Hello and welcome.

This week's short meditation invites you to explore the connection between your breath and your vital energy, unlocking the life force that flows within you.

Let's get started.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position. Take any cues from your body to help you settle in in a way that feels good for you. If it feels safe for you, gently close your eyes or maybe just soften your gaze.

As you continue to breathe, bring your awareness to the rhythm of your breath. Notice how it flows in and out, a gentle ebb and flow. With each inhale, visualize drawing in vital energy, a life force that nourishes your body. Feeds your spirit. And with each exhale, let go of anything that feels heavy or stagnant.

 Imagine your breath as a thread connecting you to the world around you. When you inhale, feel this thread pulling in energy from the universe, filling you with warmth, vitality. And when you exhale, imagine sending out that energy, sharing your light with the world. As you continue this pattern, feel your body begin to relax as any fatigue you are feeling starts to dissolve.

With each breath, recognize the connection between your breath and your energy. When you breathe in, you awaken your life force, revitalizing your body and your mind. Give yourself permission to acknowledge the power of this energy. If you encounter any areas of tension, use your breath to send warmth and light into these areas. Take your time, feeling any discomfort start to loosen as this energy flows freely through you.

Take a couple of rounds of breath here on your own, honoring the energy that flows within and all around you.

 And when you are ready, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you. Take any movements you might need, maybe wiggle your fingers and toes, feeling this energy you have invited in coursing through you. When it feels right in your own time, slowly open your eyes.
