Beth Robins has been a Health Coach for over 35 years! With over 100 advanced certifications in fitness and nutrition, the most prominent is achieving her certification from the Brave Thinking Institute as a Life Mastery Consultant. She has also had the rare opportunity to work one on one with the formidable motivational speaker, Les Brown. Her book, Make Your Life A Beautiful Story, Life Lessons I Learned From My Mother is a dedication to her mother.

Her debut as an author was the chapter “Starting Over or Just Starting Out” in Volume One of Cracking The Rich Code with Jim Britt and Tony Robbins. 

From coaching sports, fitness, nutrition, mindset, and all things healthy lifestyle for 35 years, she has honed her ability to meet you where you are, and take you past anything you ever dreamed possible for yourself! This is simply the art of allowing you to become all that you are destined to be! This is shining a light on your gifts, and teaching you how to shine your own light even brighter. This is guiding you to discover your power within!
