He grew up in a conservative Amish family. He was the son of a bishop. He always had enough but no more. The first time he ate fast food he was 20 years old and he got sick. 

He have since become accustomed to junk food. :) 

In 2017 He bought their first property and completely renovated it and then put it on airbnb in the spring of 2018. He had no intent of his vacation rentals but after doing all the models which are arbitrage, management for others, self owned and JV partnerships, He is now more focused on self owner and JVs. To date they have done about 5 million in revenue and done it in many types of markets and types of properties. However what he is not moving toward and he is passionate about is not only the experience based properties but properties that give you more than an experience namely touch you profoundly and awaken your deeper senses. The company goal is to become a global hospitality brand of some of the most unique properties that captivate the imagination and foster healthy relationships.
