Today on the show I talk with Sarah Rowe.

Sarah is an Irish international, 3-code athlete, starring in Galic Football, Australian Rules Football and real Football, Soccer Football.

With an incredible sporting journey that has led to playing in the All Ireland Galic Football final, to playing both Youth and Senior Football for the Republic of Ireland before heading to Australia to play in the A league and now Aussie Rules Football with Collingwood.

Sarah has an enthusiastic love for all sports but also experienced burnout and lost passion. 

Her story is an interesting one and her learnings will help many aspiring athletes and coaches at the pre performance levels.
