 If you’re clueless, it means you have no knowledge or understanding about something. You’re lost. Confused. 

Examples:

1- When it comes to fixing cars, I’m completely clueless. I can barely change a tire!

2- I felt clueless on my first day at the new job. I didn’t even know where the bathroom was!

Hello and welcome to Daily English.  Today’s word is "clueless." Once again: "clueless."

Can you guess what it means? Here are two hints:

Your friend is trying to explain how cryptocurrency works, and you’re just nodding politely, thinking, “I have no idea what this means.” You’re feeling clueless.

A guy goes on a date and talks only about himself for an hour. He doesn’t realize she’s bored and checking her phone. Yep—he’s clueless.

So, what does clueless mean?

 If you’re clueless, it means you have no knowledge or understanding about something. You’re lost. Confused. You have no clue what’s going on!

It’s an informal and fun way to say someone is completely unaware or uninformed—about a topic, a situation, or even someone’s feelings.

Examples:

"When it comes to fixing cars, I’m completely clueless. I can barely change a tire!"

"He had no idea she liked him. He’s so clueless when it comes to dating!"

"I felt clueless on my first day at the new job. I didn’t even know where the bathroom was!"
