Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

This week's episode encourages you to slow down, check in with yourself and connect with the stillness within.

Let's get started.

Begin by finding a comfortable position. Take any movements you may need to help you get settled into your space. Find a position that feels good for you today.If it feels comfortable for you, you can close your eyes or just soften your gaze.

When you are ready, I invite you to begin to turn your attention within. Take a couple of breaths here, allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm. Feel the air enter your body, filling you, nourishing you. Feel the exhale carrying with it some of the tension you have been holding.

Give yourself permission to begin to let go of any stress or worry, your breath gently deepening and your thoughts beginning to loosen. Connecting with the breath as you start to find the stillness that exists within. To anchor in this stillness so that you can return to it whenever you would like.

Feel your body as it relaxes into the breath. Notice your mind as it starts to quiet, moving past any judgment into a place of calm. Feeling your breath connect you to all that is around you. Give yourself permission to rest here in this peaceful place within you, this stillness inside of you, this state that is always within reach waiting for you. Give yourself permission to be here in this space, in this moment. Embrace this stillness and know that you can return to this space at any time. It is always here within you.

Take one final round of breath here in this peaceful place and when it feels comfortable for you, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you. Slowly, in your own time, open your eyes.
