Long term Landlord Investor converted all units to Short Term Rentals
Originally from Poland, Monika joined Real Estate World in 2012 by putting her first property for rent. In 2016, she quit the corporate world and went full-time real estate by starting her three-year successful journey by flipping houses. Although that ended, Monika quickly adjusted, seeing an opportunity in the short-term rental world. Her 10+ years of experience working in Hotels, Hospital, and Nursing Homes, as well as her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University, came in handy when she opened her first Airbnb in 2019.
Seeing the initial success, she is organically growing her Airbnb business. She is a happy wife and a mother of two whose nature can't allow her to sit still, always looking for new opportunities. She has also recently opened a cleaning company.
