, sis. Like, yeah, you know, I just love, you know, that whole like movement, like that women, yeah, they could do it, they could do it too. You know, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, I just love love love the energy. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04So Yeah, she's got she's got wrong.
SPEAKER_00I look up to her. You know, these are women that I look up to.
SPEAKER_04You might be taller than her, she might look up to you like in real life, but I mean, anyways, my second pick also.
SPEAKER_00I mean, shh, I I I s I I look up to her because I see uh, you know, how how much she loves herself by being able to you know make it to her dreams. You know, the emotion she got, you know what I mean? That's her that's her self-love right there. And a lot of a lot of a lot of women might might be intimidated by that, but me, I get inspired by that. I get inspired.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that that's actually a good yeah, reason to select somebody because they inspire you to love yourself. That's actually really cool, that's really powerful. Um, my second pick, I'm gonna say, you know what? I'm gonna go ahead and say Oprah without Oprah, because she's a huge media mogul. I'm not even a huge Oprah fan, but the truth is, you know, you get a show, you get a show. Everybody gets a car, whatever it was she did. She's just been on top of the game my whole entire lifetime. I've been alive almost 30 years now when November comes around. And you know, she's done a lot, and whatever, you know, she's she hasn't had any, you know, crazy beef, she hasn't messed up her life. She's you know, for all according to the media, she's not you know Illuminati or nothing. She's terrible. Oh yeah, we got a bunch of Republicans in the house, but whatever. Open but is bossed up, but she has her own like channel or own magazine, her own anything.
SPEAKER_02So she hates on hip-hop, she's whack.
SPEAKER_04Whatever, but she's she's a boss, it's okay.
SPEAKER_00It's all she hates on everybody in hip-hop, she's terrible.
SPEAKER_04Hey man, at the end of the day, like I said earlier, you could bring me the rawest peach, the rawest mango. It's not for me. Hip hop, I grew up with it. I love hip-hop. It's not for everybody. I'm growing up and mature enough to admit that and acknowledge that. And you know, it breaks my heart. I wish it was for everybody, but it's not. I'd be in denial if I thought it was. But you know, she's a boss, and hey man, it's it's a controversial pick. I want the people to talk about it. So, what's your third pick, third motivational woman that people could look up to out there?
SPEAKER_00Um, Kaliuchis.
SPEAKER_04Oh wow.
SPEAKER_00I like Kaliuchis. She's real, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Chicas, yeah, full another full circle moment. That's good.
SPEAKER_00What was a full circle moment?
SPEAKER_04So on the podcast, that's another thing I do whenever we talk about something at one moment, and then it's like a callback. We ended up talking about something similar to later on. Like we talked about Kaliuchi's earlier with the story with the come back. She's great. I saw her live at the show. Oh, that's right. Okay. And now we talked about her now, so it's a full circle moment.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we've had like five in the last 10 minutes. I get it. Now you're like, what's going on here? What's a full circle moment? Okay, uh, my third pick, I'm gonna say, hmm. Wow, we said we couldn't do no fictional people, but you know what?
SPEAKER_00Why not? Because in the last one, I feel like we could look up to uh we could look up to the thing is character in the world.
SPEAKER_04I'm giving myself this rule where I don't want to do the same draft again, you know? Because I in another episode I did like just raw, like, you know, top females of all time, you know, whatever. I forgot the way we worded it. I think it was just like best women of all time. I don't think it was female. Oh no, I think that was a different draft too. We did like female villains with like Maleficent and Corella Deville. Oh wow. I I think I picked uh Eve. Yeah, I picked Eve from like Adam and Eve. Yeah, that was hilarious. Yeah, that was a good one.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, go ahead, give me a three.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna pick um Joan of Arc. That's my third pick, Joan of Arc. She was a real person, right? Joan of Arc, she was raw. Who's Joan of Arc? She's a historical figure that I'm not um, you know. I I I wish I could name like the names of of like the battles. She had the battles, right? She held people down, she won battles. She was a she was a raw female warrior back in the day.
SPEAKER_00Raw female warrior?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, a Christian successful. In the name of the show, she was a crusader. Ah, man, damn. Never mind. I don't like that. But okay.
SPEAKER_00What does that even mean? What's a crusader?
SPEAKER_04A crusader, somebody that like uh, you know, like the Catholic, the church, the Vatican? You know, back in the day they were cutting people's heads off that didn't believe in church.
SPEAKER_00Oh, uh-huh.
SPEAKER_04Those are called crusaders. I didn't know John. Well, it's not an over exaggeration. They were cutting heads off for real. But yeah, that those are crusaders. They're the Christian crusaders. They're crusading for the for the religion. That's why I'm against religion. I love God. Pray to God every day before I eat. Pray to God all the time. Love God. I believe in God, but you know, I've got to be.
SPEAKER_00And why why her?
SPEAKER_04She's powerful though, because in the sense of you don't talk about a lot of women that won battles, you don't talk about a lot of women.
SPEAKER_00Um I don't know. Of course she was if she was guerrera, of course she was cutting off heads.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I mean she was not playing, she said powerful.
SPEAKER_04She said, uh, yeah, but I thought that was a cool pick for women out there that are like, nah, you gotta boss up sometimes and be wrong, cut some heads. Not real life, metaphorically, you know. You gotta get to what you want in life. Um, crazy. We uh we just learned right now that Joan of Arc rode a horse with no clothes on that couldn't have been sanitary.
SPEAKER_00Damn, I don't even know who that is. Like the French of war war leader. You learn and you laugh.
SPEAKER_04That's what you do here on the aircast.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_04It's part of the theme song. Anyways, we end every episode with a message for the people. Esmeraldo, you can say anything in the world you like, could be positive, negative, motivational, non-motivational, spiritual, anything you want. But something you'd love to leave the people with before we close out for the day.
SPEAKER_00Follow your heart. But don't forget about your brain.
SPEAKER_04Definitely never forget about the brain.
SPEAKER_00Never forget about your brain. Always think always logic before, but you know, follow your heart. And that's how you do it if it doesn't feel right, trust your intuition.
SPEAKER_04Intuition?
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. That's what I gotta say. I mean, I kind of like got put on the spot, but damn, I think that's all that comes to mind right now.
SPEAKER_04And that's how you end up aircraft aircast.
