My mother, in her infinite wisdom, while also dealing with the loss of my father, her own grief, and single parenting 3 teens, pulled me back from the brink and set me up on a healing path that took me to places neither of us could have predicted.
The way she mothered me through that time was a catalyst for how I parented my own daughter, who has struggled with EDs, anxiety, depression, self-harm and OCPD.
